Clam Chowder
Edward P.

The food was amazing and the service was really top tier. The soup was hot and flavorful. For a chain restaurant I love the way the establishment operates. We also had a salad and some of New Orleans Jambalaya. I had the bone in wings with totally pleased my palate and went well with the clam chowder. It felt like a nice hangout place to be.

My first trip was probably a 3 star experience but my second, 5-stars all around. Why? I forgot about BJs specialty and seasonal brews. I tried a few before deciding, but choosing between the amber and red was really a challenge, because they were both delicious. They receive my vote over the cocktails (even the $6 cocktails) any day! In addition to the brews, the bartender worked the bar with ease, checking in on everyone, making small talk and helping with recommendations without being intrusive. While there a grabbed an order of brussel sprouts and the pizookie trio. While I likely ate my weight in sugar, I highly recommend their pizookie. Even if you only order a pizookie during your visit, order the pizookie! I love seeing the adaptation in their menu, and when I'm ready for a cheat meal, I'll be back for more!

Bone in wings.

Food was really bad. Wings look like they had been reheated. This place went down pretty quick. Waiter also seemed disinterested in our feedback. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

BURNT Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts.

My son and I usually have good food from them. I guess they cut out someone that checks the food before they serve it. There's a difference between being caramelized and just flat out burnt. My Brussels sprouts were burnt and inedible. Nobody likes to get food to go at one restaurant. They have to go get something at a different restaurant because the first one didn't make your dinner right. We also ordered 2 wedge salads and they both were the exact same. Almost no toppings and like 6 leaves of lettuce. It's called a blue cheese "WEDGE" salad. It's not a wedge of lettuce. We will think twice before spending our money at this restaurant in the future

Plenty of room for lunch (not at all crowded). Vera took great care of us. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced special (which included a nice dessert:-)

Came in with our family, so excited to finally have a BJ's close to home. We called and added our name to the waitlist, and came in and were seated right on time. Our waitress Alina was so great, super sweet and attentive. All the food was amazing, and the drinks were equally as good! Super excited to have them in town.

Enlightened Mediterranean Chicken Pita Tacos

We came on a Friday night. They weren't packed, but the crowd was steady. The service was slow. Our server was great though, it just took forever for the food. I got the Mediterranean chicken pita tacos. They were actually really good, I just wish they had more chicken. Lots of tomato and cucumber. We'll probably be back.

1.24.25 I came here with my daughter for lunch. I have never been here before but she has. They have a nice lunch menu plus it comes with a dessert. Heck yeah' Service was extremely slow. (We were there for 1.5 hours!) The food on the other hand was GREAT! I ordered the lunch soup and salad. My soup was broccoli cheese in a sourdough bowl. Omg, so tasty, both of them. The soup was the best BC I have ever had. It also came with garlic bread. (Yummy) The house salad was good - nothing special. My daughter ordered the lunch chicken Parmesan with spaghetti. She said it was very good and would order it again. I gave her some of my garlic bread and she said it was good, and wished her meal came with it. The desserts were the perfect size. My was hot fudge brownie and her was salted caramel cookie. Both were very tasty. The ambiance was great for lunch time and played great music. This place great super crowded on the weekends my daughter said. I see why. We will return here again. -1 star for Super slow service.

When it showed up I was amazed by the large pile of food. As I began to eat though, I started to get disappointed. I cut into my fried egg expecting it to run all over my plate, but it seems like it was cooked somewhere between over medium and over hard. I was looking for tasting the hot honey, which appears to be under the dish as opposed to on top of it. I was looking forward to a soft fluffy biscuit, but it too was over hard. The Chicken was well cooked, a bit thin, and I'm not sure that the breading tasted anything more like Captain crunch than it did any other breading. However every time I cut into it the breading kind of just fell off into the gravy. The gravy and potatoes were redeeming, with good flavor gravy and well cooked potatoes. Overall, it wasn't bad, I ate it all, I just expected better for my $17.

