Had dinner here tonight for the first time. The food was amazing and I love all the healthy options! WAY TO GO BJ'S! While the food was great what really makes me want to go back was the service y'all! This crew was awesome from the time we walked in the door. They were sure to tell us at the Hostess stand to download the app and register so we get a free dessert. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Missy. She was our server. I am certain Missy has never met a stranger. She was outgoing, product savvy, and could multi-task like a beast!! She truly is the reason we will be back over and over again! We are driving from Florida to Texas and stopped for a much needed dinner. We were disappointed upon ordering to find out that they were out of wings and baked potatoes. My son didn't like the flavor of his ribs and the manger didn't really care that our experience was less than desirable. Our server was fantastic but the food was less than great. After dinner and talking to the manger we qualified for 35 mins for our dessert. It was not a great experience overall and I doubt we will be back. read more

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Mobile. Their specialties are burgers & pizzas. We ordered the prime rib. Not tender enough for hubby so they swapped it out for the rib eye. OMG! Food was good but pricey. Server was very good. I would have left a higher rating but the place was absolutely freezing you could hang meat in there -- it was probably in the 40s. All the guests were bundled up in whatever coats they had with them. Despite our polite request they failed to correct it I later learned that the manager was working in the kitchen so it became very clear that he was freezing his guests out for his own comfort. Shameful. We will not return. read more

Terrible. The hamburger patties were 1/4" thin and badly burnt. The loaded bake potato was bland and nothing and I ordered a mini gluten free dessert and got one with gluten. I would not eat here again. Just passing through so not something I have to worry about. Lol read more

I have been to BJ's twice since it opened.. and I have to say I am impressed. The first time I went with a rather large group and the second was with one friend relatively late at night. The service was outstanding both times and the food was just as good. If you go, get the brussel sprouts! They're roasted with a balsamic glaze. It was so delicious I ended up ordering another one the first time and again on my second visit! So far, I have tried their black and blue burger and the Parmesan crusted chicken. I liked both! I was required to give one star. I guess that one star can be for the spinach dip. But, that's all. Thirty minutes for our drink order to be taken. Forty five minutes for our drinks to arrive and my drink was incorrect. Ten minutes later I was able to get a server's attention (not ours) to correct the drink. Ten minutes later another server brought what was supposed to be a sparkling raspberry lemonade. There is no "sparkle" at all to it. Five minutes later another server brought me another drink which was totally different and told me it was a sparkling raspberry lemonade. Ok? It was sparkling either. Ordered the appetizer combo after sitting for over forty-five minutes. Twenty minutes later it arrived. Cold. The only think on it that was good was the spinach dip. Chicken was fried gristle. Mozzarella sticks were cold. Eggrolls did not even closely resemble their picture on the menu, not to mention the unidentifiable mush inside them. So, over an hour later for lunch on a Tuesday, with only one adult and two kids, I paid almost $40 and left hungry and irritated. Never again. read more

I was happy to see a BJs pop up in Mobile. It was our go-to favor in Colorado, and I really liked it. The main reason? The varied menu could keep or immediate and extended family very happy. I believe I have tried at least half the menu, and I would have to say I have enjoyed every single dish. I was happy to see that this location honors the same recipes, execution, and attention to service as all the other locations I've tried. There are lower calorie options for those inclined, and they are every bit as tasty as any other menu item. When I can't decide which great item I want, I'll order my usual: one of their flatbread appetizer pizzas and an order of there broiled Brussels sprouts with Sriracha. Oh, and beer selection is always outstanding, with draft and specials on the big board. I recommend this restaurant to anybody, without qualification. read more

I ordered the new nachos with extra chili. Instead of giving extra chili, all chili was removed from the order. When I called the restaurant, the representative said it was their mistake and they were sorry. They said they could not give a refund and there was nothin they could do other than give me a cup of chili the next time I was in the restaurant. Even with the chili, the nachos would not have been very good and certainly not worth $13.99. read more

