    Chimichurri Hummus
    Jeff P.

Excellent food and excellent service. We showed up during happy hour and were seated right away. I always appreciate when a restaurant brings water right away, and they had it ready to go. They even brought a side of lemons in case we wanted it. The waitress was very attentive to our needs and made sure to check up on anything we asked about. We started with the chimichurri hummus, which was full of flavor and had some great dipping options. It came with pita bread, celery, and rainbow carrots. For my entree I ordered the seasonal fruit salad, covered in a variety of berries, cucumbers, and tomatoes. I asked for the house special vinaigrette and some salmon on top. The salmon was well prepared and the greens and berries tasted fresh! It came with these little cheese cups on the side which were incredible! I definitely recommend stopping by if you're visiting Western Colorado!

Blade & Bone, STAT! Wow! We hit up B&B while we were in GJ and all I can say is this place is the real "steakhouse" deal and then some! The décor and ambiance was really nice! Lot's of booth seating and very cozy. Ok, so on to the food! I got the 8oz Filet Mignon and the hubs got the 12oz Ribeye. Both were mouth watering and cooked to perfection! So with each entree you get one sharable side...which is super cool! We got a Caesar Salad and the Twice-Baked Mash (fully loaded)...YUM! Our waitress, Ashely was very friendly and attentive as were the rest of the staff. Bottom line, I highly recommend checking out this place! You won't be disappointed!

    Half order of ribs.

When we walked in, we found out that the menu has been completely revamped. Steaks? Gone. Pork chops? Gone. The entrees have been reduced to ribs, salmon, and chicken. So, whatever the previous reviews said, forget it. A fair selection of apps (skip the chips and chili) and burgers. The ribs are baked, not smoked, with a mild sauce that had decent flavor. Salmon was acceptable. Entire experience is meh. I'm pretty sure you can do better.

We were in town for the weekend and wanted to eat a little nicer so sought out somewhere to get some steak! We went on a Saturday night for dinner without a reservation and were seated right away, which we were a little nervous about initially. I like that the sides are all shareable, so you can get a bunch for the table. We had the potatoes au gratin & the twice baked mashed potatoes-- both of which were SO good. Like yum I want a gallon of those to take home please. The entrees are ala carte so you don't get any sides with them automatically. We got a steak & salmon. The steak was supposed to be medium well (I know that's gross to lots of people lol) but it came out definitely well done. I'd request it cooked medium next time. The salmon was INCREDIBLE. A must order!!! I'd definitely visit again if I'm back in town.

    Gluten Free Crème Brûlée... yuuuuuummmmmmmmmm!!!
    Wendy S.

Gluten Free options + a helpful and knowledgeable server = a delightful experience! I ordered a 6 oz sirloin, asparagus, and French fries. So many delicious options on this menu with Gluten Free designations!!! I especially appreciated the subtle background (quiet) music being played. I could hear the music AND my own thoughts!!! Absolutely delightful!!! And... to top off this AMAZING culinary experience...they offered TWO gluten free desserts...the Crème Brûlée is OUT IF THIS WORLD!!!

Chicken, bacon, ranch wrap with sweet potato fries

The chicken bacon ranch wrap was delicious and the sweet potato fries. Drizzle with honey work delightful. Someone in our party got the wedge salad and it was wonderful. The mushroom soup was really good too. Our waiter Bradley was very attentive and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the food and helped us with ordering. Very nice restaurant. We will be back.

I wasn't sure what to expect because I had heard mixed reviews of this restaurant. I decided I had to try for myself. I was easily able to make a reservation on their website for my husband and I. We were immediately greeted and sat at our table by the friendly hostess. The restaurant looked nice, clean, and inviting. There's a good variety on the menu: Burgers, sandwiches, steak, and seafood. Some cocktails, not many options for wine by the glass but lots by the bottle. Our server brought us water, she let us know of their specials and took our order since we were ready. The Cherry Garcia spirit was a good sweet cocktail. Tasted just like the ice cream but in a delicious alcoholic drink! My husband had The Federalist, a Cabernet Sauvignon from central California. Our meals came with salad. The house-made croutons made a basic salad extra delicious. My husband likes jalapeños, so I ordered him a jalapeño tapa. He said it was really good with a sweet little sauce. Definitely better than your average jalapeño popper. My husband had the 12 oz ribeye cooked medium. I was iffy at first because it looked like a thin cut steak. I was pleasantly surprised by how perfectly cooked it was. Very tender and seasoned perfectly with an herby butter melted on top. We got truffle fries with it. They were not the best, but not bad enough to affect their 5 star rating. The fries were soggy, and smushed in this cup. Didn't taste very truffly. I ordered the seafood special, which was clams, mussels, shrimp, and salmon in a garlic herb broth served with some kind of bread. All the seafood was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. The bread was yummy dipped in the broth. It was so good, we ate every bite of our meal and had no room for dessert. Which is a bummer because they had good dessert options that sounded delightful, especially the peach crème brûlée. We will for sure be back and make certain to leave room for dessert next time!

