I see a lot of people complaining about not filling to the brim / ice levels, but you have to realize that they measure the milk/espresso/matcha, so it's not too milky. I think this place is great and has very high-quality drinks. The customer service was great. It wasn't too busy when we came, but the service was fast and friendly. The shop itself is small, but has enough seating and is well-kept. Parking is a bit tight, but I've never not found a parking spot. Will be coming back to this place!

There is lots of parking out front and there is a handicap ramp leading to the entrance. From the parking lot to the interior of the restaurant, everything is clean with beautiful and simple floral designs. We came in at a down time as it was an hour or 2 prior to closing on a weekday. So, we just about enjoyed the whole restaurant to ourselves. As we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and immediately led to our table. The interior of the restaurant is setup like a country diner with booths and a long breakfast counter with high chairs. Only way more modern with fresh wall colors, rustic wood accents, vibrant tiled floors and large glass windows. It is Cozy and inviting. The old school playlist adds a relaxing touch. I really liked the live edge look-alike design on the tables. The wall of the hallway leading to the restrooms, is covered with really cool kids hand drawings. I thought this was a nice touch. The steak was tender, the sunny side up eggs were cooked over easy and i asked for the hash brown to be extra crispy. And it also came with 2 slices of toast. It was really good. My Mother got the Greek chicken skewer which is one grilled chicken skewer with grilled onions and bell peppers on a bed of garlic butter rice, a side of Tzatziki and a greek salad. My mother ate it all, i had a taste of it. It was delicious. My father was not hungry so he just had a latté. We all had a latté. They also have an orange juicer for fresh squeezed OJ and a pastry case. That day, they had some really fresh looking Almond croissants. Overall, we had a very good first time experience. Gioia, our server, who could have been the manager for all i know, was so kind, welcoming and accommodating. Which made our experience even better. I will definitely be coming back. The location has plenty of parking and plenty of seating. There is an outdoor patio, and inside there is a first floor seating area, and a second floor seating area. The interior had high ceilings and modern practical decor. Staff will take your order at the cashier, but they also have a kiosk if you want to avoid human interaction. I was here for a few hours, so I started off with a hot beverage since I saw that they have mug service. I had the hot Churro Latte ($8.15/large) and I was warned it's a bit sweet so staff suggested that I get it less sweet. I appreciated the gesture but maybe that's why I didn't taste too much of the churro flavor. It tasted like a good regular latte but maybe they held back on the caramel and cinnamon to the point I couldn't detect it. Seating is first come first serve. It was actually really busy and difficult to find an ideal spot. Since I was alone I sat at a high top ledge, strategically near an outlet. From what I saw, they had a really good amount of outlets in the indoor seating area. Later on I went back and ordered an iced Blueberry Lavender Matcha with Cold Foam ($9.25/large) and a Deluxe Avocado Toast ($15) which comes with egg, bacon, and herb oil.
