So I called this shop to get my grandmother fur looked at. The owner told me on the phone that if I told him I was going early to his shop to let him know & he would be there. So I did & he never showed up he didn't even show up to open the store. I called the shop & his cell phone & he never answered. What kind of customer service is this. I guess if you're not a millionaire he won't service you. I drove 1 1/2 hrs to get zero service. Please beware. This company is horrible. If I could give this company a negative star I would.
