Today I ordered delivery from the website and upon delivery I was given the wrong food. I called the restaurant and the lady on the phone was rude. I told her I received the wrong food, she checked the order and she realized the restaurant got the order confused. I ordered a steak skillet, they sent me a half cooked steak. (see photo) She tells me she doesn't have any delivery people available and all she can tell me is sorry. She confused me by saying the website that said griddle24.com is not ran by the actual restaurant so she can't refund my money. I'm VERY upset and I feel like they've stolen my money.
