Currently we are staying in due to COVID19. We ordered cheeseburgers and fries. The cheeseburgers tasted really great and the fries were fresh. My only complaint was there was there was no option to not have cheese on the ordering app. I know cheese is really great but I am picky on the type of cheese I eat. I really could have done without the cheese and enjoyed it much more. I also like extra lettuce and there was no option for that. But hey, they have all kinds of burgers you can choose from. My husband got a bacon burger. I am so thankful that I was able to have it delivered to us. We live a little further out of town. That leaves us more thankful. read more

Came in there today about 3, set at the bar. Told the bartender I wanted something different vodka based, could she recommend something. She was extremely rude didn't have time for that. I just ordered my usual. Then she had a box I was supposed to scan with my phone to get a menu. It wasn't working with my camera, I asked if I could have a menu. She let out a huge sigh and put her hands on her hips, by that point I had had it and walked out. We have eaten at BJ's several times before and always had great service. That was not the case today. Unfortunately. I ordered online for pick up at 6, when my brother gets to the restaurant, they say that they don't have my order. I look at my emails and bank account to make sure the order actually went through, and that I selected the right location. They lied, the order did go through and I send screenshots of both. Now they say it's not that they dint get my order, but that they decided to not make it at all because a single side item to one of the meals was not available....really....who does that? The logical thing to do here was to contact me to let me know they did not have that side, and ask me if I would like a different side, but they didn't, they just decided not to make it, and "canceled" it without a notification. They told my brother they had canceled the order and refunded me the money already, but my bank account still does not say that, and they made him pay for the whole order again. Obviously we got the food very late. Had it not been for the food being decent, I would have given it a zero. I am very disappointed with the customer service and how they treated my brother at this BJ's today. Will update by one star, one way or the other, depending on whether or not my refund is still not in my account by tomorrow. Update: a week later and stilno refund, both my brother and I still have the same charge. Update: Tried to contact them again to resolve issue, haven't gotten back to me, several weeks now and we both still have the charge in our account. read more

meh. the menu is extensive and sounds amazing, but when you have that many options there's a high likelihood that most of the food is frozen. that seems to be the case here. beer selection is great. waitstaff (Jordan (male)) was outstanding. nachos were large, but they're pretty bland. pizza (at least the crust) tasted like it was frozen. philly was pretty standard, and not much cheese. turkey burger was sad--and the bacon was probably precooked. i'd go back for happy hour. maybe if i'm drunk the food will be impressive read more

We arrived in town from Texas and visited BJ's on 1/19/24. We were informed that the wait would be an hour for a party of 13, no problem. We get to our table and the server arrives about 10 minutes after we sat down. He takes our drink orders and it was mainly water and tea. This took another 15 minutes. The restaurant is not busy the way. We notified the server in advance tag we would like separate checks at the conclusion of the meal. We explained who was with who and to take account to make the bill splitting easier. He proceeds to take our orders and the food took 35 minutes to come out. As the food runners deliver the food, every adult order was wrong and/or missing an item. I ordered a wedge salad with boiled eggs, and when the salad came it was the wedge salad with medium rare beef on the side. I do not eat beef and did not order that, just the wedge salad. He took the salad away and quickly bout it back out. So, they did not remake it, just removed the beef because I saw the redness from the steak still on the plate. I ask about my boiled eggs and he says they are making them. 15 minutes later after a 3rd reminder, he brings them. My wife ordered a burger with fries and he only brought out the burger with no fries because they ran out of fries. We request sweet potato fries and they were cold. Fast forward; we are ready to go and waiting on the check. Our server cannot be found. I request the check from a nearby server and he located our server. The server bought out one check and said " y'all figure it out by writing a number or initials by what you and your kids ordered." We pass around the bill to identity what each family had and then he proceeds to split the check based upon what we marked on the receipt. I asked to speak to a manager and no one ever showed up, so we left. We all left disappointed in our dining experience after a 5 hour drive. read more

