Though I love the freshness of the pizza and how it's made right in front of you, I wish they had larger pies. I love the selection they have for pizzas as well. It's nice to go to a pizza place where they have great seating and great pizza selection. I got a pizza with chicken and mushrooms on it, and it was great while it was hot. This place is awesome! My boyfriend and I have been here 3 times since it's opened and every time has been a positive and yummy experience! I love that you can customize your own pizza, but they also have pre selected topping pizzas as well. It's quick and the ingredients are fresh. I love making my own combo but the BBQ chicken and Red Vino are very good menu ones as well. Customer service is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Doesn't matter if you're an omnivore, herbivore or love the meats, you have it here. Every time I go to the Blaze Pizza in Bridgewater NJ I have a good experience. The staff is attentive and fast. The manager, Shaffer Brown, seems to have the staff trained well. When it's slow they're cleaning up. The manager comes around and asks how everything is. The pizza is always good. They have signature pizzas so you k ow what you're getting every time. I'd rather the sodas not come in glass bottles. I prefer the plastic because of the fear one of the kids would knock it down, but I guess glass is better for the environment. Anyhow I recommend this Blaze Pizza. You can't go wrong and it's run very well. read more

I went here for the first time today and I have to say it was pretty delicious. Perfectly cooked crust- nice and crispy. I ordered chicken, peppers and onions pizza and I have to agree with the other yelpers... they definitely did not use enough chicken to top the pizza and the toppings were not equally distributed on the slices. That definitely would have made it better. I'll definitely be back to try more again soon! read more

The worst. Go to a real pizza place. We have plenty! It is very loud. Constant machines reverberating. Grouchy workers. Wilted lettuce. And somehow, the pizza isn't really a pizza. It is just ingredients on a crust. Maybe they don't cook it enough? Not sure, but the cheese was melted but the toppings weren't warm. I visited blaze pizza a while back and was so disappointed. It is basically the chipotle of pizzas except without the same quality. It's not a bad concept to be honest but my pizza was pretty soggy seems like they need to cook the pizza a little bit more. It was interesting because the outside was pretty black and charred which I do like but it was still soggy. It is not very expensive which is an added plus. Maybe I would bring kids here - may be easier to make your own pizza then get a million pizzas with all different toppings! Everyone gets what they want ! read more

I took our son here a couple weeks back and was pleasantly surprised! We ordered a plain cheese and some garlic knots...add in a couple of drinks and it came to $13 and change...not bad! The pizza was nice and hot and came out fairly quickly. It's a thinner crust which makes it crispier. Our son had 4 slices (except the crust part haha) which is a record for him because he normally has 1...so he definitely enjoyed it! I had the remaining 2 plus the 4 garlic knots. We ordered a pie and a Greek salad which was missing every ingredient to call it Greek minus the lettuce! When we asked why it was missing everything the counterperson with the huge fake lashes advised that's what she picked up! Obviously her fake lashes did not allow her to see that there was only lettuce and a half sliver of a red onion on it! Luckily the lady at the cash register went and fixed this issue. Now I am waiting for my pizza....whilst I am waiting the staff minus the cashier are all by the oven talking crap about the Greek salad scenario and I finally tell them that the pie they were just having a chinwag around was mine! They hurriedly boxed it up and handed it over. My suggestion would be to educate them on customer service skills and if they don't get that part...Perhaps they can clean the disgusting fountain drink area or empty the trash! read more
