It was a-ok. At first the service was slow but after they changed our servers multiple times, we ended up getting the best one out of the 3 so that made up for the slow service. Food came out slow too but I think I expected that already. We got the egg roll sampler, fish and chips, and shrimp with rice (forgot the name). I usually get the miso salmon but wanted to try something new. Should have stuck to my usual. Nothing else special about this trip but wanted to share some pics.

Ate here May 1, 2026 (Friday) night and was really excited since it had been a while. I've always loved The Cheesecake Factory--just not the long lines. Luckily, my partner and I only waited about 20 minutes when we arrived around 9:30pm, which honestly surprised me because it was still super busy and lively. Food took about 40 minutes. We were seated and got bread right away, which was great because we were starving. Our server was nice, but it took quite a while for her to come take our order and check on us afterward. Food-wise, the Pasta Da Vinci was decent, but the sauce was watery, it's usually much thicker. The real disappointment was the Jambalaya. The pasta itself was completely unseasoned, and only the chicken and shrimp had any flavor. My partner usually doesn't like to complain, but even he didn't enjoy it. When I tried it, I was honestly shocked. Paying $30 for bland pasta was really disappointing. We also ordered the Parmesan truffle fries, and they were drenched in oil. It tasted like they weren't drained properly, so the oil completely overpowered the flavor and made them hard to enjoy. For a Friday night, I expected them to be on top of their game, but this visit missed the mark. Sadly, I won't be coming back anytime soon.

For a Cheesecake Factory, this is pretty consistent. (I base this 4/5 review on this premise... lol!) We come here every once in a while when we go to the Santa Anita mall. It's accessible from outside the mall right by the food court. We've never had to wait to be seated. They're very accommodating with children, indoor or outdoor seating. There's also a children's menu. Service is always very kind and attentive. Food... goodness.... The menu at CF always gives me anxiety bc it's basically an encyclopedia of food. The food is pretty much mediocre in my book but (as stated above) for a CF, it's pretty standard. I honestly can't say I have a favorite dish. lol!!! But we did have the stuffed mushroom appetizer and thought that was yummy. Also, we always appreciate the complimentary bread and butter! The children's portions are also huge especially for a toddler. We got the jambalaya and it was just okay.... Overcooked noodles. Food is a bit meh but the environment and service keep us coming back especially bc we have a toddler and he can be loud or make a mess without us worrying too much.

Peruvian Chicken bowl. Colors are messed up by the outdoor lighting but I promise it looks and tastes delicious in person!

First off, Alex is a phenomenal server. He fixed our crazy wobbly table issue outside on the patio by helping us with musical tables until we got it right, got someone to get our heater lamp turned on, never missed a request, and kept that delicious factory bread and drinks coming even though he had to always go inside to handle other tables. We haven't been to Cheesecake Factory for anything other than dessert for a long time and was surprised at the quality, portioning, and flavor of what we ordered. We had the classic avocado eggrolls which have not changed. Delicious and fresh with that great tamarind dipping sauce. My husband had some grilled salmon which was cooked perfectly and I tried the Peruvian chicken bowl because I was feeling like plantains and it did not disappoint. For a bowl, I was surprised it had two super tender chicken breasts in it along with black beans, plantains, rice, and salsa. It was perfect for what I was craving at the time and a generous serving of it. Finished everything off with Godiva and lemon raspberry cheesecakes. Godiva is the must for chocolate lovers and the lemon raspberry for something cakes, fruity, and sweet/tart. Looks like Cheesecake Factory finally made it back onto our list of restaurant rotations.

LOLOL Cheesecake Factory might've just replaced my old love for CPK. There are so many jokes about how the menu is endless but after watching a video, I so appreciate all the time the workers go through with prep. My family loved their food but I got the shrimp scampi which is supposed to be super popular...it just didn't land with me. The oil they used was super greasy and it wasn't olive oil lol. The key lime cheesecake was good!

Angelina at the bar was incredible! Despite being a busy graduation season in the city, as the wait time was crazy for a table, we are glad that the bar area was surprisingly available. Food was delicious, drinks were beautiful, and staff was friendly and attentive.

This location is busy most of the time. I stopped by on a weekday for dinner and managed to beat the dinner rush. But it was full house within an hour. For the table I ordered: Grilled rib-eye steak Baja bowl with grilled chicken Ahi tuna poke bowl with rice Avocado eggrolls Warm crab dip Baked brie with truffle-honey butter Farfelle with chicken and roasted garlic Godiva chocolate cheesecake Peach perfect with raspberry drizzle This is the first time I didn't order pasta for myself and got the ahi tuna poke bowl. The bowl is huge but I think it's better to stick with their classics such as pasta. Staffs here are friendly. It's always fun to have a small conversation with them. Our table was going back and forth on how to pronounce Godiva and the our waitress joined in on the fun. If they're busy, you might have to ask for things repeatedly until they bring it. Food quality is always the same. Love the booth tables next to the window.

