A Friday evening with friends & some fun cocktails at the local BJ's. We ordered a flight of margaritas & rubber ducky tub with a pizza. It appears that Friday is one of their busier nights. Come prepared to wait approx 1 hr. Once we were sat the service was fast, we told our waitress her to come back for the food order but she seemed overwhelmed. She took her time to come back to get our order. At the end of our meal she let us know she was clocking out but we were unaware she wanted us to pay right away, she mentioned someone else was going to tend to us. I feel we had a miscommunication because she came back looking for the bill & we kept on chatting thinking another server was coming. Anyhow, I get it's a high pace environment & she might have been overwhelmed but she didn't directly tell us she needed us to pay. I like the food at this spot & variety of choices either way I'll come back but just not sure if it will be on a Friday night.

Had a great experience at BJ's in Arcadia. My family and I attended a funeral and needed a place that could accommodate a party of 15 with no reservations. BJ's didn't flinch and after a 20 minute wait we were seated in somewhat of a private room situation. This worked out great as it was so fun to catch up with my cousins and watch the NBA games on their flatscreen TV's. Everyone enjoyed their meal and I highly recommend the Asian chicken salad and the chicken club were outstanding. My cousin ordered a personal pizza and it was delicious as well. My mother had the shrimp scampi and said that it was spectacular. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and it didn't take long for our food to come out and most of all of our food came out at the same time. We also celebrated my cousin's birthday and the Dubai chocolate brownie bowl was incredibly delicious.

A friend and myself came for lunch on Wednesday. She loves Pizookies, so she opted for the smash burger on the $13.99 menu. I was happy it was burger Wednesday (didn't know) and tried the Hatch chili burger ($12.99). Both came with fries. Really good portions, we both took half home, both burgers were doubles. The hatch chili burger was delicious! A little bite to it from the hatch chili crema, but the flavors were great (pepper jack cheese, grilled onion, hatch chili crema). The smash burger had great taste, as well- lettuce, tomato cheese. While sitting it got extremely cold and we had to say something. Our waitress was nice, she didn't bother us or rush us. Will definitely go back on a Wednesday for the burger specials.

We had such a great experience at BJ's Restaurant in Arcadia! From the moment we sat down, Charlie, who was both our bartender and waiter, took amazing care of us. He was friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome without ever being overbearing. The food came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they take pride in what they serve; everything was flavorful and satisfying. The ambiance was really nice, too comfortable and inviting, and the restaurant was very clean, even the restrooms, which is always a big plus. The great service, the quality of the food, and the overall atmosphere made for a really enjoyable meal. If you're heading to BJ's in Arcadia, definitely ask for Charlie--you won't be disappointed!

We keep coming back... Lol We have been coming to this place for a very long time. We started coming when this place first opened... This must say something about how we enjoy this place. Atmosphere is great usually, but today we had a loud group a few tables away from us who kept screaming and laughing obnoxiously loud (adult group). Then, there was also a group just around the wall where the kid kept screeching with his voice as well as making annoying loud noise by rubbing the bottom of his sneakers against the floor. I actually asked him to stop... He looked at me, then went away and kept at it. I like a lively atmosphere but this was too much. I usually like their pizzas. The flatbread pizzas are great and they're deep dish are quite nice too. I'm going to just list some of the items that I really enjoy here. Avocado egg rolls as well as boneless or bone-in chicken wings are a great appetizer. The California club flatbread can be an appetizer as well and this is really good... At least I like it very much. When I go with the family, we usually order a large deep dish pizza with half and half toppings. BJ's favorite, barbecue chicken, BJ's classic combo, and the vegetarian pizzas are all very good. They also have daily specials on weekdays as well as happy hour if you are able to get there early enough. If you take advantage of these specials, this place becomes a place of great value as well. As far as the desserts go, I do not really enjoy sweets. They're known for their pizookies, but they're not for me. I just eat a little bit of the ice cream that comes with it. They're vanilla is pretty good. I know I will be continuing to come to this place. Even though it was very loud today, my rating is based on my continued and averaged experience from ears of visiting this place.

Came for late happy hour with some friends after the movie. Sat in the bar, the lady who served us, did well but we had to ask for everything. The mini pizzas tasted well, and the egg rolls were decent.