I am not very impressed with this restaurant. When I sat down at my table, I looked at the menu and noticed there was lots and lots of options for what I can eat. That already concerned me because whenever a place has that much variety of food, the quality of the food will be down. My speculation was actually correct. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with fries, and the Philly cheesesteak actually looked decent when it came to my table. When I tried it however, it tasted disgusting. It was the beef quality of the cheesesteak that was terrible. The quality of the beef was so bad that it makes seem like McDonald's has the best beef quality in town. Other than the bad cheesesteak, the service and fries was excellent which is why this place gets two stars. In summary, with the exception of the good service and fries, this restaurant was a complete disaster. read more

Food and beer are great, but they have work to do on their curbside service. We ordered from a hotel nearby and requested to add napkins and plastic utensils and received none of either. It's almost like they don't read the comments at all. Also they forgot the side for one of our kids meals and got the side wrong on another. Well, if I could give a Negative Star I would. This was our second time and it was a horrible experience. My husbands food dish tasted like they had dumped the entire spice jar in his food. My burger was burnt and black most horrible tasting couldn't eat it. The only thing I enjoyed was the root beer which was over priced. Where to even begin.. for one, we were told the wait would be about 15 minutes and it took about 45. Secondly, the table we were seated at was covered in gnats. We received our food and it was spar, definitely not worth the $20 for wings and fries only. The worst part of the experience though was the interaction I had with the manager. He was very disrespectful when I tried asking him about an up charge I was given without being told. He asked me why I would waste his time by calling him over for such a question. Terrible location. I applied here when they first opened because I was new to the area. I found another job and ended up missing my interview. This is somehow relevant to the manager when I places and online order. I called to confirm and was told she sees my order and to hurry because they close at 9pm. I rushed over only be rudely spoken to by the manager in duty. Her words "I recognize your name from an application and I have the right to refuse service" are you saying that because I didn't take the job I can't eat here? I felt racially profiled in my first interview and that was the main reason I never showed up to the follow up interview. I will provide names. I have no idea why my applying there would prevent me from eating there. Someone from corporate please let me know. Is it because of the color of my skin? Oh man this is disappointing. Our first time here the food was beyond incredible. But we visited today and the food was remarkably bad. The steak that was supposed to be medium, but it was charred on the outside so badly and the flavor was terrible. The mashed potatoes tasted almost spoiled? Like instant potatoes that were super dry and flavorless. The broccoli was absolutely dry and flavorless as well. My husbands ribs were hard and cold. My son did like his burger and the appetizers were good but that's it. So disappointing. I dont think we will be back for a while. read more

please do not dine in here on weekdays. all the blame is on management in the horrific situation I was in while dining here. First off, the service was just fine no issues. I sat down and ordered drinks. perfectly fine. Great beer. I ordered the Siracha queso which sounded amazing! I was given 4 ounces of yellow queso in a 10 ounce cup. It was cold to the touch and not a hint of siracha. I told the server about this and she apologized and grabbed the cup off the plate. I was expecting a remake but instead it was nuked in the microwave and brought back with about 2 ounces left and scolding hot. Burnt cheese all around the bowl. this was fine I shrugged it off and ordered the jalapeño cheeseburger medium rare. what I received was a bun tomatoes lettuce and a pile of raw burger. I informed the server and showed her the burger. her response was "wow, yeah that's really rare. let me go tell the manager.". when she returned she said the manager could not come out to talk to me because she was working in the kitchen and said since I ordered it medium rare there was nothing they could do. The server said the manager offered me a free desert but would not comp the meal for me. (I did not want a comp, just a resolution to the raw meat on a bun). I rejected the desert and took the raw meat off of my burger and told her to show the manager. she came back with the bill and said nothing about the situation. After asking the busser to speak to the manager a gentleman came out and and did absolutely nothing to help, he just said they were short staffed and the other manager was working in the kitchen. This place needs an overhaul on how to treat guests, from the top to the bottom. In no way is this the servers fault she was still tipped 25%. The DO needs to pay more attention to this store. read more

Celebrated my birthday on Saturday for lunch. The service was awesome, the food delicious, the atmosphere relaxed. I had the italian market pizza and it was outstanding. Other things our table ordered was bacon avocado burger-fish and chips, and honey sriracha brussel sprouts- all were perfectly cooked and delicious. Because it was my birthday they gave me a free pizookie(cookie pizza) that had vanilla ice cream drizzled with salted caramel sauce- omg! Sooo good! Highly recommend. read more