4/11/26 So we waited more than an hour. They were going to sit us in a small booth where we did not fit. Trying to sit us at a table for 4 when we were 6. They had the nerve to say we had to wait another 30 minutes!!! What kind of service is this ! Yes we know you are popular but this is ridiculous. I asked why they couldn't sit us k. The next available table Their answer, "Well because we have other guests who have been waiting an hour" WHAT ?!!! And how long have we been waiting? Make or make sense ! Manager came by she also said we had to wait ... Like I was ready to leave ... I was ready to post this when they all of a sudden came by to tell us they had a bigger table. I'll just say thank you for accommodating us after we were clearly upset for trying to make us wait another 30 minutes.

I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory and unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. The food itself was mediocre at best. Nothing really stood out, especially considering the price point. For a place with such a big reputation and menu, I expected a lot more in terms of flavor and quality. The biggest issue was the service. We waited a long time just to have our order taken, and the food took forever to come out. Our server was not attentive at all and rarely checked in, which made the whole experience feel frustrating. I understand this place gets busy, and long waits can happen , but the lack of service and overall food quality made it hard to enjoy the visit. Overall, not a great experience and not somewhere I'd be eager to return to.

    Eggroll Sampler
    Charnie D.

Went here for a quick lunch but didn't remember Cheesecake has these large portions. Ordered the egg roll samplers and was surprised how tasty the sauces and the egg rolls are. The sweet potatoes fries was whatever but it was an abundance for sure. The salmon tasted great but the mash potatoes were very filling. The asparagus arrangement was a little weird but it didn't matter because it would end up in my belly. The customer service was excellent and the waitress checked up on us periodically to make sure there is nothing we need. I can't wait to go back again.

Haven't been to cheesecake factory in 3 years and I'm sad they got rid of the avocado tacos, the lemon garlic shrimp was yummy but i wish they had bigger proportions for dishes that cost more $$! The service was busy but our waitress was really nice!

Lunch for eight. The fried calamari was very good. The Buffalo chicken wings were very mediocre at best. Steak frites pretty good, fettuccine Alfredo very good teriyaki salmon bowl good, seared tuna tataki salad excellent, gumbo very, very delicious. The bee sting flatbread was just okay. Our server, Melisa was truly excellent, and added a lot to this meal. Overall, we all enjoyed lunch here out on the patio.

Because the wait time was too long for that, we decided to try The Dive Oyster Bar -- and man are we sure glad we did. We got a total of five items: a bowl of clam chowder, the soft shell crab appetizer, the roasta, the traditional pan roast with the house speciality protein (with the crab on the side because of my dad's crab allergy), and the jambalaya, which for the last three we ate with medium heat. We shared everything (except for the crab appetizer because, again, crab allergy for dad) and found the food to be delicious, with each entree coming out tasting better than the last. Personally, the roasta was my favorite with the pan roast as a close second. Very flavorful dishes with medium heat being a good level for us (wasn't spicy for our Korean palates). Service was great, our server (unfortunately forgot his name) was attentive and quick with our requests, and although he forgot a side of rice, it was for the best as the food had settled in our stomachs by then and we were content with what we ordered. The restaurant itself is well maintained with ample table space and appropriate lighting, though the music from the evening DJ was a tad bit too loud to hear from across the table. Not a big mood killer for us, though mostly because the good was that good. We're not from this area, so the odds of coming here again are relatively slim -- but should the opportunity present itself, it'll be more than fate this time to take us through these doors once again.

They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is decent. Lots of parking spots in the back in case the front is full. The spots are pretty wide. Ambiance: The vibes are classy, old school, and warm. It can also be kinda romantic too. I have been here a couple of times on dates. Since it's dimly lit, you and your date can squeeze in a quick smooching sesh. LOL This time though, I came alone. Solo dining FTW. Food: I ordered the Derby calamari as an appetizer. Then, for the entree, I ordered the 16 oz prime rib with a side of creamed corn. For dessert, I ordered the warm whisky bread pudding. The Derby calamari features lightly seasoned calamari rings and tentacles in a perfectly balanced blend of herbs and spices. The golden batter is crispy and light without being greasy or chewy. It was also served with a Bloody Mary cocktail sauce and classic tartar sauce. Get this classic appetizer, y'all. The 16 oz prime rib with a small side of cubed baked sweet potatoes and red and yellow peppers was cooked to medium rare perfection. The prime rib was perfectly seasoned and slow-roasted. The thing practically melted in my mouth. So heavenly! My only complaint was that my prime rib was a bit too salty for my taste. So the cubed baked sweet potatoes and red and yellow peppers did kinda off set the saltiness of the prime rib. I also had this same problem at the Blue Bayou in Disneyland. I hate it when my meat is over salted, but whatever. The creamed corn was such a great side. Definitely upgrade to this premium side if you like corn. It's so worth it. As a massive dork for corn, this was perfection in a dish. Lowkey this was the star dish for me. Not the prime rib, sadly. The dish is fricken sweet, savory, creamy, rich, and comforting. It outshined the prime rib by a mile IMHO. GET THIS DISH! The warm whisky bread pudding was surprisingly really tasty. This is a classic sweet bread pudding drenched in a rich, creamy whiskey sauce. I got this dessert because it was highly recommended by my waiter. Honestly, I can see why this moist, vanilla-based bread pudding with a generous pour of warm, sweet whiskey cream sauce was highly recommended. The whipped cream and single black berry added a nice touch to this dessert too. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, welcoming, informative, and fast. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

