Although it was very crowded for Saturday lunch, we found our seats right away at a high-top table in the bar section. Otherwise, the wait for table in the dining area was 15-20 mins per maitre d'. Service was very prompt by Michelle. She was very attentive and courteous all through our meal. I appreciated her great customer service. I found poor customer service increasing in an alarming rate these days even at a very nice restaurant. As for food, Portobello Swiss Burger was exceptionally good per our son (except pesto sauce since he is not a big fan--I tasted it and found it extremely salty). BJ Brewhouse Berger with applewood smoked bacon and cheddar cheese was also very good. I liked their potato wedges since they were well seasoned. Very disappointed with BJ's tonight. Ordered from DoorDash to the AC Marriott, a turkey roasted club. Specifically checked to have NO tomatoes and NO mayonnaise. The sandwich arrives, and it has tomatoes, and every single layer is absolutely drenched and smothered in mayonnaise. Usually I would just pick off what I do not like, but every single layer of every bit of the sandwich was drowned in mayonnaise. It was between each individual piece of roasted turkey. Horrible experience on a takeout order. Bate and switch. Several items were not provided despite the fact that we paid for them. The receipt was simply marked out of stock or something similar. Then, the toppings of the potatoes weren't provided. All of the food was ice cold as if it just came out of the refrigerator. Not warm... Actually cold. We warmed everything up in our microwave oven but none of us liked our meal. We would've been better off with fast food. Basically, we paid over $70 for a family dinner and none of us could eat it. And we had to contact DoorDash to get a refund for the items that BJ's simply did not provide because they did not have them. It was the worst meal I've ever had. I will not go to this restaurant again. Came in on a Tuesday night for dinner. Best thing this place had going for it was half price wine. Ordered the Murphy Goode Cab. It was very good, and outstanding for $5.25. But that's where the praise stops. Sat at the bar. Barmaid had blue hair. Was friendly enough, but not very attentive. Cup ran dry for what seemed like ever before asking for another. Food came out reasonably quick. Started with the chicken tortilla soup. Decent taste, but had to go on a search and rescue mission to find the chicken. Had a half slab of ribs and roasted Brussel sprouts. The sprouts were cold when brought out from the kitchen, and very dry. No one ever asked how the meal was, so Yelp became the only outlet. The ribs were ok. They were hot (yeah), and tender, but lacked any smoke flavor and were much smaller than baby backs I buy from Costco. Sauce was ok, but nothing special, and they only sauced 4/5 of the rack (I'm assuming the cook's hand was holding the rack while he brushed the sauce on and never bothered to finish the job.) Never offered desert (not that I need it) and asked for another glass of wine so I could write my review. Already had the check, so now I have two. read more

I hadn't ordered from BJ's since the pandemic as we were not sure how well the food would travel or how a pazookie would be if we picked up! I am so glad we got it as I was craving their ahi tuna salad! The fresh ingredients in it are so good! They packed everything really well and it was delicious! We will definitely be ordering more for pick up! Of course a meal at BJ's wouldn't be complete without the pazookie! It was still warm when we got it and ice cream was in a separate container! The only thing I wish is that they would have the option to get one not baked so you could cook it later as then we would have waited longer after eating dinner to have it as we didn't want it to get cold! read more

