The salsas on both dishes were tasty and the adovada cubes were tender. However, the biscuits in the Benedict were soggy, the poached eggs were small, and the potatoes needed salt. The tortillas in the enchiladas were, strangely, not fried and, as a consequence, unsatisfactory. Overall, our experience was neither terrible nor great. It was smack in the middle, possibly forgettable, making this review a good reminder of its strengths and weaknesses.

After sitting down, my friend took a couple of bites of food and noticed there was a foreign object on her plate. We weren't sure what the source of the object was and immediately contacted the manager. I didn't get her name but I want to commend her for exceptional customer service. She was polite and concerned about our feelings and gave us options to rectify the situation. I felt bad because it was my friend's first experience. However my distress was certainly mitigated by the managers response. I will definitely be eating there again and again. Apparently, their frier would not turn on, so basically fries were taken to another restaurant in the food hall, brought back, and served to me. Which made things take a little longer, but was more a point of craziness for the staff than me. Neither the fries, or the burger suffered at all. In fact, the burger was one of the most on-point smashburgers I have had in recent memory. A wonderful brown crust on both smashed patties, and skirted with lots of melty cheese. The bun definitely had a rich buttery flavor, and it all came together nicely.
