My company had a holiday dinner there. We had around 40-50 people, and it was buffet style. The food was fine, but the service was lacking. Buffet plates were not refilled until we request for it, and they were wet. They didn't come in to check in on us often enough, so ordering drinks throughout the night was a challenge. read more

I wish I could say something positive about my experience at BJ's, but unfortunately, it was terrible. The service was horrible, Not only did they bring out the wrong plate for me, but it also took them 45 minutes to even acknowledge their mistake. By that point, I was already frustrated, but I tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt. I sat there the entire time without dinner and my fiance didn't even want to eat his, and kept trying to offer me his food as we waited. The staff didn't even seem to care about the situation. I won't be coming back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend BJ's to anyone. If you value good food and decent service, look elsewhere. read more

Stopped by for a beer after a round of golf and were pleasantly surprised - everything we had was tasty and our server, Ashley, made our experience even better. The $5 pours of Jeremiah Red amber ale were absolutely delicious, and potent! We started with a Japanese-Mexican fusion app that worked. Fresh ahi over guacamole with a sriracha/mayo drizzle accompanied by lightly fried won tons. Color me happy :-). Very disappointed with this location as we were visiting family from out of town. We were a party of 4 with 2 kids, before we ordered we ordered our kids food so they can start eating while we looked at the menu. They only brought one of my kids orders and forgot the whole meal for my other kid, as a 3 year old he couldnt understand why his sibling was eating and he had no food. After we asked where his food was they came out with someone elses order than what we actually ordered. They sent it back and had to wait again for them to cook my childs order. Next we had our orders and everything else was mediocre, the pizza was cold. We decided to take the pizookie to go so we ordered it to go. We were left waiting again for awhile and when we asked for our order they then came out with a hot pizookie and the icecream melting ontop. We questioned again that was it inputted right that we ordered togo??? The waiter said it says to go and then they said hold on and brought us a togo container for us to scoop the melted pizookie into the carton ourselves?!!!! Seriously??? I ordered togo where is the icecream in a separate container away from the pizookie??? I ended up getting mush i had to scoop myself and drive 20 min away to have runny mush when i got to my destination. The whole time the waiter ignored what was going on as she cared more about the next table that just sat down drink orders. Every restaurant is allowed an off-day. Apparently, that day was the day my boyfriend, our friend, and I decided to go. In reading the other reviews, there does seem to be some inconsistency, so perhaps that is what we experienced. I have been to other BJ restaurants in the past, so i am well aware what to expect. My boyfriend and I ordered prime rib with brussel sprouts and fries to share with white chocolate macadamia nut pizookie. Not bad for $35. This is where things became inconsistent. It did take a little while for food to come out, but we expected that. We started with tortilla soup, which was flavorful and delicious! When the prime rib came, it looked delicious...a perfect medium rare. However, when we bit into it, it was barely lukewarm and verging on cold. I was so sad because it tasted great. We informed our server (who also took a while to check on us). At around the same time, we discovered that our friend (who also ordered the prime rib platter) was served a side of raw broccoli. Needless to say, we also brought this to our server's attention, and she said she would bring us a manager. It took about 10 or 15 min for the manager to come to our table. To his credit, he did try to make things right. He said they would remake our prime rib and took both of the prime rib platters off our check. We certainly appreciated that. He also offered to remake our friend's prime rib, but our friend declined and said that steamed broccoli would suffice. It took a pretty long time for them to remake the prime rib. To my dismay, when it came, while it was a good temperature, the piece itself was more grisly and closer to medium rather than medium rare. I will say that the brussel sprouts and fries were good both times. I was also impressed that they remade the entire platter even though we had finished our sides from the first round. However, my friend's steamed broccoli never materialized despite reminding the manager and our server. The pizookie was also underwhelming...just not as good as I remember them. Not sure if it was overcooked, but I did appreciate that our server put the ice cream on the side in takeout form because she heard us debating about whether we would be able to finish the pizookie there. Overall, if I had to rate food alone, I would probably give it 2.5 stars; their service bumped it up to 3. The other kudos is that our server let me refill their handcrafted soda. I'm not sure if she was just super busy, but she hardly checked on us. We often had to flag her down. I will also say that I tried their orange cream soda, cherry soda, and root beer. The root beer is the only one I would get again, and I've still had better elsewhere. It was good enough for what it was, especially because our options were limited since we ate close to 10 pm. Would I come here again? The jury is still out on that one. read more

