Wow! What can I say that probably hasn't already been said? The food was incredible! Well seasoned. Just spicy enough. Perfectly cooked! We were seated in "The Boat" because we requested a booth and all of them were taken. That was fun! The only thing I didn't like about sitting there is the loud talking at the bar right next to it. But I won't take away from the rating because of that. It's easily overlooked for me. Our server did well. She could have comeback a little sooner to top off drinks. Overall she did really well. I traveled from California on business and stayed at River Spirit Casino from Thursday through Sunday. During my stay, I was disappointed by the treatment I received from a female bartender on Friday night. I felt I was repeatedly overlooked while other customers who arrived after me were greeted, acknowledged, and served immediately with a smile. The difference in treatment was noticeable and uncomfortable. Based on what I experienced, I felt discriminated against and left questioning whether I was being treated differently than other customers. No guest should leave feeling that way. This was not the level of hospitality I expected after traveling across the country and spending several days as a guest at your property. As a business owner and customer relations professional, I understand the importance of treating every customer with respect, professionalism, and fairness regardless of who they are. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I believe management should be aware of this situation and review the level of customer service being provided. Every guest deserves to feel welcomed, valued, respected, and treated equally. (2/5) - Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from a resort and casino of this caliber. read more

The bar doesn't have hot water to make a Hot Toddy but the bartender told me to go to the coffee shop nearby to get hot water or hot tea. It's strange that the bars at River Spirit Casino don't have hot water. Anyway, I was able to get something close to a Hot Toddy. No honey in it though, just whiskey and lemon juice. read more

A few days ago, has a team dinner there. 1) Decor is cute like Margaritaville style 2) clean 3) Food menu is ok, not that special. 4) I thought if I ordered just a burger, I will be safe. I ordered as medium rare, but super rare, like raw. The waiter asked me to look, he know I want "medium". But too raw, sent back to kitchen, took a very long time for my food to arrive again. So everyone is almost finished their food. Not for good for me. 5) Co-worker ordered the giant nacho to share, definitely pretty large nacho. 6) there is indoor and outdoor seating. Kind of nice outside on patio. 7) every hour has some small volcano show, some water flowing into a giant margaritas-cup. That is for show. read more

This was a must to visit, I mean with such an iconic name, how do you not. I enjoyed the tropical vibes, music & theme throughout. The volcano 'errupts' every hour, on the hour. It was so fun to sing & watch as the whole place goes dark! We sat at the bar where we were instantly acknowledged & provided with menus. The drink menu has SO many options, everyone can find something. The food options were plentiful. Could choose something basic as a hamburger or amp up a little with seafood! Drinks: Blue- Tranquil Waters: Rum, Blue Curaco, Pineapple & Mango. So good, a bit on the sweeter side, but refreshing! Red- Where's The Party Margarita: so so good & could have had 3 more! Food: Grilled Chicken Sandwich: fresh & juicy, although the bun was very soggy making it hard to hold. Wagu Sandwich: Amazing flavor, worth every penny! Located in a casino, that was by no smoking area. First casino looked very nice. We had a baby with us so that was concerning. We drove around several times to figure out best place to park for easy access to restaurant. You have to do garage parking to use glass walkover to hotel entrance area. Very nice. But I do not like garages! They sat us in a boat booth that was fun. Of course music playing was great. I had the best frozen Strawberry Margarita! Surprisingly very good hamburgers! I added waffle sweet potato fries too. The prices are up there, of course. We were there during a weekday so not busy at all. Would love to see the atmosphere in the summer time and even sit on balcony. They even had a volcano that erupted, once while we were there. Bathrooms, ladies, are only 2 small. While I was there both were occupied for long time by I believe workers on their cell phones. So.....just outside restaurant opening to the left ,are Hugh casino bathrooms. Super clean and nice. They even had sheets for baby changer! Gift shop nice but expensive! We will be back to Tulsa area for Affair of Hearts again and would recommend Margaritaville. read more