Found the 16 ounces a little too much. I'd recommend everyone just to stick to the 12 ounces. Sides: Still prefer the cream corn and spinach from Lawry's, but overall still a pretty solid meal. Cocktails: Secretariat was good, but if you get a pre-mixed solution from Sprouts and get a Top Shelf Scotch like the discounted Blue Label at Costco, you can create yourself a pretty good mixer at home. Think I should have went with a Pino Grigio or something. Soups: Solid French Onion Soup, although I wished the soup based had a more potent amount of sherry or Sauvignon Blanc. Overall thoughts: very historical indeed. You walk in here and you immediately feel that old money vibe. It has that Rat Pack era feel, Frank Sinatra Playing in the background, and has that Mr. Walt Disney might hang out here aura. Be prepared to dish out 100+ per person. This place has similar vibes to the speakeasy the Cellar in Fullerton California. But I found the prime rib to lack that melt in your mouth and balance fat to lean ratio that you find at Summit House and Lawry's. Nevertheless, service was AAA, Ally was great. Hosts were all really chill. Will return for the filet mignon next time. Not quite 5 stars, but deserves a 4

My only wish being that some of these delicious cocktails could be found on the Happy Hour menu. With any luck they will be the next time I visit, with or without traveling companions.

Breakfast burrito was delicious. Ordered it without the beans but so good with that spicy ranch sauce.

I've heard some good things about this place and from other fellow yelpers friends, it must be…read moreworth it. Had a dinner reservation with some girlfriends celebrating two of their birthdays. The restaurant itself isn't too big but it does a pack a nice punch. Cute patio out front that takes some of the sidewalks and streets. Plenty of heat lamps which helped with the chilly nights. We got seated at one of the tables on the patios which was nice. Didn't really utilize inside area except for the restroom which it's quite cute in there. The rooms were pretty well decorated and executed. Nice bar area too. Like mentioned, we got seated on the patio and the heat lamps were great. Down to the menus, it's quite limited on dishes. Seemed like there were more shared plates versus the entrees. Drinks, it was fairly decent with their cocktails and wine. Service at the beginning was great. The staff were amazing and very friendly. We didn't order right away as we were still waiting for the last one to show. But did start off with some drinks. It didn't take that long for the first round which was nice. Food wise, the shared plate was a mixture of everything. Some of the olives, which is exactly what it is. The Belgian fries, nice thick cut fries with shredded pecorino cheese and a nice aioli sauce. We ended up getting a second order of it. The albacore tuna crudo was a hit which was really tasty. Chili ginger relish, mint and shallot, can't go wrong with that. Lastly the meatballs, tasty and very great for sharing. Entrees, the pan seared sea bass which I loved. Portion is pretty tiny which also seemed like they were a shared plate. Almost tapas styled. Nice chimichurri sauce and a side salad. The chicken Milanese also with a side salad of arugula. Simple dish but quite tasty. One of the salads that was somewhat hyped up by the waitress but it was just a salad. Decent but nothing major to rave about...lol... also the confit oyster mushrooms was major hit. Something that simple but quite tasty. And lastly the pan con tomate, rustic sourdough with tomatoes and burrata. Tasty as well. Overall the meal was good. From there, the second round of drinks did take a long time to arrive and with then plates that we shared, trying to get someone to clear the plates was another thing. Took a long for someone to clear the table before more items came. Even when the entrees came, all the empty starter plates were still there. And if someone did clear the plates, some was still left on the table. Finishing off the night, we did have the dessert which we tried all three. As it was two of our girlfriends birthday, they brought out a little bubbly for us to celebrate with the dessert. That was quite sweet and nice. Honestly opinion with the dessert, they were just ok. Nothing major to rave about. We tried all three on the menu and they were just ok. Overall, the food was great. Service was nice and the staffs were all very friendly. It did take a while for plates to get cleared from the table and second round did take a while, but it was manageable. It was a sweet gesture with the bubbly with the dessert which was greatly appreciated. The place is nice and great for catching up. Menu is limited and portions are quite small. You would have to get a good amount for sharing. Entrees, depending on what you order is small as well. But we enjoyed ourself.

Come here for the drinks, vibes and brunch…read more Their breakfast options are better than their dinner service. I can't eat here for dinner as a vegetarian, they have little to no options. Would it kill them to add a veggie burger? Service is consistently awful. I've been here half a dozen times and I've never had good service. Drinks and water are never refilled unless I ask. It takes forever to get our order and once we do our server disappears. Seriously so bad. But I keep coming back for their good food.