I know. "Fine dining" and burgers? But that's what I wanted. I searched the web and found the Chefs Table in Vintage Park, and it wasn't too far from us here in The Woodlands, so we decided to make reservations and head there. From the moment we entered, we were treated like special guests. The ambiance is rich, but not overdone or stuffy. Simply classic and relaxing. Our booth felt private and unhindered by conversations of nearby diners or wait staff bustling past. Our cocktails were perfect. The calimari we ordered as an appetizer was probably the most tender and delicious either of us have ever had. And when our burgers arrived, I was so happy. It was exactly what I had set my mind on when selecting my birthday dinner experience. The blend of brisket and chuck was absolutely delicious, set atop a perfectly buttered toasted bun, with some crispy onion straws on top. And the fries... oh my! I rarely if ever eat fried food - so clearly this was my big day to completely go off my standard fare, but those fries had the perfect crunch and flavor. Apparently, when my husband made our resv, he told them it was my birthday, so our server brought out a delightful complimentary spiced cake dessert after we were finished eating - for us to share. It was the perfect finish to an already amazing meal. Thank you to the entire staff at The Chefs Table yesterday, for helping to create a memorable and delicious birthday feast for my husband and me. We will definitely be back to try some other delights because the menu is packed full of amazing looking dishes.

We were seated in a booth that felt quite cramped for a business meeting. Next time, we'd likely request a more open, well-lit table. We ordered several dishes, but the Chilean sea bass was disappointing. It was dry, lacked the buttery texture it's known for, and was quite bland. We also requested a side of hot sauce, but that request was overlooked. To end the meal, we planned to order coffee and toffee instead of dessert. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, we were told the coffee machine had broken. Unfortunately, by then the server seemed eager to wrap things up and didn't really give us the opportunity to consider any other after-meal options. Overall, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and we can see why it's popular, but the food execution and service fell short of our expectations, especially for a business lunch. We hope these issues were just an off day, as we'd like to give it another chance.

What a great dining experience! This was my first time here. I was heading into heavy rush-hour…read moretraffic, so I decided to avoid it and stop to have a good meal before heading home. This restaurant definitely aims to please. I was being very specific about what I wanted for my ribeye steak tonight; waitress Jessie was awesome and listened carefully to my requests. And then to make sure that I was absolutely happy, she brought Chef Kenneth to the table to discuss what I was looking for. Kenneth returned from the kitchen with three beautiful-looking ribeye steaks and we discussed which one would give me the best dining experience. He does some of the butchering himself so he knew exactly what I was looking for. I ended up being served the most fabulous Wagyu steak I've had in a very long time. Unlike the other steaks that can have a seasoning on them, the Wagyu is just salt and pepper and then is served with a beautiful compound butter slathered all over it. They make that butter in-house and it has wine and shallots and bone marrow and other wonderful stuff. Trust me, it's amazing! I ordered extra on the side and poured that all over the top of the steak. Delicious!! Sometimes little things count and it was served with grilled onion that was tasty. I could have had a side of mashed potatoes or asparagus, but I decided to treat myself and try the mac-n-cheese instead. Half of that food was my lunch the next day, so I left enough room for dessert, where my choice was the apple pie bread pudding with cinnamon roll ice cream. That was nice and moist and I enjoyed it. Overall, this was a really great dining experience and I'm so glad that bad traffic gave me the excuse to come here. Will definitely plan a return visit!!

On the other hand, I want to recognize our waiter, who was excellent throughout the meal. Raymond was attentive, friendly, and did his best to make us feel comfortable again after the interaction with the manager. His professionalism and kindness were the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the food also fell short of expectations. In particular, I would not recommend the mussels. The flavor was unpleasant and left a very bad aftertaste, making them one of the least enjoyable dishes we ordered. Good customer service isn't just about enforcing rules--it's about how those rules are communicated. Unfortunately, the manager's approach, combined with the disappointing food, overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.

The Korean chicken bao huns were pretty good with a combination of sweet, savory, and a little bit of acid from the pickled veggies. The Brussel sprouts were good but there was way too much oil in the dish so every bite felt heavier that it should have been. The Cajun fries had good flavor but were really salty.
