On 8/29/26, I called Cheesecake Factory Arcadia around 5:15pm, and placed a $75 takeout order, I gave the guy my name and phone number and repeated the order twice because he said it was really busy and he couldn't hear. He said, come and pick order from the lobby in 25 min. I arrive in the bakery area in the lobby and two ladies said no guy works there taking to go orders, and my name and order is not in the system. No apologies but she offers to take my order. I already had spent a total of 45 minutes to get food from them. No thanks, I am not waiting another 30 minutes I am good. I drove thru Chik Fil A got food in 12 minutes with prompt excellent customer service and no attitude it wasn't what I wanted and no cheesecake had to get ice cream instead and only cost me $30. I saved $45 and probably 4500 calories. I usually don't leave reviews but since I was so angry or hangry and the ladies in the bakery had an attitude after I showed them the number I dialed was their number to prove that a guy took my order. I was too tired aft working all day and it was hot, and I was too hungry to reasonably deal with a manager who was probably going to have the same attitude because it was extremely busy so I decided to spend my money elsewhere and forewarn others if they are going to order a (to go over the phone) always get the name of the person who takes your order so you can report them if they forget to put your name and order into their system, that was my mistake and human error on their part along with bad attitudes from the bakery ladies. My wife and I decided to take all my kids and grandkids out for lunch, and we picked this place to make that happen....and we are SOOOO glad we did. There were 12 of us coming in on a Sunday afternoon. We knew it would be a wait, but the front of house did all they could to get us all in and seated together in as short a time as possible. Once in we were greeted by Tianna. She was amazingly pleasant , as was her associate that I can't remember her name. So sorry. I have been to a lot of restaurants with big groups and they never are able to handle it...but I have to say...these two ladies treated us like we were royalty. Let's start with the parking, if you're not going to valet just know that it's madness especially on the weekend, it get very packed weather you want to park inside or out. They have a waiting list of at 30-45 minutes minimum, so be prepared to wait or just go walking around in the mall. Once we got seated, it took them quite a while to come take our order and much longer to actually bring out the food. Also there were a lot of flies which got really annoying. The food itself was pretty good, everyone enjoyed what they got and they cooked the meat to exactly what I had asked for. The burgers are actually really good at Cheesecake definitely recommended. Luckily, my partner and I only waited about 20 minutes when we arrived around 9:30pm, which honestly surprised me because it was still super busy and lively. Food took about 40 minutes. We were seated and got bread right away, which was great because we were starving. Our server was nice, but it took quite a while for her to come take our order and check on us afterward. Food-wise, the Pasta Da Vinci was decent, but the sauce was watery, it's usually much thicker. The real disappointment was the Jambalaya. The pasta itself was completely unseasoned, and only the chicken and shrimp had any flavor. My partner usually doesn't like to complain, but even he didn't enjoy it. When I tried it, I was honestly shocked. Paying $30 for bland pasta was really disappointing. We also ordered the Parmesan truffle fries, and they were drenched in oil. Highly recommend getting a reservation to the cheesecake factory, even though it seems empty, it will get packed really quick, because dining here always sounds like a great idea at the last minute. For a Cheesecake Factory, this is pretty consistent. (I base this 4/5 review on this premise... lol!) We come here every once in a while when we go to the Santa Anita mall. It's accessible from outside the mall right by the food court. We've never had to wait to be seated. They're very accommodating with children, indoor or outdoor seating. There's also a children's menu. Service is always very kind and attentive. Food... goodness.... The menu at CF always gives me anxiety bc it's basically an encyclopedia of food. We had the classic avocado eggrolls which have not changed. Delicious and fresh with that great tamarind dipping sauce. My husband had some grilled salmon which was cooked perfectly and I tried the Peruvian chicken bowl because I was feeling like plantains and it did not disappoint. For a bowl, I was surprised it had two super tender chicken breasts in it along with black beans, plantains, rice, and salsa. It was perfect for what I was craving at the time and a generous serving of it. Finished everything off with Godiva and lemon raspberry cheesecakes. Godiva is the must for chocolate lovers and the lemon raspberry for something cakes, fruity, and sweet/tart. I have been going to cheesecake factory for years but usually we get takeout with my family. This time I was hanging out with friends and we decided to eat there. First of all I just want to say that the patio was closed and that they specifically opened the patio for us because we requested it so thank you so much for their excellent service and for their accommodation. I also want to add that I told them that I wanted to use my birthday cheesecake coupon and the server was really awesome and took care of that for me. The table shared 2 small crab bites and 1 calamari. This came relatively fast. We had ordered this the same time as our entrees. Over the years, the portions definitely got smaller. Both dishes were delicious and fresh tasting. I ordered the lunch chicken caesar salad and someone else at my table did too. Our salads looked completely different in size. Mine was perfectly filled with an appropriate amount of romaine lettuce but the other one had barely any lettuce. Overall, I thought it was an average salad. The chicken was an additional $2.50 to add on and you can choose between grilled and breaded. I just wished that there was more lettuce since it just felt like I was just eating grilled chicken with a side of salad. This Cheesecake Factory location is hit or miss. Most of the time it's insanely busy, with very slow service, and mediocre food. Recently I went there on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 and had a much different experience. We were seated right away, the server told us the Happy Hour was just starting and gave us a Happy Hour menu, and she provided the best service we've ever had at this location. We had a couple of cocktails, indulged in the appetizers, and got cake and cheesecake to go for later in the evening. The fried mac and cheese balls were so tasty. My family gets them all the time but I had never tried them. I was so surprised at how flavorful they were. I would definitely order them again. The pretzel bites and cheddar cheese fondue was also excellent. I've also never had a bad seared ahi tuna salad here; it's consistently good at all locations. I was very surprised at how good the Happy Hour mojito was. Some places give you a smaller glass or less alcohol if it's Happy Hour but here! My drink was great! My chicken parmesan pizza style was burnt. You can tell they knew it was burnt because they tried to hide it underneath more spices. My dinner also didn't have the alfredo sauce on the pasta so it was dry. The chicken had a weird texture where you can tell it was over cooked with the hard bits, but mushy where the chicken had the tomato sauce, so that makes me think it was sitting under a heat lamp after being burnt. We've eaten a here a few times and tonight was a let down. We will probably only come here for cheesecake and appetizers. Food is too expensive to be that bad. read more

Sooo many flies inside all over the glass wall near the kitchen. We decided not to order and left. If they have many flies at the front of house, that tells us that they have a maggot problem some place in back of house. read more