Just came here on a whim wanting some pizza, and had an absolutely wonderful experience at this location. In my opinion this location is less fancy and overall less visually impressive than other locations (not their fault at all) but the service was INCREDIBLE and frankly it makes me want to return here more!! Our servers name tonight was Marco and he was beyond amazing! He was very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. He advised us to sign up for the free rewards program and we got a free pazookie, We did a two flavor- Macadamia, and Chocolate Chunk, absolutely delicious!!! For the 'main course' I did the Pepperoni pizza in the mini size (perfect for one person while saving enough room for a little dessert.) The toppings were a little unevenly spread but that was a 30 second fix of just moving around some pepperoni so no complaints there- also the pizza was otherwise perfectly delicious so it's hard to find any flaws with it other than that. Perfect crust, sauce, and cheese My dinner partner got Chicken Club and also loved it! The bread was layered with garlic, which packed a nice punch, and the sandwich was also perfectly seasoned. We will definitely be back, to this location especially, and again thank you to Marco for being so great! read more

We came to celebrate my friend's aunt's birthday. We ordered wings, macaroni and cheese balls, and avocado rolls for appetizers. For our entrees, we ordered filet mignon, a tri-tip, a ribeye, and a chicken alfredo. As for drinks, we had a couple spicy mango margaritas, a Moscow mule, and a strawberry drink mixed with prosecco. We had a really nice server. She did a great job taking care of us. We came on a busy night but we were seated pretty fast, which was very impressive. Overall, the food was delicious (the mashed potato was cold but they replaced it right away), the drinks were good with the exception of the Moscow mule (according to the aunt, it tasted like soda), and the service was nice. The meatballs in the spaghetti were undercooked in the middle, so I had to ask for a replacement. The replacements, however, were grey, unappetizing, and still undercooked. Didn't expect authenticity for the jambalaya, but also didn't expect whatever this is. Spending $90 for all this plus a cup of clam chowder is crazy work. I hadn't been to BJ's in a while, so I decided to give it another try--but never again. Everything was mediocre, and to top it off, gratuity was automatically applied for a party of two. read more

My boyfriend and I have been loyal BJ's customers for over five years, regularly visiting our local location and consistently ordering the same item during happy hour--your chips and salsa. For the past three years, our server Kristen S. has refilled the chips and salsa when we were running low, and it's been part of what's kept us coming back. We've never been made known of this rule she told us of today but that is of no fault of our own. Over the years her service has consistently fluctuated and oftentimes leaves us not as ease. I'm not a review writer (hardly ever) but simply her condescending response and dismissal of our confusion left a bad taste in my mouth. However, during our most recent visit, we were told--quite abruptly--that the happy hour version "isn't endless" (by the same server for years that's been doing it) and that only the chips, not the salsa, could be refilled, said reluctantantly. We were surprised by this shift, especially since we've been accommodated this way for years without issue. The interaction felt dismissive, and the attitude from our server--who we've built a rapport with--felt out of character and disappointing. We completely understand if policies have changed, but the way it was handled made us feel unappreciated as regular customers. A clearer explanation or even a heads-up would have gone a long way in making us feel respected rather than dismissed. "Izzy" & "Lindsay" as well as the hosts were phenomenal. Obviously a massive workload but then still managing to keep a smile and a welcoming attitude shows their professionalism and skill. read more

Ordered some pizzas and was shocked at the amount of oil in the pizza. The oil soaked the inside of the box and even leaked thru to the outside bottom of the box! There were also minimal toppings on the pizza as well. read more

Pretty disappointed with my recent order. Husband and I ordered for take out and the quality of the food was very very distasteful. I received no condiments for my order and presentation was not attractive. Food was not great and bland. I unfortunately couldn't finish it. I've been to BJs at different locations and managed to leave satisfied. This not so much. I really hope that whoever comes next receives better service and food.