I have patronized this restaurant/bar multiple times through the years and I have had consistent rude and dismissive service. The bartenders always act like people who come in off the floor to order a drink are an inconvenience and, frankly, I don't know how this establishment is always so consistent in hiring the least friendly staff. read more

Service was friendly and we got seated pretty quick considering the restaurant was full. We had to take a table outside but the weather was nice so no problem there. My girlfriend and mother-in-law got the chicken tinga with spicy shredded chicken, white rice and black beans while I got the Margarita Pasta which featured grilled chicken. Can get quite busy during weekends, but servers try their best to be as quick and efficient as possible. Solid place for food and drinks while taking a break from the slot machines and table games. They have live music at night with fun, energetic bands playing old hits and classics. The tacos and nachos are very filling and shareable with a group. The food sucks. They claim to be the Corporate Headquarters? They changed so much for the worse. It's disgusting and we will never return. The management really SUCKS and it's like they don't care. It took over an hour to get two apps and another hour to get two meals and one was uneatable. If you go expecting the great food and fun from just a year ago. Save your time and $$$. They are ripping off the once good name of Jimmy Buffett. Found Margaritaville in the casino a month or two after lockdown was lifted. I've never been to a casino and the only other Margaritaville I've been to was in Orlando. This place is really fun and I do feel like I leave Tulsa every time I go in there! You could be anywhere in the world. Same mediocre food and that you would find in any Margaritaville in the world. Standard parrot head music blasting was really fun videos to watch.Super fun layout with a giant volcano that erupts every hour and an actual pontoon boat you can sit in if you're lucky enough to be Seated there. Cocktails are just sweet enough and strong enough to get you there! After my second visit to Margaritaville I learned how to gamble. This is a fun establishment! My recommendation is split the nachos, loaded for dinner and have two Bahama mamas and you'll be ready to rock! read more

Located in the Spirit River Casino, Margaritaville is a Jimmy Buffet themed restaurant and bar with a beach side feel. The food and drink selection is pretty large. We ordered a crawfish dip as an app, and I could've just ate a couple of servings of that! The dip was spicy, cheesy, and crammed with crawfish. I felt like a Cubano, and Stella tried the fish and chips. Both sound a bit basic, but they had their own unique flavor. The fish wasn't overly battered and had fresh flavor. The cubano was a perfect blend of competing flavors. The wife's "5oclock somewhere" drink was amazing! Our wait person was not very talkative but she was precise. Very disappointed in the service by hostess. Was placed on the waitlist and gave my number, was told 30-35 min wait. after waiting 50 min was told 5 more minutes. was standing within 5-10 ft of Host stand the whole time. After over an hour of waiting we go to find out what the hold up is and to pull off the list due to lack of time before show. I was told they text me 20 min prior, I never received it so they gave my table away. The reason I got was "probably due to the number of people it didn't go through" I asked why he didn't just say something to me and he shrugged his shoulders. Absolutely love this place. Would definitely come back if it were not 3 hours away from the S***hole We live in. All the staff members were very friendly, from the Concierge to Ruth's Chris staff. We came around the end of September & wish we had come earlier. It was gorgeous outside & they have a swim up bar (VERY rare). We were almost tempted to jump in but not with that wind! Our views in our room were lovely & we came on a weekday so foot traffic would be less. The bar within Margaritaville was wonderful, our bartender gave us great recommendations & all of our drinks were delicious. We ordered several items on the menu and could not find one flaw. Pros: I liked the food, my husband didn't. Granted my opinion of the place is a bit biased. I have wonderful memories of partying it up at other Margaritaville locations. Cons: the hostess was very hesitant to seat us out on the patio, but there were plenty of empty tables. Then we had to finagle a seat at a table close to the edge overlooking the river and pool. She eventually acquiesced and we had a lovely view with dinner. Waiter was apparently super busy and kept us waiting quite a bit. Waiting to order and waiting to ask for the check.