12/11/25 Family dinner out. 5 of us . We were greeted immediately when we came in, put our name in and they were pretty busy but we were sat within 10 minutes. Miguel was our server and was excellent., very attentive took our order and our drinks / food came out pretty quick actually. I had their special where you pick an entrée and get a mini Pizookie for $13. Good deal. Had the margarita flight as seen in picture which was really good. For food I ordered the Smashburger with fries and it was very tasty. Dessert I had the mini cookies and cream.Pizookie. Pretty much everyone got the same deal. Food was good service was good. All in all good experience. Ambience was good , tv's had the football games and other sports going. We all enjoyed our dinner. Enjoy !!!!

Not sure why this place has less than 4 starts. Night out with the family was very pleasant. Food came out fast and hot. Server was great and made sure we got everything we needed. Place was cool and clean. Seats had plenty of cushion. Recommend making a reservation before you go. Otherwise you're out sitting in the sun while you wait. Otherwise a lot of room in the waiting area during dinner time.

Came here for happy hour the other day with the hubby. We were immediately greeted and seated. Service was excellent. Our server came to our table a few times to check up on us and kept asking if I wanted a refill on my soda when she saw I was almost done. We ended up ordering a beer, a soda, and the chips with salsa and guacamole. A little sad with how little guacamole they give because we ended up having chips left over at the end. But overall a very solid happy hour place!

Everything went well here. We brought our niece to celebrate her 16th birthday. I ordered the wago burger with fries. The other three ordered a large classic combo pizza, and we were rewarded with a chocolate chunk birthday pouzouki to celebrate the birthday. Anna provided superb service, welcoming, patiently describing dishes to us as we asked, took excellent care of us to make sure everything was going well. Got to tell you, I don't understand why this is only 3.5 stars. This is the first time I've been to BJ's and I'm sorry that I haven't come sooner and at least several times. I spoke with the manager, who I think is named Jennifer, but I could be wrong. I let her know how great Anna was, as well as the servers who assisted her. We wanted for nothing, and I am very happy we had a meal here.

My lovely teenager is very busy with sports, volunteering, busy with summer school, and of course time with friends. Therefore, I try to treat her out for a good meal as much as I can. BJ's was her choice of restaurant this past Sunday and we had a nice dinner there. Our server, Disan, was extremely attentive and kind. I ordered the 3-course meal pork-chop combo for $32.99. It came with 2 sides, a soup or salad, and a Pizookie. What a deal! For the sides, I ordered rice pilaf and asparagus (as advertised). For my soup, I got jacked by my girl and she ordered clam chowder. For my pizookie, I didn't get to choose! My girl changed my pick to her choice of strawberry shortcake. My lovely child ordered the club sandwich, which came with fresh avocado slices in them. Yet had the audacity to request not to have avocados as she didn't like them nor even want a slightest taste of them; whereas, I wanted the avocados! Should have asked to have that on the side! Told ya she was adopted! I love avocados and she dislikes them; whereas, I dislike durian and she loves them. No wonder we never fight over food :D. I also ordered hot-tea for drinks. The food was delicious and it was a family-friendly ambiance. The bill came out to be $62 (ish) after tax and before tips (No Tax on Tips :)). Not bad at all.

My wife and I went to BJ'S restaurant & Brewhouse to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary for dinner. It's been a while since we haven't been to a BJ'S Brewhouse in a while. We walked into the restaurant, and we're greeted by the hostess and escorted us to the table. Then we we're seated, and then she handed us the menu. We were looking at the menu decided order the prime rib and pork chop three course meal, but the waitress said we're sold out for thr night. Then my wife decided to get the prime rib dip sandwich, and I decided to order the Californian club sandwich. My wife decided to order the Lucky Duck on the tub the drink it come mini bath tub. The waitess brought the Lucky Duck in the tub drink it's very cute the the liquid is blue to match the water substitute, and it also comes two lite up ice cubes and a mimi duck. A couple of minutes later, she brought our meal to the table. The food looked so good and delicious. I took a bite of my Californian club sandwich full of flavor in the sandwich. The chickens were grill perfect, and tender adding the bacon and avocado made the club a very good club sandwich. My wife enjoyed her prime rib dip sandwich, she said, full of flavor, and the prime beef was very tender, and the aujus dipping sauce was a little bit salty but she love it. After we finished our meal we ordered dessert we ordered a strawberry shortcake pizookie. The strawberry shortcake pizookie was very good and rich in flavor, including the addition of fresh strawberries on the pizookie. we enjoy it very much. Overall, we enjoy our anniversary at BJ'S Brewhouse. The staff are very friendly and kind. We need to come back again.

