The space is tiny and a little awkward to order and wait... like 4 people is too crowded, so it's better to order ahead and pick up. We ordered a cookie butter matcha, and a couple of specialty lattes (can't remember which), one with 1/4 sweetness and another with 1/2 sweetness. These have Starbucks level of sugar and are just not for me. The drinks are affordable too. read more

A solid matcha spot! I liked the pistachio matcha but I disliked how the pistachio butter was smeared on the cup because I wanted more of a hint of pistachio. The pistachio milk was a great addition. The banana bread matcha was going viral on TikTok and I knew that I had to stop by to give it a try. The barista was friendly and got my order ready in less than 5 minutes! Blank Street is always a win, no matter the location you go to. 4.5 for me at this location. Ambiance/Service: Thjs location is small, quite literally feels like a 9x10 jail cell--not that I've been. It just feels like the most apt comparison. But what is lacks for in size and ambiance, it makes up for in service and quality products. The barista/cashier was sweet, knowledgeable, and though I've been to a number of BSC', it was nice to get a viewpoint on the pistachio latte. Drink: If you've read my reviews, you'll find that pistachio is very often featured. A more fervent lover of pistachio (pronounced again pis-ta-KIO) you'd be hard-pressed to find. This latte did not miss: delicious pistachio flavor, strong enough to stand out, but not so much as to fight with the espresso. I used oat milk because, apparently, that's the person my stomach has now forced me to be (sweet joy). Arrived here with my colleagues for some morning coffee around 8:30 am on Wednesday. It's a cute corner coffee shop with bar seating that faces the city and flora decorated within. It's a popular shop for sure with customers waiting behind our party and to go orders being made and picked up at the same time. I ordered the Shaken Brown Sugar Cold Brew! The store is pretty small, it's cute and they serve drinks and pastries. I tried an iced latte and it was okay, they didn't have soy milk, the only milk options were oat milk and almond milk. I got oatmilk and the latte was a bit bitter, it came out to be $6.27 for a small. It's not too bad but there are better coffee shops with friendlier prices. read more

I have never felt so disrespected as a customer in my life. I placed a mobile order, showed the barista my receipt, confirmed that it was for the right location and was told that she could not make it because she was "too busy". Keep in mind that this mobile order was placed at least 30 minutes before I went to check on the order, as I was not receiving any updates. I paid for a drink that wasn't made because the barista making my drink was "too busy". Will not be ordering from here again, and I suggest that you take your money elsewhere as well. read more

One of my favorite coffee shops. Their strawberries and cream latte is a must try! I'm normally not a fan of sweeter coffee but this one is perfect as it tastes like strawberry milk and coffee and I hope they never remove it from their menu! The staff is extremely friendly and amazing to talk to and it's one of the main reasons why I keep going back to this location. The shop is also super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Honestly I really liked the almond croissant but I have always disliked the coffee. A bit more bitter, I think if you really LOVE coffee you'll love blank street but if you're a casual enjoyer like myself, you should be wary. Also I tried the cherry cold brew and was not a fan but if you like drinks with a more bitter flavor I recommend it. But everyone was really nice so it's worth a try. read more

While the coffee was decent, it really angered me that there were no wooden sticks to stir the coffee with, and a pile of like 5 cocktail napkins at the Fifth Avenue & 31st Street location. I asked the staff for wooden coffee stirrers and more napkins, and they said they didn't have any. I had to use a straw to stir stevia into my cup. It feels like the owners are so tight that they don't want to spend money on the little touches that we expect with our coffee -- napkins, stirrers etc. How mis-managed or cheap can a store manager be to overlook these supplies? read more

Very delicious coffee! We loved the taste. And they have a very convenient app. When you sign up for the app the first coffee is for free. That was the reason that lured me in but I think I will be regular customer from now on because they have great coffee and very fast service. read more
