20 Feb 2026 We were on this side of town, so decided to stop in. We'd had an OK experience at the restaurant near Six Flags. It was after lunch, about 1:30pm. Relatively empty, but appeared to not have a lot of staff on the floor. The hostess sat us quickly and said she'd be right back, as she was also our server. She took our drink order and then went to seat new arrivals. That gave us a couple of minutes to review their large menu. The husband settled on the hickory brisket burger. Because I think the concept is cool, I had the broccoli cheese soup in the sourdough bowl. Added a side house salad. The soup was delicious - thick, cheesy and just flavorful. It was the best compliment I could give... my father would point things out like that... he would tap my shoulder and say now that waitress that bartender knows what's up!!!!!!! I hadn't been to a BJ's Brewhouse in probably a decade or more, but on a business trip I thought I would swing by This location is very trendy and clean on the inside and out. The interior lighting is very dark (intimate), and there are a number of TVs (especially in the bar area), that you can watch a sporting event. You can tell that everyone is having a nice time without all the extra noise or drawing attention to anyone table. It feels comfortable The menu is extensive. There is such a variety of options and something for everyone The hostess was very kind and helpful. My server was friendly and attentive. She answered all my questions, brought my special requests, and even asked if I wanted a to-go water. I sat down, ordered drinks, an appetizer, and an entree at once, and literally within 5min it's everything was on the table Some tips: This is a brewhouse, so, consider trying one of their signature brews. Famished from a day of shopping, stopped at BJ's for a drink and a bite. Seated immediately and a waitress grabbed our drink and appetizer order straight away. For appetizers we got the chips and guacamole. The chips are super airy and crisp. The order also came with red salsa ( not spicy at all). I enjoyed the rough chop of the avocado. The atmosphere was very festive dressed up in holiday cheer. Contemporary Christmas music played in the background as we enjoyed our meal. Server was very attentive and very knowledgeable of our menu. Made some great suggestions. In the end, I settled on a soup bread bowl and salad combo. The menu had a lot of shareable items. First time at this location. We have always been fans of BJs, used to go to one regularly in California. Now that we are traveling, we decided to give this location a try. We were not disappointed. Our server (for the life of me I can't remember her name) was very sweet. We ordered Korean spareribs for an app. Really good but for me they were spicey. I'm a spice wimp so probably won't be for most others. I still enjoyed them, but it took a good half hour for my mouth to cool off. For our entrees I got fish and chips and hubby a chopped Asian salad. We enjoyed both very much. I only wish we could have had dessert! Just too full. Im thinking we may go back and have drinks, apps and dessert. They have a new butterfinger pizookie that we really want to try. Kinlee took such good care of us at BJ's Brewhouse. You can just tell she genuinely enjoys what she does -- she was attentive the whole time without hovering, kept everything flowing perfectly, and checked in at all the right moments. Her recommendations were honestly some of the best we've had there (we tried a couple things we normally wouldn't have and loved them), and she made the whole experience feel easy and fun. Food was amazing. The ambiance is nice and we had a lot of fun. It's rare to come across someone who's this on top of it and still so personable. Stopped by for BJ's famous pizookie and it was all the rave! This BJ's location is recently opened and had ample parking. Quite the large location. Many beer selections and yummy food options. Perfect place to catch a football game or basketball. The pizookie was large and definitely shareable. The cookie was warm and gooey - freshly baked! The vanilla ice cream was the perfect topping. Pizookies are definitely delicious. Our server was very fast and friendly. Definitely enjoyed the vibe at BJ's. We really liked the fact that they stayed open till midnight, since we worked late. Walking in, we noticed a very clean and diverse environment: romantic settings are available for 2 or 3+ (however you swing), some areas suitable for families and large groups, and of course, a bar area. I thought that was all great. The service on Monday night was extremely well. I think our waiter's name was Randolph (?) Sorry if I forgot. You were a great server, though! I missed having a BJs close by and now they're in my neighborhood. I've never had a bad meal here. I used to only order the tuna sashimi salad but their burgers are really good as well. The restaurant is nice and big with a separate to go desk with parking just for that entrance. I have ordered more DoorDash here than sat inside so my favorite appetizer the avocado rolls don't travel well. It's best to just order them when dining in. I also have to pay extra to get my order delivered direct to me. If the dasher has other stops along the way the food will be cold and that's no fun. read more