    Can can very under cooked.

A new eatery in Grand Junction I just had to experience. Surprisingly no wait on a Saturday night which was nice. The ambiance was very nice with Ample seating with many booth and table options available. Indoor and outdoor is available. I loved the bacon wrapped tiger shrimp as an appetizer. I ordered the Can Can pork chop but it came very under cooked. After asking that it be reheated it took about 15 minutes to get it back. The ceaser salad was also quite bland. I thought it was supposed to have a dressing of some type? Maybe the issues with improper cooking and salad dressing will be resolved soon. The table next to us apparently has a very under cooked steak arrive at their table and they also had to send it back for a redo.

Very pleasant to dine for dinner this week. The host was a cordial young man who showed professionalism and warm welcome when we arrived around 5:30 on a Tuesday night. We enjoyed a delicious dinner of prime rib and filet mignon. Our waitress, Elena, was exceptional and helpful. Excellent evening. We'll be back!

Onions in the bruschetta pasta dish which was described as having a CACIO E PEPE sauce. Not sure where the onions fit in.
    Jill M.

Not impressive from the outside, but we were greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress was amazing had plenty of suggestions. That being said I was not impressed with my dish if it had been advertised as bruschetta with a basil olive oil sauce with a balsamic glaze it would have been accurate. To say it had a CACIO E PEPE sauce is simply miss leading as it had no Parmesan or black pepper in the sauce. There was a few shavings of Parmesan on the top. My husband's food was better, and fit the description on the menu. Sadly even though we had good service I was disappointed. When I mentioned the misleading description the waitress commented that their chef was creative.

July 17, 2026 - Grand Junction, CO…read more We had the best visit to Ramblebine Brewing Company! They offer a large selection of outstanding craft beers, with something for every palate. My husband is an IPA enthusiast, while I prefer completely different styles, yet we both found plenty to love and each enjoyed a flight of four. The brewery is housed in a beautifully restored historic building with a warm, comfortable atmosphere inside, as well as a welcoming outdoor patio. They also host rotating food trucks, making it an easy place to spend an afternoon or evening. The staff truly made our visit memorable. My husband had his heart set on one of their "Ramble On" T-shirts, but it looked like they were out of his size. One of the staff members went on a determined search through their inventory and came back with exactly what he wanted. We were so appreciative that she took the time and effort to find it. A fun bit of trivia: the name Ramblebine combines "ramble" (to wander or roam) with "bine," the climbing stem of a hop plant used in brewing--a fitting name for a brewery that celebrates both adventure and great beer. We were only passing through Grand Junction, but if we lived in the area, this would absolutely be one of our regular hangouts. Highly recommended!

If it weren't for moody's, I probably would've grabbed a beer here to go along with my burger but since I had to drive, I stopped drinking as soon as I was done at Moody's Seems like the watering hole main brew house in the area where lots of locals come to wind down after a long day. Rocky Mountain Root beer: 2/5 I wouldn't say it's something to come here for. I've had better root beer for sure. My wife and I were passing through town for the night and just looking for somewhere near the Colorado National Monument to kill an hour. Handlebar Tap House turned out to be exactly what we needed. A lot of places claim to have a great beer selection, but end up pouring the same tired distribution kegs week after week. Not here. They run 24 rotating handles, and whoever is doing the ordering actually gives a damn about curating a balanced board. I was stoked to see they had a special local collaboration beer on tap called The Ocho. They brewed it up with the folks over at WestCo Brewing to celebrate their eighth anniversary, and it is a phenomenal, juicy IPA. The pour was absolutely spot on, complete with a perfect two-finger head that left thick lacing all the way down the glass. The hop profile was incredibly bold and fruit-forward. We were really only planning on grabbing that quick beer, but we caved and ordered the beer-battered cheese curds. I can be pretty picky about bar snacks, especially when trying to save room for a big meal later. Most of the time, fried cheese is just a heavy, greasy mess where the breading completely overwhelms the actual dairy. These were a massive surprise. The beer batter is light and super crisp, practically shattering right when you bite into it. It gives way to a perfect, hot, melty pull while somehow still keeping a bit of that authentic cheese curd squeak. We polished off the entire basket in minutes. The atmosphere hits that sweet spot between a lively local joint and a relaxed gastropub. The service was fast, which is crucial when you are watching the clock for dinner reservations, and the bartender actually knew the tap list inside and out. The whole vibe is completely unpretentious. It is just a proper pub doing exactly what it should. If our travels ever bring us back through Grand Junction, I will definitely be stopping in again.