Not impressed. There was no wait at 7PM on a Saturday and only about 2/3 of tables were occupied. The waitress was friendly enough. They have a good beer selection and I liked the decor. Food was just OK. I had wings and a salad. The wings were mediocre. My wife have a pizza which was good. The experience was not one I would have written a strong five star review on but turned worse when I killed a roach crawling on the wall by our booth. I realize that with that much food in a place pest control is a real issue but this is a new building and should not have those kinds of problems. Bj's is my new favorite restaurant in MOB. It took me a good 10 minutes to decide what I wanted before deciding on the gluten free pizza with green bell peppers! It was delicious, unlike some GF options I've had it didn't taste drastically different. I was with a group and everyone was satisfied with their meals. We got the trio dessert and all three were delicious for a great price. Overall this is a great place to go. Would recommend. No complaints. read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! I can't remember the name of the dish I ordered, but it was a steak and some other stuff, my wife got the boneless wings baskets. But I'm telling you my steak was to die for, amazing, cooked exactly how I started, seasoned so very well. My wife didn't care to much for the wings which is upsetting for her and I, since she's not vet intrested in returning, because in her words how can you mess up boneless wings so bad!! Which I get it, I'd probably been irate over some nasty boneless wings. Since it's hard to mess them up. But maybe they were just having a off night. Or new cook who knows. Quick family lunch with my daughter in Mobile, so we try BJ's. First the service was exceptional, from the hostess to our waiter and management. The two appetizers, Brussels sprouts and cheese dip came out both cold. The cheese was returned for a replacement promptly by our waiter, decided to just make due with the sprouts. Our entrees were delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Chicken Alfredo was bland with little to no taste, it was as if someone boiled noodles and poured milk over them. The chicken in it was tasteless as well. The whole dish lacked seasoning. Medium 6 slice pizza was decent, not a lot of toppings, also " just warm ". Boneless wings were decent and the fries were flavorful and crispy. The staff and management were exceptional and deserve credit. However, with COVID and all you take the good and the bad that comes along with the kitchen staff. The Alfredo was taken off the ticket and a dessert was also given. With a $20 tip the ticket came to $90. read more

Terrible Experience! I came with a party of over 20 and recieved horrible service. Waited over an hour for drinks and then food even longer. Catered to other customers until we were the last table sitting and we still had to wait! The manager is absolutely horrendous. After explaining what happened she proceeded to insinuate that it was my fault and that I didn't know what I had ordered. Was able to get food replaced with something else however the overall experience was ruined and the atmosphere could not be fixed. Would not come back and would not recommend! read more

So my husband chose this place. I normally try to stay away from chains but it was his turn to pick. Sooooo...... i did appreciate all the vegetarian choices and lightened options. I ordered the Peruvian quinoa bowl. It was pricey and barely any food. It was pretty good though. My husband enjoyed his southern comfort burger and the fries were good. If you like to drink and/or eat, you can find a guzzle or a slice of happiness here. Frownies: The menu is a vigorous nod to the Cheesecake Factory or any Jersey diner. By the time you get through it, you could have binge watched 28 seasons of Gilmore Girls. Yeah, and the dude fixtured to the end of the bar. I've visited this restaurant while on travel a few times, and this gentleman clearly has engraved his ass groove into the wooden bar stool second from the end. He plays children's games on his tablet and engages in an enthralling one-sided conversation with the bartenders (whom I so pity). I wouldn't hate on the dude if he hadn't come in one time coughing everywhere like he was nipple deep in tuberculosis. To my dismay, in the 50+ years of his consuming time and resources on our planet, hadn't realized the elbow attached to his arm could be used to shield the innocent bystanders who sat within a football field of his lung cannon. We had a reservation for 8:00 on a Wednesday night that were made earlier that morning. When we got there right on time we had to wait for over an hour to get a table. When we ordered appetizers at the bar they wouldn't let more than one person come and eat because there "wasn't enough room". Once we got to our table we had a nice waiter so that was ok. read more

Just the servers have attitudes and can't answer simple questions when i ask can my daughter sub her fries for something as simple as fruit. Very good food and I sampled a house draft brew that was comparable to Blue Moon but it was on special. No complaints at all. Burger with brisket is good, sampled the chicken club which waz very good. There is a huge assortment of food....you are sure to find something you have a taste for. Worst Bj's I've ever been to! Please check your cloth napkins, they are full of hair. And our waitress told us that management and corporate already knows about the problem. The laundry service allegedly sends the napkins back to the restaurant full of hair. The waitstaff attempts to remove the hair before they roll the silverware in it. But it's just to much hair to get it all. We asked if other customers complained and was told not about the hair, just the water spots. The food was mediocre at best. No real effort was put into presentation or taste. Staff seemed lost and unsupervised. My family was so shocked and confused by this whole situation. It is so hard to find good food and customer service in this city. We figured Bj's was a no fail, based on other cities. This one is such a bad representation of the Bj's brand. Since they have opened we have been twice! Both times we have been the service has been AMAZING, and the food is just as good! They have their own brews which you can sample and I chose the berry cider and my husband chose the blonde ale. The spinach stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer are delicious, and we have eatin the prime rib dip, the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the hickory brisket burger. The food comes out within minutes of being ordered and prices are pretty average. The only thing is that the menu is VERY overwhelming because there are so many things to choose from, other than that I see this as one of our late night bar spots! read more