Upon entering this restaurant, we had to wait for 10 minutes plus to be seated. We're only able to be seated once new staff came in and clocked in and were then seating diners. The special meal we had for the price was well worth it, pizza salad, and Pazooki. But even when you request from your server that the meal items don't come out altogether so you're not rushed eating. They did again on this dining experience. Our server was very pleasant and kind, answered questions and took the time, even though she had a lot of tables that she was servicing. The restaurant itself is a typical bar restaurant motif at least this time we were able to be seated in a booth and not in one of those outlining areas as they always want to seat diners. If we return to be diners, it will be not on a Friday night and maybe at 4 o'clock versus 5 o'clock so I would not have to wait 10 minutes to be seated. My question was was where was the shift manager couldn't she have seen that diners were backing up, waiting to be seated and at least come out and mentioned to us as soon as we have more servers clock in you will be served. read more

We ate dinner here tonight. This place stays busy but the wait is not long. Looks like a good place to watch a game, get drinks and food. I had their Weekend Prime Rib dinner. It comes with soup or salad and 2 sides dishes. I selected their Garlic Vegetables and a baked potato. The Prime Rib was a very nice cut - very tender, tasty and good size portion. I'd order it again, it also included their Pazooki for desert. $35 My son had the Fish & Chips (he said it tasted good) but to me: the 4 small/medium fillets were pretty thin and a little over done (in my opinion) My son liked it so that was all that mattered. My daughter had there Lemon Chicken breast served over mashed potatoes with a side salad. She enjoyed it and said it had good flavor. We had a nice server who was attentive and knew how to run her station. If you are in the area and want a variety of food choices and drinks - then stop by and visit. read more

Food- okay! This ask no sauce on pizza, the service Jose R. Put extra sauce. I can't eat it allergic to tomatoes. Never saw for about 30mins. Then he came told it was wrong. I order a small baby pizza no sauce. My husband end is salad, 3 slice in to pizza. I waited 1 hour. I asked Manager. Then small pizza came. Like sitting on window. It was hard, but I ate it. Because starving. He avoided us after Manager came. My husband wanted a pizookie. He order it at 3:22pm. It was not at table until 4pm. Really!!! I'm loyalty rewards member, never got this bad service. We got there at 2:30pm it's 4:39pm now leaving. read more

I used to love BJ's deep dish pizza! The dough was so thick and it was just a great carb dish but they definitely have changed things up recently. We ordered the takeout special (50% off pizza) and got two large pies. The dough, however, was so so light, it almost deceiving. I felt like I was eating air, or if they got some cheap focaccia bread and put some melted cheese and tomato sauce on it--to put in perspective, the entire slice of pizza had the same bake to it across both the crust and pizza body. I'm not even sure if they baked the "bread". It was definitely not worth the $40 we paid. Don't think we'll be craving BJs anytime soon. read more

Had a great dinner here with my partner two nights ago. We got there at around 8:00. I love coming thursday's for their $19 tri tip with two sides and a pizookie. Insane deal and the food was delicious. My two sides i got were clam chowder and fries. My partner got grilled chicken Alfredo, i thought his chicken was a bit under seasoned, but he had no problem. The food though did take an extremely long time to arrive. I don't think we ate until almost 9 pm, but we were in no rush and did just enjoy the time while waiting. They also now have rewards on their app and when you go, you get a free pizookie when you're new to the rewards program. I believe it's after $100 you get $10. I highly recommend!!! Tonight was my first time at BJ's in quite awhile and wasn't sure what to expect as I've only really been to the Montebello location, but the meal and service were exceptional! Our server Arnie took great care of me and my partner, always making sure our drinks were filled and sauces replenished. $12 Wednesday burger deal is definitely worth it. My bf and I came last Thursday! It was a little busy but the service was amazing once again! The host let us know about the new specials and holiday pazookie. Our server was very attentive and checking up on us constantly. I don't remember her name but she had white braids. Very friendly. The food came out fast too! Will be coming again soon. read more

