I wish to give this place 0 stars. Second time i came during "online only." Which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. What's the difference between me ordering online in person at the store on the crappy app/website and someone just serving me and taking my order on the line? Also your online order prints out thirty minutes later after I place it in person at the store. I came tonight and first thing I saw is some white teenager yell "FUCK" very loudly BEFORE ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND EVEN CAME INTO THE STORE. Already a bad first impression. Then as we proceed to the pizza smith station to get our order picked up, nobody greeted us or asked if we were here to pick up. Next, we get our pizza and I check the toppings. It legitimately looked so sad and was not even worth my business here anymore at all. Half of the toppings are missing and they just told me "we're out of it," yet I see it on the line and literally basil was out on the line and someone was making a pizza with basil on it. After arguing with a worker, he eventually gave me basil on the side because I don't want them touching my pizza at all anymore. So much for not having "basil." Seems like they just say they're out of everything just so they can pre close faster. This is ridiculous and will not be coming back here at all. read more

Poorly managed. Night crew seems unengaged to work with purpose. Doesn't seem like there's a lead or manager making sure orders are correct. Where is my arugula? Where is my roasted garlic? Where is my olive drizzle and balsamic drizzle? Beside the missing ingredients (and it's not the first time!) Did they ever clean the stove? I'm giving Blaze Pizza 4 stars! Service: The service is great as usual. Not much service since it's pretty much picking your food, then paying but everyone there is very nice and helpful! I wish they were more happy/smiling. I've worked in fast food before and understand how crazy customers get...but pls smile man lol Environment: Love it. Everything is so new bc they just opened and it's great. There are many seats and all the pepers/cheese is always refilled/full. Food/Drinks: It's great since I got a build your own, it's really not their fault whether it's bad or not bc you're the one choosing. I just don't like the dough because it's so flimsy compared to other places but it's still yummy to eat. Decore: Pretty cute. you can see it in other people's photos xD Parking: Plenty of parking. it gets packed and you won't find parkign super close but there is plenty of parking! read more

This place has amazing toppings and it overall just tastes really good. The prices are reasonable. I absolutely love the Build You Own Pizza, but I am not sure if there is a large size for it. As I don't see anyone else getting a large size. The size is a personal, about 6 slices. It's more than enough for me, since I don't each too much. The workers are very friendly and I have never had a worker get annoyed with me when I asked for more cheese or more pineapple. All in all, it's a great place with a great atmosphere and delicious food! read more

Decided to come back after a few years; found a large piece of cubed YAM in my cheese pizza. YAM... and I hope it was a piece of yam, but then again Blaze Pizza doesn't have yams in any of their ingredients. Absolutely terrible. Ordered twice from door dash and both times got my ingredients totally wrong when the fucking label is on the front.

Ordered a large and 11in pizza. Both did not have the finished we put on the order. Don't order the last hour of the business day because they will rush it and you're better off ordering elsewhere. Too bad I really liked it the first time we were here. I'll go back Mod Pizza instead. read more

Hurray for their keto crust and gluten free crusts! When we ordered it, the server asked if it was due to an allergy or choice. So maybe they'll be more careful for cross contamination? I'm not too sure. I probably still wouldn't risk it though, unless they had a separate oven in the back. I picked the cauliflower crust and it was $3 extra charge. Danggg this crust was soooo good, especially for being gluten free It was very thin and had a slight chewy texture! The downside to it is the additional price and higher calories. I would have given it five stars, but when we tried ordering it online, the website wouldn't allow us. It stated the store was busy and to select another time for pick up/ delivery. We tried selecting different times 30 mins to an hour later, but it still wouldn't allow us to submit the order. When we went to the actual store, there wasn't even a line! Totally absurd. read more

The line moved quite slow today and I noticed that a few employees seemed to be a little sloppy. Maybe they aren't interested in their job? Anyways, I still love blaze whenever I crave pizza. I've never had Blaze pizza before so it was actually my first time trying it and man I did not disappoint at all! The line is pretty long but went by pretty fast. I got customized pizza with half spicy red and white. Since it's unlimited toppings for free, I def took advantage of it and added tons of toppings. The spicy red was not that spicy and I absolutely love the white sauce. Every ingredients were fresh and pizza was still smoking hot when it's served. I def burned my tongue couple times. 1 customized pizza comes with 6 slices and don't be fooled by the thin looking pizza, those 6 slices will get you FULL! What impress me was also they have this nutrition calculator online so you could calculate how much calorie you consumed and check the marco level (well just for the sake of making yourself feel a little healthier lol) Anyway I def will come back and get this again! read more

The line was out the door and it took about 25 minutes to order but right after we ordered the food came out within minutes. You can order from their signature pizzas or Build Your Own which is what I did. Pizzas are $8.25 no matter how many toppings you choose. The ingredients are fresh and the crust is thin and crispy. It's really unfortunate that this is the location closest to me. Service is usually horrible and if you don't ask for and check your receipt, they always overcharge you. Today I was pressed for time so I decided to order online. BIG mistake! I ordered 3 pizzas and while 2 were ok (simple enough as they were just the simple pie), but my build your own pizza was so so wrong. I ordered a pizza with chicken, mushrooms, and artichokes. Came home and my pizza was sadly lacking in toppings but especially lacking in mushrooms, which were not even there. You could clearly see on my order receipt that I had ordered them, but they did not put ANY! I knew I was taking a chance at ordering online as they didn't even have the option for me to request extra or even double toppings. But they were really stingy and skimpy with my toppings, even not adding one I had ordered and paid for. Most of my experiences here have been bad but this online ordering really takes the cake. Such a sad pizza they made for me. I will NEVER order online from this location again! I don't even want to give this place any business but unfortunately, my kids like it and it's the only one closest to me so I probably will have to go inside for my order. read more

