The chicken sandwich is just okay--at least it's crispy. The fries are tasteless. Preparation took nearly 15 minutes, which feels too long. The dining room looks pretty ghetto, with things falling apart. This feels more like a fast-food place. Honestly, McDonald's nowadays might offer better service.

We tried out their crispy chicken sandwich ($9.99) and fries ($3.99) for dinner in the area. You order through a kiosk by the entrance. There is a slight wait time for the food, around 15 minutes. You pick it up at the counter yourself and throw away your own trash. There is plenty of seating inside and a restroom. The crispy sandwich was fried just right and didn't taste greasy at all. The meat was very tender and flavorful. The portion was just right to be filling. As for the fries, it was seasoned with some black pepper and crispy. Overall, a great place for a quick fast food dinner!

Located in a plaza with many stores and AMC Theatres, this is a great dinner or lunch spot to stop by before watching a movie, which is what I did. There is plenty of underground parking for the plaza and it is convenient. We came around 6pm and there wasn't a wait for a table or to order. They have two kiosks for ordering right by the entrance and then you can seat yourself. I ordered the Macho Crispy Chicken Sandwich (9.99) and got some fries (3.99). Although the store is not that bag, there are a good amount of tables inside but it gets full when its the meal times. We found a seat easily though since it wasn't busy. You get a text notification once your order is ready and then you can pick it up at the counter. It took around 10 minutes for mine to be ready. The chicken burgers were big for the price and the chicken was nice and crispy and you can tell it is real chicken. The breading is seasoned well and it is topped with a good sauce and toasted bun. It was very delicious and better quality than Popyeyes sandwich. I felt very full after eating one burger myself. The fries were also very good. It is not seasoned with salt but only pepper, which is the right amount of seasoning that it isn't salty. They were also fried to perfection and tasted very crisp and like real potatoes. Overall, I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and fries. I wish they had a closer location so I can come again soon. I recommend this spot!

[3.5 stars] good, but not the bestest! & i wouldn't come again ngl! the popcorn chicken was just okay & it didn't have the popcorn chicken flavor to it and honestly fell flat. * i would recommend the chicken wrap because the flavoring was actually giving something! and i wanted to give this place a try because it seemed promising. i love supporting small businesses, but it was eh! * i will give them one thing tho, inside it was very clean inside!

Ordered a popcorn chicken here via kiosk .Their portion for popcorn chicken isnt bad for the price of around $6! The chicken is super crispy, which I enjoyed. Keep in mind it would come unseasoned if not requested. I just wish there was more flavor because it felt a bit too bland even though I ordered cumin seasoning. Seasoning cost extra, but they did not put enough in my chicken so I was disappointed because there was potential. Waited around 7-10 minutes for the food, they have some seating but did not have any available when I was there so we ended up eating on the outside tables nearby since it's located in a plaza.

Love their logo btw LOL. Parking at structure nearby. Been here on two seperate occasions and always satisfied with my experience overall. Dont think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. I have ordered the fried chicken burger + fries combo (8.5/10) and the chicken slab w spicy cumin (8.5/10). Price is not bad, but a bit steep for a chicken sandwich. Kinda like a conjoined McDonald and Chinese skewer place. Service is on the slower end bc there's only like two people working and food can take up to ~15 min to come out (but that's how you know they make it fresh lol) Restaurant itself has this really strong oily fried food smell that get onto your clothes and hair. Plenty of seating available.

Macho burger is OK. Food was alright, service was long and rude. Scroll down for my rant. Well me and my friends came here because we got a coupon from the Maid concert that plays every month in Atlantic Times Square. Its called macho burger but its literally all chicken sandwiches. FOOD: Price: fkn overpriced for a burger ~$10 Macho Spicy Chicken Sandwich - $9.99 (3.9/5) This is thier original sandwich and I think it is kinda dry. Not the chicken but the burger itself. They definitely should've put more sauce on it or at least have some sort of dipping sauce on the side?? I had to use ketchup to make it juicier :(. First crunch was just chicken breading. no sauce. i want sauce. i love sauce. Otherwise, taste was pretty good. Fries - mid 2/5 VIBES: Parking is free and underground. 4 seats, more like a grab and go spot. Alright so who put that guy behind the counter??? He didnt even aknowledge us for a good 5 mins until I had to call him over. Me and my friends ordered and he looked like he didnt want to be there. They were working very slow with only like 2 orders so we waited. WE WAITED 30 MINS for like 3 burgers. HOW??? I didnt want to wait anymore so I went up to them and my order was just sitting on the counter. Why would he not call my order??? Must I have to catch his attention for everything?? GOD FORBID A GIRL GET HER BURGER :(. Do better. I would not come back here just because of the dry expensive burger and rude long wait times.

