This restaurant is new and I was super excited to visit it in the old Hooters location. We were greeted upon entry and I have to say everyone is nice. The set up is still similar to the inside of the hooters. It was all decked out for soccer . Here is where the problems began--- I saw online before entering that you can order à la cart and to go. Upon entering I advised it was our first time and the greeter said no problem. We went on Sunday at 2 pm. He asked us if we wanted the buffet for twenty something a person or to do a bowl for 17.99. My daughter and I don't eat a lot so a buffet is a waste of money... for 17.99 per bowl (made just like you would at a ghangis grill) I wanted to know would I be able to take my leftovers home before I was even seated. The reason was I was only presented with the two options and I was not going to stay if I couldn't take my leftovers home for that price. He stated that he would seat us and then ask. A server came to the table we advised of the situation and he said he would go find out. As we are sitting there, a menu was not provided and we were only presented the 2 options. Our server who was so nice, came back and advised yes if we did the bowls we could take the left overs to go. Ok we order drinks and I asked if we could order sushi as well "à la cart " ... waiter said yes and then brought a menu. Now menu has the same options as the website, but this was not what was being offered/discussed on Sunday. I ordered 3 rolls to try and we got in line to make our bowls. The food options are good and fresh... no issues with that or the process. Went to the end of the line and the first guy comes back and tells us "as we are handing the bowls to the chef "I checked and you will not be able to take your leftovers overs to go". I advised him our waiter said we could and then came the stare and pointing fingers. Keep in mind ppl are behind us and the line is backing up. The host guy then said they would make the exception because we were already told something else. Now, we wait for food to come out but all we can talk about is how darn confusing this situation is and how do people order a bowl for pickup? I mean that seems like a better scenario than dealing with the confusion in the restaurant. Why does the menu have multiple options but you can only get 2? The food (bowls) came and it was delicious, 2/3 sushi rolls came out warm Philadelphia roll and avocado roll I asked for the bill, and when the server came with the boxes- he asked that if any one stopped us or asked to say it was for the "a la cart" items as to not alert any other customers because apparently you can't take your leftovers home. My daughter over heard someone saying "see they got to go boxes" on our way out. At the end for 62 dollars for the two of us.. this is definitely a place that could have been great but is not worth the hassle. I'm not one to write a review that's super negative but this business has some kinks to work out as they are new and I want to be honest. read more

Not too bad! A mix of Tons Mongolian Grill and Okinawa. Our server Ann was so awesome. She explained everything and was so cute and funny. The Mongolian section was so clean and the food looked fresh. The sushi was fresh and made to order. The Sushi pizza was a fun try...and the Black Widow was really good. For rolls, we recommend The Spicy and The Blaze. And the fried cheesecake is a must! I love that you can do AYCE or the Mongolian...prices differ so make sure to ask! Food was great. Customer service was amazing. Go during lunch during the week and it's $18 for all you can eat. Lunch ends at 3 I think? It'll be more expensive on the weekend. Cannot beat all you can eat sushi and noodles for $18! read more

What a blessing for south Arlington. We have another ACE Asian restaurant that celebrated its grand opening. Hubby and I decided to stop in for dinner. The place was pretty full and there was a line forming. We were seated fairly quickly and left with menus, pens, and paperwork with no instructions how everything worked. They have a wrap around Mongolian station that's fairly simple to maneuver. However it was confusing on how the sushi ordering happenes. Part of the reason for the confusion is because the pace was full and the waitress were busy. I was finally able to order about 15 min after arriving. The food is pretty good and i can tell once they work out the hiccups this will be a nice place to eat. Bring along your patience and appetite! read more

The servers are sweet and attentive. Unfortunately the food is just ok. For the $29.99 price tag, this is not worth it. It's on the verge of potential food poisoning the way the meats are kept. It's a pretty small dining area. The sushi is sliced so paper thin on a large piece of rice. The chefs don't fully cook the meat and veggies in your bowl. We purposely didn't bring our kids with us because our kids would not eat $29.99 worth of food. They could maybe eat a 4 piece CA roll and share a bowl. read more

Good sushi options. Great appetizers. All you can eat but they like you to get 5 or 6 things at once then just keep ordering.

Pretty pricey, but all you can eat is always worth it. Especially for sushi. The bowls were good, I went in a big group and some people's bowls were bland... but it's like... you get to season it, so, season it well. I only leave 5 stars or 1 star. Went for the Grand Opening with my wife and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The signage at the front was confusing. We initially thought AYCE (All You Can Eat) and sushi orders required separate tables, so we both chose AYCE just to sit together. We were then forced to wait while the owner or influencer recorded the ordering and food process. We waited patiently for about 5 minutes while several employees stood by watching and did nothing to help. At that point we decided to leave. Lack of basic hospitality and ability to make good decisions. I unfortunately don't trust the kitchen enough to eat there, especially sushi. Hard pass for us. Went during dinner time and it was busy still seated in about 10m. All the food was fresh and tasty! This will be my new stop for Mongolian! They've got a good selection of thinly sliced meats, noodles, veggies, sauces and seasonings! Plus it's cooked and brought to you pretty fast! And it's unlimited along with the vast menu of sushi and other hot cooked food! Dong Dong was our server he was very attentive and friendly he was great! This place was so good we came back the next day! Funny enough again got the best server Dong Dong. The shrimp tempura, gyuoza, egg rolls were so good. The AYCE Mongolian you can build your own bowl and they have so many different options. Definitely will come back. read more
