First off the staff is very friendly. Kian was our waiter and he was enthusiastic, every time we asked for something he never made us feel bad. This must be a great place to work because there were a lot of staff that were off the clock hanging out enjoying drinks & food. Food was okay. Went here with my work for happy hour to celebrate a couple milestones. Upon on walking in, I was greated by friendly employees. The place was quite packed & yet it wasn't super noisy which is great since we were able to talk without talking over everyone. Music choice was pretty good. We had a fairly big group of people & Our waitress Mya was very attentive making sure no one was left out & repeated what the specials were & answered all our questions. For appetizers we had the "Big twist pretzel with beer cheese dip" & "chips w/ spinach & artichoke dip". For entrée i had the "lemon pepper sesame dry rub wings" my co workers got the specials of the day which gave you a entree, side, & dessert for $24. They selected the "baby back ribs" with a side of "clam chowder" & a "pizookie" for dessert. Everyone seem to enjoy themselves & I'd think well be making another visit for happy hour read more

We were surprised by how mediocre the food was for how many people were there and the previous reviews. Our server was wonderful! That being said, that's where the positive elements stop. The majority of the food all was premade and reheated it seemed. Unfortunately, even the salads were floppy with too much dressing and not a good flavor. We came to have a late Sunday dinner with our toddler and Alina was our server! She was great and gave our daughter special attention. I took her up on all her suggestions from appetizer, adult beverage and entree! Great service, the food came out hot and was delicious! Honestly, the service here really sucks. Been here twice. First time, our food was messed up bad. We ordered 3 appetizers and all came at different times. The first one was cold, the second one was not the correct wing flavor and the last one came out 20 minutes later. Went here again on Saturday, and the service really sucked. The waitress was subpar and the food took forever to come at 10pm at night when it wasn't crowded. Btw don't order hot honey it's an extra $4 for a side the size of a normal ranch size (less than 1oz)!! read more

We have tried going 3 - 4 times. The 1st visit when they opened was fantastic! However each visit after that has been horrible service. Disorganized, slow, waiting to be greeted. We tried giving multiple chances but after last visit in May 2025 and we weren't greeted by a hostess for 5 minutes, we can't go back. Shame because they have good food and beer. read more

Sat for 15 minutes before a waiter came. When he did he closed two other tables before he came to us. They ran out of silver ware, and had kids coloring activities but no crayons. Waiter was socializing with his friends, we had to wave at him and he still didn't see us. Food was wrong, got a hickory bbq burger cooked medium (no bacon and well done). We have been to many BJ's locations in and out of Texas and this location is by far the worst we have been to in terms of quality of food and service. Our service was horrendous. Waiters need to be trained more. Food quality was not as good the only thing we had that was tasty was the pizza. The nachos were lacking cheese, basically plain chips and the size of fries was a joke for $5.95. We will not be back to this location. Rather drive to Katy. read more

So today we went here for my son's birthday. We had to wait to be seated at a booth with no problem. As soon as we sat down the waitress didn't want to help us. I think her name was Monique or Monica. I don't know. Very rude. Never came back to check on us. Never came to give us refills. Never gave us napkins never gave us forks. Didn't give us any plates for our appetizers. I don't think I will be going back to this one, although the manager did take off some of our food because our burgers were well done and my steak was leather. The waitress just gave attitude the whole time. And we asked for our kids meal to come out before our meals because my son was hungry and she just rolled her eyes at us and didn't want to do anything just lazy. Why even work just stay home. Worst service I've had in a while. Walked in with a few friends and sat at the bar. Took them probably 5-7 minutes before coming over and greet us and ask us for drinks. When we ordered our food she took the order but forgot to place it in. Came back 15 mins later and asked us again. I think she forgot a second time and the food took over an hr to come out. And she has the nerve to say the kitchen is back up because they were busy. The place was dead the bar had 3 customers lol. Everyone else got their food. Never asked us for refills on water or brought us our beer until we asked multiple times smh. Would never go back! read more

I was told I was going to get a refill 7 times and never got one. my burger was burnt, mashed potato's were cold and overall terrible service experience. Expect bad service coming here. Very slow service.....ridiculously slow. The pizza stands are a stupid idea. When they tried to put the hot pizza a the ridiculous stand, it slid off and fell in my lap and burnt my arm. I had to ask for a comp on the bill (they should offer to cover the entire bill). The pizzas being put on the stand is so tall you can't even get to the pizza when you're sitting in a booth. The entire restaurant floors were so slippery it is an accident waiting to happen. Good was good but everything else needs a lot of work. read more