New macho burger location doesn't have full menu like the other locations. Limited seatings inside. Ordered via kiosk and picked up at counter. Does take some time since they are fried fresh. The spicy chicken burger had thick piece of fried chicken on it. Crispy and came out hot but didn't really taste a mouthful of oil. Fried well but wasn't spicy at all. Soft lightly toasted bread comes with mayo and lettuce. Popcorn chicken and the fried chicken chop was also hot and crispy. The chicken chop had a nice seasoning and was huge! Fries were crispy and seasoned. Surprised to see a beef wrap here and decided to try it out. The beef was tender and had a wonderful marinade to it. Slightly sweet like a bbq flavor. The store looks empty probably due to them just opening. Fried chicken was good and wasn't too oily but kinda pricy for a chicken sandwich.

Came to Macho Burger for their Chinese style fried chicken. Thoroughly enjoyed the chicken sandwich & tenders, but felt like it would've been elevated with some sort of hot sauce. Fries were okay. Would definitely come back and get it again.

Service is self help. They got a pad that lets you order on your own. Pretty fast and straightforward cool ambiance with the bodybuilding pose pictures.

Too much breading the sandwich I got. To be honest, I wasn't feeling great the day after so I give it an OK rating.

The fries came out cold and stale, the chicken was questionably pink, no ice in the fountain drink station, soda tasted watered down.

Lady staff who took my order, took my payment, and handed out my order were all super friendly and nice. Service was fast. No long wait whatsoever. I ordered The Box Combo (3 chicken fingers) with lemonade no ice. Chicken fingers were of good size and very tender & delicious as they usually are. Love their Cane's sauce! Toasted bread was soft and tasty. Crinkle fries were good, but they could have been a bit crispier. My Mom ate the coleslaw as I'm not a big fan of their coleslaw because it's too watery IMHO. So glad they are in close vicinity to the bowling alley. I'll be back. Thanks Raising Cane's!

This is a burger joint with a diverse menu, including one of the biggest breakfast burritos in town. I got my burrito with bacon. The burrito comes with hashbrown style potatoes, eggs and cheese - you get a choice of ham, bacon or sausage for your meat (or have it without meat). The bacon was crispy and remained crispy when I reheated my other half. Not only is the bacon crispy, the burrito has a generous amount of it! Oh and the other plus - the tortilla does not come wet and soggy and remains in perfect condition if you have leftovers. The burrito comes with only one salsa and to be honest, you really do need two for such a big burrito. I'm a green salsa girl but I asked what I should go with and I was recommended the red one (the green one is supposedly spicier). The red salsa did not disappoint other than I needed one more for my whole burrito (there's no kick to this salsa but it's tasty). The burrito itself isn't bursting with flavor on its own and it requires the salsa to compliment the other ingredients. But, who eats a breakfast burrito without salsa? There is ample parking in their parking lot and there's seating both inside and outside. I will definitely be returning to satisfy my breakfast burrito craving very soon and if this is what you're looking for - stop reading reviews and go get you one at Lucky Boy (it's served all day).

I always start off my ratings with cleanliness. I worked in a high volume restaurant back in the 70's. If you weren't doing something you were cleaning. Ordered the classic burger, fries and coke. Picked up my order after a short wait. Cleaned off my own table and sat down. Burger looked decent, fries looked amazing and can never say anything bad about a classic coke. First bite of the burger was a little disappointing. Burger was thin and seemed overcooked to me. I thought it was dry. Roll, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo were ok. Not bad overall but for some reason I expected a better burger experience. Let's talk about the fries. Truly classic French fried potatoes. Perfectly cooked. Light golden color. Nice texture and flavor. What every French fry should look and taste like. Coke was great. Sorry to say I was not impressed by the burger. This was my experience on 05/09/2026. Could have been cleaner and maybe the burger not overcooked. Your experience may be totally different.

If you love fried chicken, you cannot go wrong eating here. The service i have mixed opinions. Most all of the employees are friendly. Maybe too friendly. Part of the reason for their long line would be the talkative cashiers. There is a way to chat up the customer while still keeping things moving along, but I've not seen it once while there; the chicken is that good that I put up with my least favorite thing at a restaurant--unnecessary conversation that adds to the wait time. The ambiance is also not my favorite. It's too loud in there. The music could be a touch lower--I'm there to eat, not be at the club--and the top notch cooks in the back yell a lot. I will say that the yelling appears to keep them upbeat, positive, and motivated; I see the value in it, yet it's the reason I get delicious chicken to go. They have a clean bathroom, a parking lot in back, and some of the best chicken in the Greater Los Angeles area. My mouth waters when I even begin to think about going there. Also, I believe the times to avoid the long waits would be weekdays until about 3 PM ish.
