A very pleasant grab-and-go coffee spot with excellent coffee and matcha. The cappuccino was perfectly made, with a smooth, creamy foam and well-balanced flavor. The matcha latte was a lovely surprise - smooth, not bitter, just the way it should be. The order preparation was quick and friendly. The space is small but cozy, with a few window seats perfect for a short break. A great place to stop for a quick but high-quality coffee in Chelsea.

Need coffee. Tired of the same old chain. Think Different. Think Coffee. Has truly the ambience of a traditional coffee house. The team got us our coffee in a timely fashion including the pour over. And they contribute to good causes. To be clear I am not reviewing the food, but the blueberry yogurt streusel looked delicious

Nice location right off the high line and Hudson yards. Coffee is fine, prefer their speciality lattes to the regular coffee. The Graham Cracker Latte is good- spiced and not too sweet. Staff is friendly.

This could have been an easy five stars. However the cheap environmentalist cups are too thin for the purpose of holding a beverage. Myself and another customer both struggled to put the lids on our drinks because the cups were so flimsy. I was a little surprised that they weren't on there to begin with but after a struggle heard the lid pop in and went on my way. Turns out the act of putting the lid on cracked the paper cup, ruining a $60 white dress shirt and custom horsehair shoes from my friend's wedding, and covering my professional jacket in coffee. Love the environment and am mindful of cutting costs by using less materials, but these cups ain't it.

Food (4/5): The coffee here is overpriced with small portions but the oat milk latte I got here was extremely good. Service (4/5): Came here with friends after the Sleep No More show. We ordered some drinks and had no issues with the service. The drinks came out reasonably fast. Ambiance (4/5): Limited seating but it's a cozy coffee shop with nice decorations.

Fast service and chill interior. I stopped in here after visiting an art gallery and before heading up to the Highline. The baristas are very nice and it's pretty calm inside. I ordered an iced mocha latte that was delicious. This is a great place for a pitstop!

Overall, the coffee is good. Think Coffee is across little Spain and we had a warm and cold latte. Solid coffee but nothing special. Service is okay. Latte art was really nice!

Tasty coffee! Got a graham cracker latte before visiting my giant feathered boyfriend Dinosaur. Service was very kind and helpful, and I loved seeing messages aboht direct action on the walls. Looked like a cute place to do some work, and in a great area.

Matcha latte is meh. Not a good matcha to milk ratio. They have lots of drink options so maybe I'll come back to try a coffee. Nice staff.

One of the first stops I had to make being back home was a coffee shop. And it seems there's tons of new cafes all over so I knew I had to try one. Came in this shop being on the High Line with my fiance. Her matcha was good and I ordered a Ethiopia pour over. Was a fantastic warm pick me up. Overall, I'd recommend for a good cup of Joe.

Outside seating caught my attention. Posted with review 04/25/21

Think Coffee in Chelsea is close to the Shopping Mall where coffee is pricey. I decided I would give it a second try. I felt very comfortable today and the employee that waited on me was really nice! I decided on the regular drip 12oz coffee because it was less than decaf! After several sips I decided I needed a morning snack so I purchased the Cheddar Scallion Scone that tasted like a biscuit to me. Scone/Biscuit doesn't matter. It was hearty enough to satisfy my appetite until lunch. My total expense was a little over $7. I've got a new way of looking at my coffee expense these days. It's like giving a donation in some of these Coffee Shops. Think Coffee is one of the places that uses a do good business philosophy. I'm giving them Four Stars for a very pleasant experience today. I'm recommending this location if you're nearby. I do wish they had more outside tables. People monopolize them. I had to stand at the counter inside. I was still fairly comfortable.

Not much fun to say anything less than positive about a small business but ordinary, overpriced food and coffees in a pretentious setting.

A mediocre coffee where the server makes it very unpleasant. It was like she hates her job and everyone around her.

It felt like items weren't made with care and mass produced at a factory or something. I went 10 minutes before they closed and there was still 10+ of each dessert. I'm not convinced that they will dispose of them. Even if they do, it means they didn't do a good job in forecasting demand especially after being in business for multiple years. I ordered mango and yuzu. Both were too sweet and had one dimensional flavor and textures, not refreshing per their stated flavors. Even if their appearances take effort, they don't look pretty enough for me to forgive what goes in my mouth. I'm used to having patisseries with many layers and elements. Mango's sponge probably only took up 20% of the bottom, because I barely had bites of it. Most of my bites didn't have any. I didn't like how liquid the filling was. It didn't exactly ooze out but just melted into a puddle in my mouth. Yuzu looks pretty with the pink and yellow glaze, but it didn't go with the realistic fruit theme. I chose it for the flavor combination which is strawberry, yuzu, and guava. This was slightly better in terms of flavor variety in the mouth. The flower on top had a weird off putting flavor. The bottom crispy rice apparently is supposed to be chocolate but it came out plain. It was tasteless anyway, so not effective in terms of flavor or texture.

I had to run to work after an appointment so I ordered for takeout. The person taking my order was friendly. I opted for the Lumberjack and a black cold brew. I received the drink very quickly, with a short wait for the sandwich. While waiting, one member of the staff stocking up supplies on the side started chatting with me and then she offered to check up on my sandwich. She came out with it shortly thereafter. She was very friendly and helpful. The sandwich held up well during my 15-minute commute to the office. It is a really indulgent sandwich, with each bite revealing the sweetness and butteriness of the maple crueller, the saltiness of the thick cut bacon, and the savoriness of the cheese and the eggs as the yolks popped. I sipped the cold brew in between bites to cut the richness. It was a very satisfying meal. The Lumberjack is not something I would recommend you eat every day, but it's good as an occasional treat. In the past I've ordered lunch from Daily Provisions via delivery (the "Chefy" salad and the chicken milanese with arugula salad are my favorites), but I might start adding other breakfast sandwiches to the mix.

The peppery, thick bacon and the quite sweet, icing-topped cruller are a beautiful study in contrasts. The egg was nicely runny. I will say that's it's definitely not a good on-the-go sandwich, as it falls apart easily. However, I don't think this is a great spot for coffee. I was a bit underwhelmed by my latte, which tasted more like thin drip coffee than a rich, strong espresso. I also think they could offer more sweetener options.
