Even though it was after hours, Carlos was incredibly kind and told me to bring the car in right away. He welcomed me with a water bottle, reassured me that everything would be okay, and immediately helped me feel like I was in good hands. While I was there, I noticed he was also working on an Audi R8, which gave me even more confidence--clearly he knows his way around Audis. On Monday, he gave me a call to go over the repair estimate and mentioned another issue he noticed. He clearly explained everything and asked if I wanted to move forward. When the car was ready a few days later, he emailed me ahead of time with photos of the work and a detailed, itemized invoice.