Very Busy and loud, although for only 2 on a Saturday night we did not wait, service was responsive and polite. Beer was ok, not great which I'll blame on my selection but it wasn't remotely cold and that's on them - not good for a 'brewhouse'. Food was ok, burger for the princess was cooked wrong but fair flavor, nice bun and toppings came with cold fries. I had the blackened salmon, which was the plainest piece of fish I've ever had, no char, no seasoning, not even pepper; so much for blackened, but it was large and hot. Broccoli was a mix of raw to lightly steamed. Highlight of the night was the clam chowder, its the only thing I'd order again, very good. I've been to ALL the locations locally. No complaints. Aways good service. Food is delicious. Lunch menu is reasonable. Just wish they'd serve some of the lunch items for dinner too. I love the quesadillas on the lunch menu but can't get them for dinner. They also took the chicken bacon ranch pizza off the menu when they changed pizza crusts. Which was disappointing b/c it was by-far my favorite meal there. They offer it in a deep dish option but it doesn't taste the same or have the same white sauce. I have tried other items and have found other options. I crave the pizookie. It's amazing. Especially the oreo flavor. Just typing this review my mouth is watering for one. Also don't miss out on the deals by joining the rewards program. I've gotten money off of meals and free desserts w/ my points. It's great!!! Wow! Horrible from the minute we walked in the door. We should have turned around & left once the hostess barely even said hello to us & took off like we were supposed to follow her without even saying anything. My husband asked for a nice cozy booth. Would estimate there were at least 20 available but she continued to a giant booth all the way in the back. We asked for one of the smaller booths & she said no this is fine & we said no, we are telling you it's not. She pointed to the other booths. So we sat down in a smaller booth as she walked away giving us a dirty look. They brought our appetizer out on a burnt to a crisp old metal pan & no small plates with it. Were told next that they could not refill our Raspberry Teas because they just ran out. Of course. A transgender server then brought my husband his meal & not mine & said here you go, so anything else I can get you are you all good? & my husband said no we are not good, aren't you going to bring my wife her meal? The server came back with meal & said sorry it got bumped to the back. Whatever that meant. The whole time while all of this is going on there is a large family at a big table who looks like they are in their living room at a small gathering. Walking around their table talking loudly, all of their children screaming, squealing the entire time we were there constantly. The other people trying to have a meal at the restaurant were all annoyed with this family but they did not have a care for anyone but themselves & could care less they were bothering the whole restaurant. As we walked out finally for some peace & quiet we noticed the hostess that sat us originally was just sitting in a booth at the front of the restaurant texting on her phone Along with another server sitting across from her in the booth texting & yet another sitting in a booth with his feet up across the whole booth also on his phone. Service at this location has steadily gone down. Just waited 25 minutes to get a table, not bad. Once seated we were ignored by the wait staff for 20 minutes! After complaining to the hostess, we waited another 10 minutes be for our waitress came to our table. Once the waitress arrived she did not acknowledge our wait at the table. When we tried to place our order we were informed she they were out of dough and could not make any pizza! Really? Pizza is a staple there... I understand being short handed! I've never left a Yelp review before, but felt compelled to after my experience there today. Overall the service was poor, but I chalk much of this up to staffing issues these days, and training new waiters/waitresses. However, what I dealt with today was common sense or a lack thereof. I was about to take a sip from my draft beer during dinner when the bottom of the glass cleanly broke off without any contact. Literally no contact with anything. Kind of like the breaks you get with a glass or bowl right out of the dishwasher. Beer all over me and the table. Cleaned up the mess with the silverware napkins we were provided, but still needed more. It is what it is though as this was no ones fault. However, after waiting awhile to finally get the waiter's attention, I explained what happened. The guy was in a rush. No offer of more napkins or towels, never asked if any glass shattered anywhere, or any additional assistance. Just focused on getting another beer to rack up the tab. Still had no napkins until we got the attention of a food runner later. On top of it all, I was charged for the both beers. I would've asked for a correction if I didn't have a kid anxiously ready to go and drenched pants, but figured that move would've been common sense. The food was mediocre to poor. This was our first visit to this particular location, but we have enjoyed the chain before. Although it looked quite crowded when we arrived around dinnertime, we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves seated right away. The server was attentive, and although he forgot to bring out a drink initially, was quick to fix the problem. My husband and I decided to try the two for $19.95 deal, which turned out to be a great choice. We each got a salad, which is then followed by a medium pizza and then the signature BJ's dessert, a pizookie, to share. I went with a House Salad and my husband with the Caesar. Both were pretty standard, a nice way to start the meal. For the pizza, we went with a sausage and mushroom on gluten-free thin crust. It was delicious as always, and there was no upcharge for the toppings or gluten-free crust. It was our first time trying the pizookie - it was amazing!! We had the gluten-free chocolate chip, and it was soooo delicious. It comes out warm and gooey in its own little skillet, topped with vanilla ice cream. There are several other varieties, too, for those who can eat gluten. The restaurant itself was very nice and clean. There is a cute little patio outside, although it does face into the mall parking lot. We really enjoyed our visit here and would definitely come again. read more