Time To Visit: HH is the time to come. Currently, happy hour is from 3pm-7pm Monday through Friday and also a late night session from 9pm to closing Sunday-Thursday. Visitation Rights: Been to this location a handful of times. Credit Cards: They're accepted Restrooms: They definitely do have a restroom. Location/Parking: Located on Huntington Dr. between Gateway Dr. and 5th Avenue.. If you see Olive Garden, you're at the right place. Plenty of parking can be found in the shared parking lot. Ambiance/Decor: Ambiance is pretty nice with modern furnishings and they provide flat screen tv's along the walls to watch sports games Service: Service is a bit of a hit and miss and food does take a while to come to the table. Staffers are friendly, but are not that attentive. The last time I was here, our staffer didn't really come to refill our drinks and gave us a A1 steak sauce bottle not knowing that it only had a few drops left. Food Of Choice: I'm a creature of habit and usually order certain items off the happy hour menu almost every time I'm here. Their $7 apps are quite solid. I usually get either the sliders, spinach and artichoke dip, and/or the $7 mini deep dish BJ signature pizza. Drink Of Choice: If i'm quite thirst and have a craving for a sugary drink, I like to order their handcrafted root beer. Very good and refreshing BJ Restaurant For Thought: Would come back once in a while to watch some sport games while eat items on the happy hour menu. read more

Upon arrival we self sat in the bar area. Our server Julie stopped by to greet us and take our drink order. Julie was friendly and attentive. We ordered cheese dip, fried pot stickers, sliders and an oreo pizookie. The queso dip was one of our favorites! Everything else we ordered was delicious. BJs use to be one of my favorite neighborhood places to go during my college years. So I was excited to revisit this place after a long absence. I got an email from them to try their app and their burger bundle deal. So I talked my boyfriend into having it for dinner. I put in my order around 5:45PM to have it ready by 6:20PM and got a confirmation of order received at 5:53 PM. I love that you're able to track the order and so when the time got close, we headed over there. As soon as we arrived, I got a texted that our food was ready for pick up at 6:16pm. So my boyfriend went in inside to pick up the food while I waited in the car. I get another text at 6:24pm that the food is being packed. I kept waiting...20 mins go by and he hasn't returned. Now it's around almost 6:45pm when he finally came back to the car. By now, I'm getting frustrated. When we got home and took a look at our orders, all the burgers just had meat, cheese (except one), and buns. It didn't have any Lettuce, Tomato, and Pickles or signature sauce. Even though I asked for utensils, serving tongs, napkins and plate (it says it on my receipt), none of that was in the bag. I was so upset that my boyfriend took two burgers away so he can try to fix it before I could take a picture of our sad burgers. I was really looking forward to enjoying BJ's food... but with this experience, it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth and I definitely won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

My first time back at a BJs in years!!! We waited almost an hour and decided to check in with them since we did not get a text and it turns out they have no record of our name or number even though we checked in earlier and we received a text. We had to wait another 15 minutes for a table and it was getting a bit late. I ordered the angel hair pasta with chicken marinara sauce, deep dish pizza and a chicken burger. The service here is fantastic! First, we are met by Faith, the hostess with the biggest smile. We've seen her before and she's so happy to get us to a table of our choice. Later, she always swings back to say hello and see how we're doing. Second, Ricky was our server, very attentive and friendly, met our customized order with a great smile. Super fast in getting us our food and handling little extras. The food is great, especially on Thursdays when we get the heavily discounted full rack of ribs! But to be honest, we come back because of the great service! Both Faith and Ricky exemplify the great staff here. Very satisfied! read more

Plenty of parking (went during lunch time on a Tuesday). It was pretty crowded but they managed to find us a spot (not at the bar). I came for the Pizookie and absolutely LOVED it as always! So warm, sweet, gooey, and paired so perfectly with ice cream!! I just got the classic chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. Because I knew I was going to eat the unhealthy pizookie, I ordered something healthy. It was their Mediterranean lunch special. And it was sooo delicious! I was quite pleasantly surprised by BJs! Went here during happy hour to try and get some drinks and food. It was as busy as it normally gets so we sat at the bar area. We waited a good while till our server came and got our drink orders. We got our drinks in a timely manner but after that the server didn't come back to get our food orders. After 15 min we decided to just finish our drinks and head somewhere else. read more

we just came to grab a quick bite and we were really surprised to have a pretty rude and unpleasant waiter, and i kinda feel like she was self aware after a while that she was being mean, but then just ignored us. we waited forever to order more food or even get a refill and we ended up being at the restaurant for uncomfortably long. the restaurant wasn't busy the entire duration we were there but we would literally see her service the other tables really well and not us. we were trying to be understanding but left a really weird taste in our mouths and just made us feel worse than when we came in :/ server was kristen s, soo so mean. read more

