The concept is great. Personalized individual pizzas in an assembly line style. Great for families that don't agree on toppings and it's a fun environment. The taste is great. I got the bbq chicken and my son got pepperoni and sausage. Both tasted great! The three star rating is because of the incredibly awkward interaction with the guys at the end of the line working the oven and cutting/finishing station. They were bickering the whole time I waited. Swearing, slamming trays and tools, the whole nine yards. The fighting caused a backup on the cutting and the backup caused more fighting. Twice other workers came to help catch up and the cutting station guy shooed them away insisting he didn't need help while the oven guy stood there with pizza on his long stick grabber thing waiting for space. A customer came back up and asked for a recut because the pieces weren't cut all the way through. The cutter guy questioned the customer at first about why he wanted new cuts and then made a big production out of recutting. It was really uncomfortable. The saving grace was the super friendly worker named Lo that worked at the beginning of the line. If I hadn't had that really great interaction first, I probably wouldn't go back after the experience with the other two. read more

This used to be one of my favorite pizza spots until yesterday. The cleanliness standard of the place has gone down hill unfortunately. I used the rest room prior to eating and looked like it wasn't serviced in days and was disgusting. After ordering my pizza although it was decent there was not one clean table. The staff was yucking it up while folding pizza boxes and not one of them cleaning any of the tables for the patrons. Keep in mind there were pizza boxes stacked to ceiling. The visit was at 3:15 yesterday. I hope this was a one time thing but I fear management isn't as active as it needs to be. read more

Checked out this location for PI day (3.14), and of course it was PACKED as expected. Who doesn't want pizza for 3 bucks? So if you've never been before, you can order one of their specialty pizzas, create your own, or just tweak theirs and add or subtract what you like. They make it in front of you, and then pop it in the oven for a few minutes. You end up with a perfectly sized pizza for one, with all kinds of fresh stuff that a lot of other places don't have. I have a thing for veggie pizza, and theirs has zucchini on it! Not to mention that you can add artichoke (I did!) Another customer in line recommended the blood orange lemonade, it was soooo good! This place is still a great deal at around 8.50 per pizza. So even if it's not PI day, you should check it out! read more

Custom-made pizza assembled in line and then fired in a brick oven in just a few minutes?! Yes please! Think Subway but for pizzas. You pick your sauce, your cheese(s), and your toppings. They have a menu of various recommended combinations, but you can also create your own. We both create our own! My favorite: Classic sauce, mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, ham, bacon, mushrooms, and a dash of sea salt and oregano. The hubs: Classic sauce, vegan cheese (yes, VEGAN), and various veggie options finished off with some olive oil post-baking. It's really tasty and a great fast option for a meal! Yes, there are other pizza places that offer a similar assembly-line created pizza in just a few minutes, like PieFive, but we MUCH prefer Blaze! Vegan cheese as an option is a huge plus, but a brick oven makes the huge difference! We highly recommend it. So give it a shot, and expect a little under $10/person for your pizza plus a drink! read more

First off, I absolutely love Blaze. Good food and good service. But not this location. There was a smell of B.O. when entering the location (could have been the homeless guy sitting immediately outside the front door). Lunch time during a business day and I had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get through line and eventually get my pizza. The staff seemed uninterested and when I offered a few "please" and "thank you"s I didn't receive so much as a "you're welcome" or any recognition. They were processing several online orders which seemed to jump ahead of actual customers waiting in line. Not sure if they were short staffed or what. Unfortunate. Its the chipotle of pizza. I had it fresh baked there and fell in love with their light thin pizza which can be customized they way you might want. Gorgonzola cheese is a must on ur pizza and though at first it seems you might need one whole pie on avg half should be appetizing. Loved it will go every time i can. This may not replace dominos or papa johns bt will be a special pizza and requires that special craving. read more

Blaze is one of the best places for busy college students to go get something quick but still delicious to eat. It offers some unique pizzas that you can add toppings to for no extra cost. This last time that I went I got the green stripe pizza which has a pesto drizzle over chicken, red peppers, garlic, mozzarella and arugula. I took off the red peppers and added extra chicken and feta cheese. All of the ingredients taste fresh and I can eat the entire personal pizza and be satisfied but not uncomfortably full. The workers at blaze are very friendly which is a nice bonus to great fast pizza. All together blaze is delicious, convenient and quick for college students. read more

