This spa is truly top notch, and the variety of services in this space is amazing. You truly feel like you are in Beverly Hills or something, it's that nice. The women who work here are also so fun and truly like each other, which just creates a bubbly fun environment. Brittany is a master of what she does. I have had a few bad lash lifts in the past, and she was honest with me that there was still some damage and that she wasn't going to let the solution sit for as long in order to protect them. I feel like that was really fair and nice of her to protect me like that. I also got a brow lamination and WOW! I have seen so many overly fluffy/glued brows and been scared, but she made them look so natural. I also just genuinely enjoyed being around her- her positivity is infectious. Brittany had reached out to me same day after I had scheduled my appointments online, and provided all the details on the services I was requesting to make sure it was what I was wanting. This made me feel so much better about getting each procedure done. The day of, she walked me through the process, and took her time finding the right colors. I was nervous about going darker on the lips at first, so I went with a lighter color. She put plenty of treatment on the brows and lips, and felt no pain during each procedure. She also checked in on me frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Immediately after, there was very minimal swelling which went away within 24-48 hours. I recommend following the healing directions she hands out at the end with the care kit she provides. I was so happy with my results, she totally nailed the look that I wanted!!! I did get complimentary touch-ups with the combo packages I chose (which I also recommend). She was flexible on the scheduling, and I decided I wanted to go darker on the lips. Brittany was totally accommodating to all my wants and needs, making sure that I was happy. She also checked in with me after both visits to follow up with any questions I had, and to make sure my healing process was going smoothly. Patti is super friendly and I love just chatting with her before and after my appointments too! I used a seasonal special my first visit, and if you book your next appointment right after, you get 10% off your next appointment. I just got a prepaid package that's buy 4, get the 5th free since I come so often and I'd save some money that way. I've done a body treatment that's left my body clean and refreshed, but I mainly come back for the hour long facials and massages. The massages are relaxing and she gets all my knots out without digging hard, and she also gave me some suggestions for exercises to do in order to prevent soreness in tight spots like my shoulders. I like to get a facial at least once a season with the changing temperatures and she always goes over the ingredients, oils, and lotions she's using, and you get a nice shoulder and arm massage too! I really like the products she sells as well, Sweet Sisters, which is a local Washington brand that uses natural, organic ingredients. I got the rose jojoba moisturizer and not only does it make my face smell delicious, it's extremely hydrating and a little goes a long way. Stay Away! This is a kiosk in the middle of the Alderwood Mall and I took my IPAD 4 in there…read morebecause there was a small crack in the very corner of the screen. Strictly cosmetic. I spoke with the person "Zaib" (see pictures) and we agreed on 90.00 to replace the screen. I had him give me a card with his name, the details and the price. He said it would be 24 hours or so to fix it. We gave him 48 hours and called in advance to pick it up and make sure it was ready. When we called, he said the price had gone up to 150.00 and they had not done it. He really did not give a reason other than he gave us the wrong price. Mind you, we discussed price in depth and agreed upon 90.00. I said we would be there immediately to pick it up. Upon arriving there, I asked why he had agreed to a price and then not honored it. He proceeded to show us a text message from his boss, telling him that he could not honor the price. When I told him this was a typical bait and switch, he stated that would just say he could not get into the iPad - which you don't need to have in order to replace a screen - and was a lie. He turned very nasty, rude and sarcastic. In closing, I went to the Apple Store - they were less money. This place is a joke! Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I was asked if I wanted a phone screen protector and I said yes, thinking that it was included in the repair. IT WAS NOT. By the time I figured this out, the screen protector had been applied and couldn't be refunded. It was an extra $25. They said it could be replaced for $9.99 once it wore down if I brought the original receipt back. I honestly felt pretty scammed because I can buy quality screen protectors on Amazon for half that price. When I mentioned the price difference between theirs and Amazon's, they said theirs is higher quality and that I wouldn't be able to put it on properly at home. That's for me to decide. It was said pretty condescendingly. I feel stupid for not asking if the screen protector was free or not, but make sure you do. When I let them know that they should let their customers know that there is a charge for it when asking, they got very defensive and said that other places charge over $30. That wasn't my point. The point was to be transparent with the pricing upfront. Another issue arose with the groupon deal. The original deal is a $30 voucher for $15. I presented this and they said that it would only cover 10%. On my receipt, it's marked as the yelp check in discount. I kept asking why the groupon's full $30 wasn't applied and they said that's just how it was. I told them that it's not right to keep the deal up on the page if it's not accurate and they said they were aware of it but couldn't do much about it. How does that make any sense? The business promoting the deal through groupon should be responsible for upholding it or take it off the site. I purchased it for no reason. I could've still gotten the yelp check in discount without purchasing the groupon. Now I'm having issues getting a refund because groupon makes it so difficult. BUT that's not the end of it. When I said I shouldn't have even purchased the groupon, the guys told me that they don't do discounts much anymore and that they did it for me. It says right on the yelp page that they offer the discount to anyone who checks in. I don't understand. All in all, my phone is fixed. However, I left in a bad mood due to the lack of transparency in pricing for the screen protector, the defensive manner in which they answered my questions, and the way the groupon deal was handled.

On the day itself, she did a lovely job creating a natural look that would hold up under studio lights - a lip stain to avoid touchups, and airbrushing foundation to survive multiple outfit changes. She graciously stayed around for the first few photographs, to make sure that things looked as intended for the photographer. Bethany is delightfully upbeat and that made everything so easy for me - I was a little nervous about the whole studio experience, and her positive, easygoing personality was just the right touch to help me relax.
