On top of paying a premium - the paper quality will be lower than the less priced print shop. 2. The graphics quality is sub par! Pixelated. Poor quality. 3. They messed my order up 4 times. 4 times I had to drive back. Each time 15 min drive there, 10 min to find parking, 20-30 min inside while they try to to figure out what went wrong - only to tell me to come back in 5 days. 4. I missed 3 events that I needed my cards for. The one card they managed to do correctly, was chipping around the corners and borders. Last time (today) I was so frustrated that I left a hundred dollar order and said I don't want it any more. Gonna get it done online! Save yourself! From this hell hole! read more

I came here the day BEFORE my college graduation and asked them to print 30 stickers that I wanted to use to place on mugs as a gift for my guests. After being turned down at a couple other places due to the last minute order, I was expecting another "No" for an answer. They told me that normally this would take a day or two, however, they were super supportive and optimistic and said they would manage to get the job done that evening. It only took them a few hours and the stickers looked terrific!! My guests were wowed with the appearance of the stickers on the mugs. This place is AWFUL. IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. I'm going to cut right to it and say the owner Mike IS THE WORST. Extremely rude, arrogant, doesn't listen, doesn't care and will hang up on you. He will make FAKE agreements to refund your money and then never respond to you, ever. The company as a whole is horrible. They ignore emails about services after they've taken your money (2 whole weeks) but the second you want to give them your money, they respond very quickly. Pretty convenient, I'd say. After getting a print job done, it fell off pretty much an hour later, AN HOUR LATER!!! They agreed in writing to redo the job bc a refund wasn't a possibility although NO WHERE on their website or any documents they sent said that they could not give a refund for a job poorly done. In fact, their website states "100% Quality Guarantee". Yeah right. Guarantee my ass. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SHITTY COMPANY. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL 100% REGRET IT! read more

I wish I could give negative stars. I did not believe service could be so bad until I worked with this company. If you need printing, you would have a better time at Macy's. After an attempted bait and switch, misquoting, and horrible service, they finally agreed to fix a $700 job they admitted in writing was their mistake,and then ignored us for 14 consecutive days. We literally have nothing to show for their work. We disputed their charges and after making a claim with all of our in-writting evidence, our bank said they "would be really surprised if you don't win. This is open and shut. You have everything in writing." There's a small part of me that's going to miss out on suing them. The employees at BJs printing shop helped me so much, I am very grateful. I tried to print out a project in my city to send along with several colleagues who were likely going to a meeting near Glendale.   There was a last minute problem with the order and I panicked to find a printer store that could possibly print out and in addition deliver the order the same morning. Emanuel is really knowledgeable and knows a lot about customer service, especially my last minute needs.  I would highly recommend using BJ to anyone. I know a wedding isn't their main source of business, but they made me feel like it was the way they handled the job. I just returned from this store disgusted with their service. I gave them a USB with some simple excel sheets to simply print off on 11 x 17 paper and asked for 5 copies on 2 separate spreadsheets. They said it would cost $35 for a set-up fee to reformat the sheets and a further $1.75 for each printed sheet. After being told, it would take 30 minutes to finish, it ultimately took an hour and 10 minutes. When I got the final product, I had to rush out of the store and feed the parking meter and didn't get a chance to see what 'final' looked like when I picked it up. It was a pretty basic request or at least it should have been. Upon quickly reviewing it when I got home, it was clear they had made a complete mess of it. They hadn't shown much interest or care in what they were doing. Despite my best efforts to explain what I wanted done initially, they reformatted it 'in their own way' where the column numbers made no sense on disjointed pages, rendering it useless for a presentation. I get the impression they are more suited for commercial than retail customers. Anyway, stay away from them - they don't care what kind of result they produce. read more

Very poor service!! Two years ago, I went to Bj's to order Business cards. They're not professionals! They are liars! Starting from the owner Mike all the way to the employees! Today I called Bj's and asked Mike to forward me the Logo that I created for my business cards. They said that everything was deleted from their computer. The deal was that they were supposed to forward me the logo through email.But instead they made an excuse. I spend over $ 500 dollars with this company. The worst mistake that I've ever done. I was referred to BJ's by allot of Armenian Businesses in town. I walked in during this Covid season and saw that they built a large window WALL to protect the employees from the customers. This window is from corner to corner and no inbetween for sound to communicate (it's a straight wall). The Man came to ask if there's anything I needed, with a huge thick mask on, I couldn't understand a word he was saying. I had go all the way to the side of the window just to hear him. Which made him panic. Anyway, Right off the bat, the guy was treating me terribly, it was as if I had the virus and I was going to give it to him. Suddenly it dawned on me, I had a "make America great again" mask on. I've never received that kind of service from anyone, anywhere. He was terrible. I told him that I had paid for cards I never had never printed a year ago and I told him I decided I just wanted cards printed or my money back. That made him even more of a jerk then before I walked in, which couldn't be possible, but he was. This guy didn't want to help me at all that day. I asked him if I could see the folder of cards he has as examples, and pretty much told me, "if I didn't have the invoice that they owe me money, then I shouldn't be looking at his book". I got really upset and asked him what his problem was? I told him regardless if you have to give me my money back or I had to pay for it, I'm still a costumer in a town that all these Armenians have supported you and referred me to you. Why are treating me like this, I asked? Btw, this was all through a glass wall which nobody could hear each-other through and we both had to repeat each other sentences a hundred times. Worse experience I've ever had in this City, and I'm born and raised in this country. That's says allot. It's been almost 3 months and I call every week. I had my receipt from the money I paid them. They have the invoice. It's been 3 months and I call every week to ask if they found my invoice and still they have said no. This mans hate for Armenians, Trump, and possibly Gorgeous woman and possibly this country all played a roll that day. He no reason to be such a jerk. If he's that uncomfortable with the virus even after protection, he should close his business. I'm still waiting patiently : this man has no idea who I am and how famous I am... I don't even have to go there. In the meantime I'm letting the owner know (because that was the owner,surprisingly) I'll be posting this on Facebook to 10,000 friends, my 20,000 Instagram followers, the horizon Channel, US Armenians Channel, the better busniess bureau and alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll of Glendales small businesses that are are all my friends. I will leave this story unfinished till we see if they ever will pay me my money or they are thieves and this is how they trick this community into giving them money. I have faith that they will make the right move and give me my money back, but whoever has that amount of hate usually can't make to many right decisions. I'll pray for him. The quality of the prints were great and they were able to provide me with the exact paper that I wanted.