Noon on Sunday and we got right in. So many televisions for game watchers. The wait staff was super helpful for our party of six. Especially me. BJ's is a restaurant chain and you can pretty much expect what you're going to get here. I ordered bone in wings and after eating most of the first one, I knew I had made a mistake. I didn't like them at all. I recently saw a small business owner request that customers try to resolve issues with their food while they're there instead of posting negative reviews and I think the same can be said for larger chains. I ate one wing and when the server/bartender checked up on me, I ordered something else and told her politely that I didn't like the wings. I ordered fried mozzarella and they were as expected. Margaritas were good and the server/bartender at the bar during the game provided good service. They restaurant made things right by not charging me for the wings and I really appreciate that. read more

The food is MID as the kids say. I went for the first time when this location was first open and got a steak, I don't think they know the meaning of medium rare because that steak was pretty much well done. They do have a good cider called the Berry something - it's the one that smells like sweet tarts - but outside of that my mom's meal was also kinda sad looking. The price was insanely high for the lackluster food. I decide not to go back but then my dad saw the $13.99 deal so we went yesterday. The deal is only M-F and we went on a Sunday, that's probably user error so I'm not docking them for that. We order wings, which were fine. The lemon pepper taste was there and the wings were a good size. They don't have ultra on draft, it's in a bottle - I mean, I guess it makes sense since they specialize in hipster beers. (Not knocking them for that either, I'm getting there I promise) I thought I'd try my luck with a steak again and try and have a nice redemption story, they were out of steaks....so I ordered the fish and chips, my mom already had fries with her meal so I swap for mash potatoes since she was craving some. Let's not call this plate fish and chips anymore - it was grease with a side of room temp mash. There were 4 fish filets the size of a gold fish - fried to soggy imperfection. I'm exaggerating on the size but they were definitely on the smaller side and looked like they were dunked in grease. It was gross. The mash was room temp and looked liked it had been sitting there waiting for its greasy friends. They gave me two wimpy lemon wedges and even when adding lemon to the fish because if the sogginess it had no impact on the flavor profile. This review is in no way a reflection of the service I receiving from our server but just more so the consistency of subpar food from the kitchen. Overall, this place is over priced and underwhelming. Save your coin and go somewhere else. read more

At first my date didn't mind going out the way to take me to this restaurant which was one of his favorites. A couple behind us waited but was never sat and ended leaving out of frustration, which should of been a red flag. Its seemed okay at first but ended up with frustration because they gave my date such a hard time because of his out of state license. Then mine seem to be an issue because I dont seem to look my age even though I have a few grey hairs coming out my head, it should seem like a compliment but we expected to enjoy the late night: It was way past curfew and we don't at all exactly look like we are in college or anything. We still ordered an appetizer and meal but it was all due to my date really wanting to take me out seeing as I dont do it often. . Please do better, we never have issues anywhere else. Ive seen this server here when they opened so I couldn't use "he must be new" to east my mind; just provided minimal service. ---- FAILED IN ADDRESSING with the manager I thought to come the next week at a different time of day 6pm 9/8/23. ---- Angel was are server ; super sweet and seemed new. Excited to try one of their drinks I saw when I walked in, I attempted to order - I was carded "We are NOW carding everybody, sorry" Not carrying my wallet, I attempted to show a picture "I need the physical card" Well, I didn't have my id ; my fault. My husband then pulled out his wallet to order a drink and was then IMMEDIATELY questioned "WILL YOU BE DRINKING IT OR WILL SHE-I'm not getting in trouble" Shocked by this question, I just said that no one will order any alcoholic beverages today. It was a bit until my husband and child were served; she apologized-- she wasn't our server but said the salad was mine. Angel came by after we were all served to check on us. Got refills. Sitting between the bar area/restroom; you'd think all these employees standing around would assist if seeing empty cups - no one, not even the manager helped. When refilled, glasses piled on our table along with our app plates, I see a busser cleaning the booth behind us and sees our dishes but no offer to grab. **** 4servers and manager standing at the register behind us- seeing me look for help NO ONE CAME Felt like an inconvenience asking for dishes to be removed, for refills, for service. I even felt bad asking for military discount. Trying to pay on app, the cost did not update. She said it's ok and asked for a card. Also note: My previous issue was never addressed, never got my credit I was promised and never got my pizookie. After we paid, I wanted to make this other manager aware. Tall guy standing my the bar, but as I moved his way- hoping for eye contact, he didn't even move when my family walked his direction WE had to move around him. I knew I was not going to be help or was even interested in hearing us as he made no effort to thank us or say by WE ARE YOUR PATRONS and should be treated accordingly This visit was extremely disappointing read more