Pizza is hallowed ground for me. As far as my partial Sicilian ancestry and Boston background is concerned, there is Boston pizza, and nothing else. Traditional pizza from my town consists of amazing, topped with provincial sex sauce. For you initiated, this means the best Parmesan, Romano, sausage, meatball, mushroom, and veggies the city has to offer. It's good for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and post-walk-of-shame brunch. But every once in a while, I wonder what the other side is like. After all, I claim to be a man of the world, and man of the people, so it's only logical that I venture beyond my cliffs of insanity. So I did the unthinkable- I wandered into a pizza chain called 'Blaze' and was greeted by Felix. I was starving, and was clueless about what I saw in front of me. So I asked Felix about how it worked, and he proceeded to ask me what I liked, and explained the process. I'm the kind of guy that if convinced of someone else's expertise, I go with their choice, so Felix went to town on my new venture. What I ended up with was a white sauce pizza mixed with sausage, meatballs, Gorgonzola + mozzarella, veggies of all kinds........ and it came out like dubstep the first time I heard it: edgy, different, sexy, and full of street cred. Walking into the restaurant with my family to be abruptly stopped with "were only taking online orders" is a rather disrespectful way to greet anyone let alone your customers. All six employees looked as if they had better things to to than help customers. So now we have to spend time making our order online then spend another 20 minutes just to now wait. So now that I've gotten my order and take it home, looks like the pizza are not even fully cooked and we asked for Xtra topping and they don't even have what we ordered on the PIZZA. This Alhambra location has horrible service and employees that don't have a care to the position they applied for working at Blaze. Don't expect to make another trip here again. read more

Good, small pizza. I was craving for pizza tonight and wanted to give this place a try after reading some of the reviews. This location is modern and vibrant with a friendly staff. However, there does not seem to be any management present and there was confusion with all 3 items I ordered online. The pizzas do taste good but each pizza is barely enough to feed 1 adult. It would be rather costly if you intend to buy enough for the whole family. Overall, this is a good alternative to the usual pizza chain but it just isn't an ideal choice for me due to cost. read more

Honestly this is usually my last resort place to come to if I'm in a rush for pizza. Everytime I always regret coming here. Not the first time I've had a salty experience here. Came in around 1:20pm for lunch (Togo) ordered 2 build your own. Was helped by a very unfriendly girl named April. No smile just a resting face of unhappy attitude. She made my pizza but dropped some toppings on the steel mixed with other random dust and toppings of the day. Decided she would just pick that one piece up and toss it randomly on my pizza. She also spilled the marinara sauce outside of the edge and used her hands to just smear the rest deeper inside. Than proceeded to grab a fist full of cheese and toss it on my pizza. While we were waiting I see my pizza come out first before my wife's so I decided to let the cook know that our order was Togo. Same thing attitude. Mumbled something tossed our pizza in a box and just put it on the counter. No thank you or have a nice day. Just kept looking down with a disgruntled face. Management here needs to step up. Tired of dealing with the employees they hire who don't even want to be there working and with a attitude. If I was in the management position I'd fire them all and rehire people who actually want to work. Overall not coming back to any blaze establishment. Blaze has become my favorite build your own pizza chains because of a few things - Amazing thin crust - Spicy Red sauce base - Garlic Pesto base Actually that's it. Everything else is the same compared to other places. Those three things really make the pizza and it's so good for so cheap and everyone is happy. I love my garlic and various meats and I'm always satisfied. read more

Wow this plaza has changed since the 90s-00s. It was super run down when everything close and now it had a ton of food joints! You cannot go wrong with BYO pizza!! Huge parking area but gets packed because of all the restaurants and Sprouts. Service was very nice and friendly. Surprised the pizza came out fast during the busy weekend rush.. Build Your Own Pizza - $8.25 - Spicy sauce is my favorite! Toppings were really fresh and vibrant. I liked the combo of shredded mozzarella and the fresh mozz. 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon and they're completely out of cup lids and pesto. Who could POSSIBLY have predicted that they would have people come in to eat on a Saturday afternoon? Haven't been here in awhile, I ordered a Vegan style pizza, as I let the guy know and he writes Vegan on the paper, ... I see a girl getting the dough, I let her know before that my pizza is going to be VEGAN, cause she had touched regular meats, ....She gave me an attitude, letting me know I should had told the guy for GLOVE CHANGE, regardless I say it's going to be Vegan she herself should know, and change her glove instead of giving me an attitude, and raised her hands, like it's my fault that they work there and have no proper training on a Vegan orders.......I noticed a big sign that mentioned Vegan,.... The first issue that I encountered at this location is that you cannot mix sauces (aka have more than one sauce as the base of your pizza). I've been to several blazes and this is the first time I encountered this, maybe they changed their policy. Anyways, the girl at the line did not look like she wanted to be there, but the guy firing the pizzas looked like he was in a good mood and was super friendly. Props to him! I am so fucking mad and I don't know who to blame. I ordered through Postmates and my order was somehow so fucked up. First I'm sure it was blaze who failed to make my order correctly. And second my Postmates driver took awhile and my pizza was cold. How do you manage to make a pizza with only spinach on top of it. I ordered a BYO and I put grilled chicken, spinach, and some pesto sauce. I was extremely hungry so I decided to postmate and now I have a cold pizza with only spinach on top.
