Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Euros Auto Repair. My vehicle was drivable when I left it at their shop. After their diagnosis/attempted work while it was in their possession, my vehicle was no longer accelerating or drivable. My insurance already paid them for diagnostic work, and now I am being asked to pay additional fees before they will release my vehicle. I could not simply pick up my car because it was no longer working and now has to be towed. I called him on a Saturday afternoon in a bit of a panic--Valvoline had overfilled my oil, and I had accidentally made things worse trying to fix it myself. Even though it was after hours, Carlos was incredibly kind and told me to bring the car in right away. He welcomed me with a water bottle, reassured me that everything would be okay, and immediately helped me feel like I was in good hands. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in the same day for a diagnostic. My 2019 VW Atlas was having issues starting and Carlos was able to quickly identify that it was a battery issue. I needed to find a shop that specializes in Audi after I replaced my headlight and was getting error codes on my dash. I found that this shop has the same tools as a dealership. What I thought was a calibration issue from a new headlight I previously installed on my own ended up being something else.