I really like these places a lot. They're starting to pop up everywhere, 1st time I had this style of pizza is in Los Angeles. And none of these I've ever been to are a chain but they all hit it on the spot. I mean, for less than $10 you can get a pizza with every topping. I still don't know how these places make money. The pizza is thin crust though so there's a threshold on how many toppings you should add before it gets too much for the pizza. Military discount too! Day I came in the manager on duty is actually in the Army Reserves and he kidded that they didn't give their discounts to officers! Haha! Got great service from everyone else who worked here too, super friendly. Loved this place! It is a picky eater's dream come true. I had five different cheeses on my pizza as well as sautéed onions, mushrooms, and pineapple. Mmmmmmm. My only complaint was that the middle was mushy. Almost as though it didn't get quite done. This was probably the result of the extreme amount of cheese I had on there. It's amazing how quickly they can make and cook a pizza. We also had a Smores pie for dessert. It was okay. I think they could do better with that. read more

This is going to be our new FAVORITE pizza place hands down! First off it's delicious. The thin crust is made in store daily and it's light, chewy and crusty with charred base which makes it taste and look super rustic and homemade. The sauces are yumm. The tomato sauce is a bit spicy and has the right amount of savory kick. The best part about the whole set up is: it's made or see right in front of your eyes finishing it up with sea salt and oregano. Once you have custom made your pizza it gets tossed into a blistering oven and voila! 3-4 mins and your pizza is ready to be drizzled with pesto/olive oil/balsamic. Seriously, it's like pizza heaven! And for ~770 calories and 8$, it's sort of healthy and a steal. What's not to like about blaze? Hmm.. nothing. I'm no longer going to papa johns or Pizza Hut or dominos.. just saying :) read more

Really like this place for a quick, design-your-own pizza. The price is great - about $7 - and you can choose from a huge variety of sauces and premium toppings. I was sold when I realized they had three different garlic toppings. Tons of veggies and meats and the pizzas are large enough to fill you or have some to take home. This was my first time here but I have been at other pizza places similar to this. We waited in line for 30 minutes. The employees acted as if they did not give a crap about anything that was happening around them and barely acknowledged any of their customers. By the time anyone made it to the register to check me out my pizza had been sitting there out of the oven for at least 5 minutes. After that I had to wait even longer before anyone handed my pizza to me. Other customers were frustrated as well with the employees basically not giving a shit about their orders. Employees would walk by the line of 10 people waiting to order and not even look at them when they could have easily helped out. I work in the service industry and if those were my employees I would be extremely disappointed and embarrassed to have even hired them to represent my company. read more

We called about delivery, then about placing a phone order for pick up and both times the person was extremely rude. Then we went ahead and placed it on their online system. Fist time here based on previous posts. I was slightly disappointed on the center of the pizza because it didn't seem like it got full cooked. When I picked up the slice it seemed uncooked. First experience visiting one of the Blaze locations, and I have to say it as one of my best pizza outing experiences that I have had in a long time. Samantha or (Sgt. Sam) was very kind and courteous while she was addressing my girlfriend and I. It's been a long time since I've been able to sincerely write a review for an employee of a company, and along side Sgt. Sam's great attitude we were able to get a very well made and tasting pizza. Many different toppings and choices and she helped us along the way despite stating she was new to the company herself. Pretty good for a fresh pizza you get in under 5 minutes. You can build your own or try one of the Signature pizzas. Once your pizza is assembled, it's thrown in their oven, where it bakes in about 5 minutes. I tried the Link In signature pizza. Toppings were tasty. I opted for spicy red sauce. It had a subtle spiciness to it, not overwhelming. The only "complaint" I have is with the crust. It is pretty thin. I prefer thicker crust on my pizzas, but it's by no means a deal breaker. read more

Great food, amazing atmosphere, and overall positive experience! I had the privilege of visiting this store with a couple of my friends last weekend. I didn't know much about this place, other than the fact that it was like "A Subway for Pizza." With their prices targeted towards college students, a pan of pizza is very affordable. I believe it was around $7.45 a pan plus tax. The best thing about Blaze is that you can add all the toppings they have on for no extra charge and the pizza is cooked in a fire oven for you. Love, love, blaze!!!! Pizza here never fails. Why the 2 stars review?? I have been here handful of time busy or not, but its customer service thats terrible. I always come here around dinner time between 6 pm to 8 pm and every single time the staff has a terrible attitude. The kind that screams, "I dont want to be here" face. They all dont know how to communicate whose doing what on what pizza, or topping station. They just throw stuff all up in your pizza like they dont care. I even tried to use a BOGO coupon and the lady at the counter tried to argue with me that it needs a code. Well there's a number code, I am sure you can figure it out instead of a code to scan. She did figure it out, but was not happy she had to put numbers in, because you know she expects a code to scan because its easy. She repeatedly told me text time you need a scan code. Like whaaaa??? You were just able to put the code numbers in. Also, I had to wait a good 5 mins for my pizza to be boxed up. Like it literally sat out after it was taken out the oven with no one in sight o put it in a box. Like it would of been faster if I went behind the counter and put it in the box myself. Come on Blaze, you guys know better about customer service. Like I get you guys stay busy and dont care if you lose a customer, but at least pretend you want to be there.