On Friday 3/31 we had a party of 7 at dinner time. There was no wait, we were seated immediately, at a dirty table....with no menus, no silverware, nothing. They claimed to be cleaning the menus. About 10 minutes later, we received menus. Cool. No wait staff yet, no drink order taken, still no silverware. We're visiting so we're patient. About 20-25 minutes in, someone finally takes our drink order and promptly brings drinks out. They disappear again for another 10 minutes. We finally flag her down so we can order our food. I ordered a meal that came with a small salad beforehand. The salad was delivered shortly after ordering but still NO silverware!! There was ZERO wait staff on the floor at this point and numerous tables with no food and lots of disappointed people. We asked the host for silverware. She said they were out of silverware but were washing some now! Great! My salad is now warm. Cool. 10 minutes later, we get silverware. 30 minutes after that, yes 30, we finally get our food. Which is COLD and WRONG!!! Every single piece of food that should've been warm was cold. Everything that should've been cold was warm. And we all had empty drink glasses (tea/water) and no offer to refill. We requested refills and they said they would but never came back until they brought the check. Literally just brought it, set it down, and waiting until we pulled out cards. No offer for dessert, no refills, nothing. The food was awful also. As if the food and service wasn't disappointing enough, the icing on the cake was the nats that came with the food. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

If you're looking for a great restaurant that offers a large choice of great food with a classy quiet vibe then look no further. Also their dress code can range from very casual to business casual. Wait times can be from none to around 10/15 minutes. Their pizza is a hit and probably my second favorite pizza in Tulsa. Tuesday nights are highly recommended for pizza as they offer 50% off all pizzas. Which is nice because their menu can be pricey, which is why I believe they have set days they have offers on certain items on the menu. I'd check ahead of time to save $$$ on preferred meal choices. The "pizookie" is a must try desert (freshly cooked cookie topped with double ice cream scoop). Service is always good, prompt with drink refills and any other requests. To go boxes and cups are offered. I recommend downloading their app and signing up for their rewards beforehand as they offer free deserts and money rewards on next purchases after points have been obtained. read more

My first experience of BJ's Tulsa was not good. I ordered the Tri tip special and when the food was finally brought out it was cold and still bloody. The garlic butter I ordered would not even melt over it. The mashed potatoes were luke warm at best. I sent it back and it was still bleeding when it was brought back. Then I ordered the other soecial of the night the half rack of ribs and and they were so tough you could not get the bone out. No sauce just some meet rub. The BJs I ate at in OKC was really good. This was not good at all. There was 4 of us and 3 out of 4 had to send our food back. And the other had salad. I bever felt like the manager really cared to make us satisfied. One star was what it takes to leave a review. What a sad, disappointing experience we had at the BJs in Tulsa Ok. We have a great BJs in OKC and have visited BJs in League City, Tx several times with good experiences. Took my sister and brother-in-law out to the Tulsa BJ's for a special occasion and specifically chose a Saturday night for the prime rib dinner. Service was good but the food at this place...not so much! We chose to eat our prime rib, rather than make a scene but my so stand her husband were struggling to even chew theirs. It was nothing but fat and gristle. We sent it back and the server only took the meat, leaving their sides to get cold or be eaten alone. 20 minutes later, the steak arrived with no sides! By this time, we had finished our meal and ordered our pizookies. 30 minutes later, we asked our server where our dessert was. She asked if we wanted to talk to a manager. We said yes and she disappeared and the manager never came! Finally the pizookie arrived as did manager. We told him how disappointed we were in the performance of their kitchen staff and he said, "I am sorry, I don't know what I can do." This was a strange remark for a MANAGER to make. He said I will adjust your check, so when the check came, the prime rib had been removed. Well, since it wasn't eaten, how is that any adjustment? My sister lives in Tulsa and had warned us this is not a good restaurant but we didn't believe her. We now do! If I had not eaten in other BJ's I would think they were all this bad and would never go in another one. read more

The chicken was dry, all the vegetables were raw, the fish and chips were tasteless! We had a party of 18, and over half of us sent our food back twice! The steak was very chewy, no matter how we ordered it! The manager threw her waitress under the bus because of their poor customer service. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Ribs burned, an two hours for salmon!!
