She shared with us that they have been catering and operating the deli for 8 years and that everything is made after ordering, nothing is pre-made or packaged. Bagged chips and a cooler with variety of canned and bottled beverages are available in the space for purchase. We ordered our food to go. I chose the Chopped Chef Salad. Readers, this salad was HUGE (the take-out container could barely close). It was loaded with greens, turkey, ham, red onions, cucumber, boiled eggs, tomato, and both Swiss and cheddar cheeses.