Jordan is my GOAT!! Like actually the best server I've ever had in my life. I went to get a pizookie with my boyfriend and I was gonna break up with him after. But her service brought us together. I decided to give things another shot. If I could give her more stars I would. Jordan needs to win this competition she is the best. So positive and outgoing and easy to talk to. Fast service and super attentive without being annoying or pushy. Didn't finish the pizookie but that's not her fault. She decorated it beautifully. read more

We came here on a Thursday night for dinner and this place was HOPPING!!! Super busy. The bar was full. All the TVs were tuned into the NBA Championship game. Great ambiance! The hostess told me about a 15 minute wait and took my phone number which they said they'd text me when my table was ready. Sat outside on the benches for 3 minutes... and I got a text saying my table was ready. Wow!!! Really??? Awesome!!! We were seated and greeted by our waiter, BRANDON, who immediately took our drinksand appetizer order. Our drinks came super quick and placed our food orders... Philly Steak sandwich, Tri-Tip with Chicken, 2 of us chose Riby Eyes. DEEE-LISSSSSH-USSSS!!! Our food came out nice, fresh and hot! With the exception of the sweet potato fries (they were kinda cold) but with that being said, everything was terrific!!! We had a great time! Good food! Good company! Great service provided by BRANDON!!! He came by often to refill our drinks and make sure we were doing okay checking in to see if we needed anything else... and of course we did. We ordered a white chocolate macadamia night pizzokie with vanilla ice cream. That was nice and hot and it was so yummy with the cold ice cream. After experiencing this twice, it's hard not to feel like we were being unfairly targeted. The way we were treated was disrespectful, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. It left us feeling profiled rather than treated like valued customers. We will never be coming back, and I cannot recommend this brewery to anyone expecting respectful or professional service. If you have specific details about what was said or done that made you believe the treatment was racially motivated, including those facts in your review can make it more persuasive and credible. RACIST to say the least !!!!!

We waitied for approximately ten minutes before were called on my cell phone that our table was ready. As soon as we were seated and handed our menus, a server asked if we were ready to place our order. We told her no, since we were just seated. We did, however, place our beverage order. No sooner than when thatserver left with our drink order, another seever came to our table and asked if we were ready to order. We explained that our drink order was just taken, but we some time to look over the menu. Almost as soon as the second server departed our table, our drink order arrived. She then asked if we would like any appetizers, we ordered a half order of the cheese bread. we also placed our entrees order. Half order of cheese bread: $8.45; Pub Fish & Chips: $27.45 California Reuben with Garlic Fires: $21.45 + $2.95 Two Sodas: $@.95 each Pre-Tip Total: $75.36 We boith tried a piece of the cheese bread. Wow! We have not cheese bread such as this version before, and it was absolutely delicious! We ate it plain without dipping it into the accompanying marinara sauce (which I tasted and reminded me of a commercially prepared pedestrian, marinara sauce). This bread instantly has became one of our favorite appetizers to order at a Heroes branded restuarant. Ww barely had time to finish off our first piece of cheese bread when our entrees arrived. My wife's fish and chips looked really inviting to eat. The serving amount of fsih was appropriate and generous for the menu pricing. My wife enjoyed her lightly battered fish which was not greasy and oily to eat. She also devoured her coleslaw which she is very selective of how's it made, and the level of tanginess, which was just right for her. I dove into my California Reuben which swaps out the sauerkraut for coleslaw: all the other traditional ingredients are still used. The sandwich was generously stuffed with meat and coleslaw. Be sure to ask for extra napkins because this sandwich is messy but delicious to eat! The only minor gripe we have was the amount of times out table was approached by a whole slew of staff constantly asking us if we needed anything etc. One to three time during a meal for us is adequate, but it seems like the staff was overcompensating for some previous comments made about several Heroes restaurants having staff who perefer to talk amongst themselcves near the bar than attend to their diners. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner here and look forward to eating at Heroes and Roscoes restaurants often. Hoping the owners will consider opening in the Murrieta/Temeucla area in the near future!