Despite having to wait for over 30 minutes with having call ahead sitting, the meal was great! I had a BBQ chicken deep dish pizza mini size :) very good and filling! Their regular pizzas are also very tasty. The menu is literally a textbook...so much to choose from! I would recommend their pizzas out of everything though. The best part of the meal? The pazookies! Omg I swear I could eat one of these every day! Fresh out of the oven cookie topped with vanilla ice cream, how could you go wrong?! Recommend the chocolate chunk and peanut butter :) The service? I liked this place! It reminded me of the cheesecake factory but instead they had pizookies, which honestly.... I wasn't that impressed with. I got a side salad and the meatball sub which was awesome except they gave me the salad beforehand when I was expecting it as a side but that's fine. The meatball sub was delicious and pretty big!! It was also reasonably priced for the dinner time menu. We split a traditional chocolate chip pizookie and the cookie reminded me of easy bake oven cookies but the ice cream was really good. Next time we go, I want to try the triple chocolate pizookie because it might be better.... also they have a lot of beers that they brew there. read more

I've eaten here before, but only have problems when I get take out. I recently ordered a pizza to go via their website. The website gave a confirmation that it would be ready at 6:40 PM. I showed up at 6:35 PM. The girl asked my name and proceeded to look up my order. She then said she couldn't find it. I showed her the notification on the website I got. She informed me if I didn't get a confirmation email it didn't go through. I asked why did I get s notification and a time it would be ready. She just repeated herself about getting an email. This Tuttle location has really gone down hill recently. They blame it on being short staffed, but I feel the management could do a much better job of handling the situation. Twice in a row I've called ahead to be put on their "list" only to arrive at a mostly empty restaurant and be told the wait would be a least 25 minutes. I called ahead yesterday because we had an infant and a toddler in our party and wanted to make sure they accommodate us. I was assured they could with no mention of being short staffed or a possible wait. The hostess was extremely unhelpful. I would have asked for the manager, but I didn't want the aggravation as we were trying to have a nice holiday outing. we went down the road and were seated immediately and had wonderful service. I hate that I have to write such a poor review for a restaurant during this time. However the quality of my food was so terrible and could've been so easily resolved. I ordered food on door dash otherwise I would've checked my food before taking it home. I ordered a burger cooked medium with a gluten-free bun you pay extra for, which is common. To start, my bun was black it was so burnt inside. The burger was a generous size yet was very overcooked and flavorless. I took a few bites and had to throw it away. I feel like at the very least if the bun was burnt, why not quickly toast another one up and use that one? That would've taken minimal effort to correct. Yet, I was sent a totally inedible burger and burnt bun. I had white cheddar mashed potatoes as a side and they were easily as forgettable with little white cheddar flavor or anything special added. My boyfriend had spaghetti and meatballs and it was pretty basic as well. For the amount spent I can't say it's worth it. There are a handful of other places to order the said dishes in the area at a comparable price that have great flavor and service. Sadly, I will never order from this restaurant again. read more

I have been to this location several times, and usually end up ordering the same thing. Per usual, I often pretend I am going to order something different.. guess, what! I don't. My favorite is the Parmesan crusted chicken topped with lemon Chardonnay butter sauce, sun dried tomatoes, and fresh basil. It's served with steamed broccoli and cheddar mashed potatoes. The portion is big enough for two. The broccoli is usually cooked to perfection.... I like a little bite to mine. Mushy broccoli is the WORST! I have had a few of the appetizers and have been mostly happy. The only thing that I wouldn't recommend is the fried artichokes. I had them as a take out, so they weren't awesomly crispy, but the flavors were just a little off to me. I would highly recommend this restaurant, specifically this location. Had lunch there on a Wednesday. My expectations were moderate. I'd heard good things. I got a hot Nashville chicken sandwich and opted for vegetable side of brussel sprouts. The chicken sandwich was unremarkable with little or about nothing but the small piece of chicken and a smear of some sauce. But the sprouts were awful - tasteless and stone cold. You can't roast them the night before and microwave them. It was really a sad meal. When we were done it took 20 minutes fo flag our server and get our bill. We waited about 2 minutes 3 at the most. It wasn't a big problem. We sit down and we get our drinks. We got chips,salsa and guacamole. We also got pot stickers. For our main meal my mom got blue burger and my dad got Cherry chipotle wings. I got chicken and smiley potato fries. We ate and ate. We were so full we couldn't eat dessert! We have been there twice in the last month. Both times my food cold and not as order. Today was dinner for my MIL and I was so upset that her potato was cold the butter did not melt. Other side was cold. Pizza was cold. The waitress said sorry so may times it was not funny and she has been there 2 weeks. There was 3 other tables that had issues and the manger was at their tables, poor waitress was saying sorry to them. We did not see the manger at our table at all. They could not get the system to take our rewards coupon and so we could not use it. Please understand we did not ask for a discount or anything off our bill, we pay for our food.
