If it weren't for shops like Belux, you wouldn't have access to the "Louis Vuittons" of coffee. So thank them. For the Bourbon bro, treat it like that elusive high end bourbon that you've been searching for just sitting on a shelf at your local store at MSRP. And for the wine enthusiast - like that exclusive Red that would make even the best of sommeliers blush. I dare you to purchase a more expensive pour over, don't put any cream or sugar in it, sit in the shop, slow down, and enjoy the experience. You'll be glad you did.
