The staff is always professional, friendly, and on top of things without making it feel forced. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in both the service and the atmosphere. I especially look forward to the days they serve prime rib. They do it right, and it's something I always try to catch when it's on the menu. And one dispenser had no soap. The bathroom was just yucky. When I came back, we still didn't have menus or drinks. When our food came, we asked for condiments that took too long that we ended up taking them from another table. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. The cook gave me a stale biscuit that just ruined my meal. I couldn't eat it or ask for it to be remade because Josh was too busy to check in on us or refill our drinks. I told him when he came to pick up the plates. He apologized, but he didn't remove it from the check. I paid $10 for a meal I couldn't eat.
