Service: Our waitress was really nice. we got there at the end of happy hour, but she got our orders before it was over. I assume the kitchen was backed up because it took longer than usual to get our food. Food: The spinach dip was off for some reason. The table agreed it just didn't really taste right, but we couldn't put our finger on it. The pizza was very doughy. I went to do some shopping at Stonewood Shopping Center, JCPenney's wasn't open yet so I walked over to BJ's probably the place just opened, three people in there This was a shame at this particular BJ's. The bartender Laura was awesome. That girl is prepping and getting her work done and you see all these zombies wandering around not doing any extra thing to help the business. It looked like there was two managers walking around, not doing anything. The restrooms were nasty. It's really sad like somebody smeared comet all over the marble or granite top, you can literally see the wipe smear marks. I will spare you the pictures of the urinals. You don't need to see that, but there was a baby kwipe in there and generally just not clean . There was an aerosol can sitting on the floor, waiting for someone to sue BJ's by falling down! as a manager you should walk the walk the restrooms and get the place ship shape. I mean really how can the restrooms be a mess if nobody's even used them since last night looks like they got a bunch of time thieves on their hands and shake things up a little bit. But my experience at other BJ's has been phenomenal!! This Could tell you something about the people who visit there who don't know how to clean up after themselves also. read more

My husband and I had the absolute best experience at BJ's as the food was excellent but nothing compared to the amazing service provided by Gerardo Roman. He took care of everything we could have possibly asked for. Went over and above each time he came to our table. He truly cared about our experience and he made our night!!! Please do not eat here! It is dirty, our table was sticky the booth had food on it the floor had food everywhere. There was a moldy smell as you walk in. First time going to BJ's and I didn't know what to expect. I'd say it's similar to a chilis but their thing is pizza/italian and American food! I went in really hungry and found it difficult to choose an entree because of the variety of options. Many items on the menu sounded very delicious. I'd come back just to try other items on the menu. I'd say the prices and daily specials are also worth it. I came in on a Monday but there was a baseball game and what seemed like many families celebrating graduations. The restaurant was full! Because of this the service was still good but the servers were really busy managing all the tables. I'd describe the ambience as lively and family friendly but fear not most families had older teen or young adult children. The bar area held more adults and smaller parties of people versus the general table and chair seating. Had a great time and can't wait to go here again read more

First of all, I got there as a party of seven. Keep in mind, we're all hangry from a long day of work around 3:50. We get seated after 10 minutes, no problem. A man dressed in formal(ish) attire seats us and takes our drink order. We all get waters and when we take our orders he has a major attitude. He didn't want to split our bill(Would've been two ways), and he would only let us use one free pizookie. (On the app you can use multiple). How outrageous! Giving 4 stars because I haven't tried enough of their food, but the pazookies are amazing! My favorite is the regular chocolate chip. The cookie is warm and paired with the cold vanilla ice cream, it's just so good! My husband got the hot fudge sundae and it was pretty good too. Seems like they served a bit less ice cream on that one, but they also serve whipped cream. I went on a Tuesday night, they sat us right away and even though we only ordered dessert, it did take a bit long for it to come out. But other than that, service was good, tables were clean.
