Blaze Pizza was pretty solid overall. The crust was thin and crispy just how I like it, and the toppings were fresh. This is a management issue. The wait times were ridiculous at this facility. The workers were focused on online orders, making in person customers wait. What should have been a 10 minutes process, actually took more than 45 minutes. So management is ignoring the people in the store. If you want to be an online store, just say that. But to make customers waiting in line as if we are " the problem" is what makes your store lose customers. My advice: Order online or go somewhere else. read more

We ordered from here a week ago on DoorDash. We specially ordered vegan pizzas with change your gloves option selected. They purposefully gave us a burnt pizza with real cheese and pepperoni. We get it, a lot of people do not like vegans, but when you work somewhere that offers those options you should do your job instead of being immature about it. I would not order here again and whoever made that pizza needs to be sat down and talked to. Amazing pizza. The guy on shift cooked it perfectly and he was so friendly. I also noticed how he stepped out to clean tables once it died down in there. I really appreciate it when I see that. There were a total of four employees but only two of them were helping customers and the other two were refilling the line. Everything had to be restocked. It's been a while since I've left a review, but I had to share the wonderful experience from last night's visit. We were greeted with a smile and asked how our day was going . The customer service was excellent. The team here worked so well together you could really tell that they had a great system going. When we got there a family was in front of us and I swear they were so quick and efficient with all of our orders. I was honestly so impressed with how well they worked with each other I had to mention it to the guy in charge and got the names of the team members. Our pizzas were cooked perfectly. I really love blaze! Been coming to this place for about 3 years. It was changed tremendously and I knew it was under new management. I am sad because this is the only place I enjoy gluten free pizza. And I always recommended this place. Unfortunately, this will be my last time coming. Great service with friendly staff that's very helpful and patient. They do get busy during their rush hours but even then the pizzas come out in a timely manner. The only reason why I wanted to try this place was for their keto pizza. I have tried fathead dough at home and it hasn't been my favorite. But let's be honest, no keto mock food is good. Just pick a crust and you go through an assembly line where you pick your toppings. One of the girls making the pizza was so stingy with the toppings. It's unlimited toppings yet she barely sprinkled a few on even after we repeatedly asked her to add more, it was very frustrating. We did not have the same problem with the other girl making our pizza. If you are keto and craving pizza then this will definitely help with the craving but don't expect it to taste as good as a regular pizza. As far as their regular pizza, it's good but my kids would rather go somewhere else and I can see why.
