They have two kiosks for ordering right by the entrance and then you can seat yourself. I ordered the Macho Crispy Chicken Sandwich (9.99) and got some fries (3.99). Although the store is not that bag, there are a good amount of tables inside but it gets full when its the meal times. We found a seat easily though since it wasn't busy. You get a text notification once your order is ready and then you can pick it up at the counter. It took around 10 minutes for mine to be ready. The chicken burgers were big for the price and the chicken was nice and crispy and you can tell it is real chicken. The breading is seasoned well and it is topped with a good sauce and toasted bun. It was very delicious and better quality than Popyeyes sandwich. I felt very full after eating one burger myself. The fries were also very good. It is not seasoned with salt but only pepper, which is the right amount of seasoning that it isn't salty. They were also fried to perfection and tasted very crisp and like real potatoes. The spicy chicken burger had thick piece of fried chicken on it. Crispy and came out hot but didn't really taste a mouthful of oil. Fried well but wasn't spicy at all. Soft lightly toasted bread comes with mayo and lettuce. Popcorn chicken and the fried chicken chop was also hot and crispy. The chicken chop had a nice seasoning and was huge! Fries were crispy and seasoned. Surprised to see a beef wrap here and decided to try it out. The beef was tender and had a wonderful marinade to it. Slightly sweet like a bbq flavor. This location is placed inside of a food hall in irvine allowing you to explore other options while getting an entree from here. The worker/owner was very kind when serving and also gave me a free sample of the chicken before I ordered. I thought the food was decent and the chicken was very crispy. I would say it is definitely worth the try for people as it is very similar to chicken sandwiches you can get in Asia. The way that they do the breading of the fried chicken in Asian chicken places are different than those like popeyes and KFC. However, the chicken is solid, with a mild Cajun seasoning (like Popeye's spicy) and light, crispy breading. The fries are surprisingly excellent, crispy and seasoned well - even better than the fries at KFC China. They also offer some Chinese street food snacks like sausages on a stick. The entrees are all priced at $10 and the combo upgrade with a sofa and fries is $5. A bit pricey for the combo, but the entrees are worth it IMO.