A bicycling group stopped by for a quick breather in the lot before heading back out. Event organizers were shuffling unsuspecting casual onlookers into playing regulars. In and around the brewery, focused chess matches were set up in dimly lit cosmic lighting, a stark contrast to the commotions from the music and the Lakers game on TV. Upstairs inside the brewery the attendees traded the cool, evening air for a noticeably stuffier experience. The space contained mostly beginner mahjong games as well as chess matches. I had the chance to engage in both activities and had a blast even though I got my butt kicked. Would love to come back and play a few more rounds with a drink in hand.

I wasn't prepared for its intense cannabis aroma and flavor. For food we decided to go with the crudo. It was light and refreshing. Very different from traditional brewery grub. They do have burgers. Our son ordered a smash burger. Overall, a good spot. I'd return. I also liked it was next to Highland Park Brewery, so you can enjoy both in an afternoon.

This restaurant is located in a small plaza but parking is plenty and the wait is not long for a Saturday afternoon. There is a boba place inside but the drinks doesn't look that great so we didn't order any. The staffs are very nice and the setup inside is pretty unique. We didn't get to sit inside one of the Hexagon pods or the lantern cage table but its ok. The ramen is actually pretty good. The broth has a deep flavor to it and the ramen itself is not bad. It is not spectacular but I would say slightly above average. We ordered Combo B so it came with a lot of extra stuff. The ramen though cannot be exchanged so I got the Sapporo Miso Ramen while my wife got the Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen. We also ordered the Yakitori Platter. While the Ramen are decent, the other dishes are subpar. I am 99% sure the Yakitori was pre-made and just reheated. It has no char flavor at all. I believe some off site kitchen prepped the food and the restaurant just reheated the food. That was the most disappointing part of the meal. The cost of the Yakitori was equivalent to actual Yakitori places so I expected decent quality Yakitori. I think the popcorn chicken is the same. It has no crunch to it at all and it is barely warm. The two desserts are decent. Those can be prepare ahead and won't affect the flavor since they are served chilled. After the meal, one of the bowls actually won a free drink so we'll claim it when we return next time. Overall the meal was decent. I just won't order the appetizers next time. Normally I would just give a 3 star since the Yakitori was a bust but the staffs are very nice so I kept it at 4 stars. The place is also very clean too so I would like to repeat to try other dishes.

I just had to leave a review after experiencing such great service. A couple of days ago some coworkers and I came in during the dinner rush, and were surprised at how fairly quickly we were seated. Very shortly after our server Briza came and introduced herself. She informed and recommended to us the different beers on tap. She was very patient with us, as we were six guys with a lot of questions who had not been to a BJ's in quite some time. Briza kept checking in on us throughout our entire dinner. After waiting an hour to be seated, we ended up waiting another hour just to get a beer. Totally ridiculous because we ordered right when we sat at 8:40 and it's currently 9:50 and we still are waiting on a drink order. Waiter is being rude as well. This is awful. I hate it here. Can't even get a check. We are actually trapped in BJs. Update: Beer came at 10:02 and it was a total tease. I tried to place an order online many times with the promotion HALFOFFAPP but was unsuccessful. Actually this happened for the whole week already. When I called the restaurant at Arcadia for help, Eddy is so nice to say that he can place the order for me and he will ask the manager (who is Rachel) to apply the promotion for the order. Just went to BJ's for lunch and it was great! Since I could really drink beer I ordered the stawberry lemonade (DARN) and started with avacado rolls that were to dye for! I also had my personal pan pizza mushroom, sausage with extra cheese and a side salad. Man this place rocks! Service was great and food came fast. Ordered from here last night. The food was exceptional. I had the tri tip & shrimp scampi combo with roasted asparagus and mashed potatoes. I didn't know asparagus could taste that good. And the mashed potatoes were amazing. It had little bacon chips and was perfectly seasoned. I was going to complain that the meal was a little pricey, but changed my mind. It was worth it. So my only complaint and reason for the 4-star rating is I ordered my tri-tip well-done and it was still a little pink. read more

I hate to do this because I love bjs. We eat at bjs about 4 to 5 times a week and primarily at this location. I don't know what has happened here lately as it seems nearly every time we come lately there is some sort of problem with our food, staffing levels, refills, etc.. It used to be that we knew everyone here. Now there is only about 3 people i know and even with as much as we are here I rarely recognize anyone.
