Within 3 days of the inspection, we received a full binder at our doorstep of the inspection report, as well as the results from the termite inspection (which comes standard with an inspection). So we, of course, had zero idea of what to expect during the walk-through inspection (that was scheduled last minute.) Not only was Vinny incredibly accommodating, but he was also very communicative.
