Poor customer service. Sold me 2 defective knives, and would not give me full refund.

Amazing restaurant with top notch gluten free expertise…read more Chef Nick's creations are A+. The wait staff is so knowledgeable on the menu! A bit noisy, but the trade off in food & service is worth it. A high- end restaurant worth the visit!!

We were visiting Salt Lake City from out of town and decided to have dinner at Urban Hill after…read morereading the outstanding reviews. Like many people, we were excited to dine at a restaurant led by a chef who has beaten Bobby Flay. We arrived for our 8:15 p.m. reservation and were seated promptly. Unfortunately, from that point on, the service became increasingly confusing. Our server seemed flustered from the beginning and even commented that she wanted to make sure everything was right for our experience. When ordering drinks, I asked for a root beer and was told they had one. A few minutes later I was informed they actually didn't and was given a Dr Pepper instead. No big deal--I didn't want to make an issue of it. The bigger problems started with the food service. There were three of us. Two ordered the filet, and one ordered the chicken. The first entrées brought to our table weren't ours at all and had to be taken away. When our actual meals arrived, they were still mixed up. I was served the chicken despite ordering the filet. The same thing happened with dessert. We ordered two Baked Alaskas and one Lemon Cake. Again, the desserts were delivered to the wrong people. These weren't major issues individually, but when they happen repeatedly throughout one meal, it takes away from what should have been an outstanding dining experience. Now for the positive... The kitchen absolutely delivered. The filet was cooked perfectly. The chicken was outstanding. Presentation was beautiful. The Baked Alaska was one of the best I've had. The food easily earns five stars. Unfortunately, the front-of-house experience did not. To make matters worse, after I finished the Dr Pepper that I hadn't originally ordered, my glass sat empty for roughly 45 minutes. No refill was offered, and I eventually had to ask for another beverage while dessert was being served. One final observation... The receipt included an optional surcharge for the back-of-house staff. I understand it could be removed upon request, but I don't believe guests should be placed in the position of deciding how restaurant employees are compensated. Pay your team well, price the menu accordingly, and let guests simply enjoy their meal. Urban Hill has one of the most talented kitchens I've experienced in quite some time. If the service can reach the same level as the food, this restaurant would easily deserve five stars.

We purchased a frameless shower door installation through Home Depot, which was subcontracted to…read moreRe-Bath. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward project turned into a months-long process involving multiple installation attempts and significant inconvenience. After the initial installation, the shower leaked. Re-Bath returned and ultimately replaced the entire glass door, but the leakage problem remained. I provided video documentation showing where the water was escaping. Based on that information, the glass door manufacturer recommended several potential corrective measures, including adding a bulb seal between the doors, installing a dam strip at the bottom of the door, checking the stationary panel caulking, and verifying the threshold slope. When the installer returned for the third attempt, the first item investigated was the threshold. Interestingly, the threshold had been checked during the original site survey and measurement as well as a previous installation attempt yet no concerns were raised at that time. After further evaluation, it was determined that the threshold was part of the problem so I had it corrected before allowing the project to continue. Following the threshold correction and the addition of the recommended bulb seal and dam strip, the shower no longer leaks. While I am glad that the leakage issue has finally been resolved, it took three installation attempts, replacement of the door, additional modifications, months without normal use of the shower, and considerable effort on my part to reach this outcome. What is particularly disappointing is that I have had other frameless shower enclosures in previous homes that functioned properly without the need for added bulb seals or dam strips. My expectation was a professionally installed frameless shower door that performed correctly from the beginning, not one that required multiple corrective measures after repeated installation attempts. In the end, the problem was eventually resolved, and I appreciate the individuals who continued working toward a solution. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend this Re-Bath for a frameless shower door project, nor would I choose to purchase a similar installation through Home Depot again.

They are not professional, they showed up late and make you feel uncomfortable in your own house, the quote was also outrageous, even for this economy.
