The pizza is fresh and flavorful, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Service was quick and attentive. Prices are fair, though not the cheapest. They do have a deal for 2 pizzas and 2 small drinks that actually comes out cheaper than ordering two BYO pizzas without drinks, which is nice. The interior could use a refresh, as some of the seat leather is peeling, but overall this is a solid spot for good pizza.

Soggy paper that kept sticking to the dough

As someone who is gluten free with a non gluten free spouse, I love build your own pizza restaurants such as Mod, so my husband and I decided to try Blaze tonight. Walked in and the vibes were really off, the place felt dead even though half the tables were taken. Employees were soft spoken, not rude but definitely not friendly. I ordered a gluten free 11" pizza, my husband ordered a regular 11". 80 cents apiece for two sides of ranch...seems a little ridiculous for a pizza place but hey, that's corporate America these days, not the employees' fault. I went to the bathroom after we paid, and when I came out my husband was standing at the assembly line counter again and waved me over. Turns out, my pizza had fallen apart in the oven, so they were in the process of assembling a new one. He said that the person who told him seemed apologetic, but didn't explicitly apologize for the inconvenience, let alone apologize to me. Due to the mishap, I received my pizza long after my husband's burnt but still edible pizza...no biggee, accidents happen. The reason I'm leaving a review is because of what happened next. I tried to pick up a slice of my pizza, and it barely peeled off the paper as the crust broke off the extremely limp and soggy crust. I tried to pick it up again, but there was no way I was eating this with my hand. As I set the "slice" down, it crumpled into a soggy mess as the toppings slid off. Okay, well, I'll roll with it. Grabbed a fork and knife...and as I cut bites, the paper came with the "crust." And the actual crust, you know the part that you typically hold a slice by? Broke off every time I tried to peel a soggy, sticky slice from the paper it was served on. This is truly the most awful gluten free pizza I've ever seen or eaten in my entire life, to the point that I have a hard time calling it pizza. A more accurate way to describe is warm pizza toppings on top of a chewy, doughy, soggy mess of carbohydrate. I cannot believe that a company with the size and name recognition of Blaze would allow this kind of product to pass for widespread use in their franchises. If you are gluten free, please save yourself the experience I had tonight and go to Mod. They don't charge for ranch, and the gluten free crust is slightly cheaper and actually tastes like pizza. $16 before tax and tip for an inedible gluten free personal pizza is insanity.

I haven't had Blaze Pizza since 2017, so I decided to have them for lunch today. I created my own pizza with their regular dough along with spicy red sauce and white sauce. For the cheeses, I added mozzarella (shredded, not fresh), feta, and grated parmesan. Next, I added banana and roasted red peppers, spinach, and chopped garlic. Lastly, I finished my pizza off with sea salt, oregano, arugula, and an olive oil drizzle. This pizza was delicious! It was obviously fresh since they cook to order. However, I could have done without the white sauce. It had virtually no flavor. Also, the spicy red sauce was not really that spicy; in addition, the arugula was a bit much (that was my fault by adding it though) but probably because a lot of it was added to my pizza. The service was fine, but I did find the interior was a bit dirty and not kept up that well. Overall, however, I think I will return sooner than 6 years because it really was great! If you like that fast-fired style pizza with the char at the bottom, you will enjoy Blaze Pizza. I recommend you check them out!

Quality pizza at an affordable price, that's Blaze pizza! You can load your pizza to your heart's content with as many cheeses, toppings and drizzles as you wish, at no extra cost. $8.95 for a 11 inch build your own pizza with no limit on toppings is quite a steal! I enjoy their classic crust which also happens to be vegan. They also carry vegan cheese and vegan chorizo! Recent orders have been ready on time, so it's time I updated my previous review!

Khalil was great and attentive today. Our pizzas were perfect, and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back to this location. We typically go to the location in The Colony, but the service here can't be beaten. Our cheesy bread was forgotten, and it was quickly made for us. Typically Blaze's environment is chill and relaxed.

National Pi day in full effect at Blaze Pizza. That's what's up. For the fun and yum of it before I go to work. Thxs BP!

I am so glad I finally tried Blaze Pizza! Pizza crust is made when ordered, so no stale crust! This is in the same concept as Subway, where they make the pizza to your preference. I'm a true veg head, so I loaded my pizza up with lots of veggies. I also opted for the vegan chorizo. Honestly, the toppings were a little sparse, but I didn't ask for more, so not sure if they would have added more if requested. I am assuming it was the male owner who was watching the employees. He really should have been friendlier with customers- he didn't interact at all. There was a male employee who boxed my pizza. He was personable and said that he hoped I would like my pizza when I told him this was my first experience with them. Nice touch! He was Caucasian, wore glasses and was young, in case the owner is reading this! The crust was cooked perfectly. Nice and crispy, just like I prefer. I really enjoyed my pizza and it was filling. I ate a portion of it and was full! I took the rest to work the next day, and a coworker commented how good it smelled when I reheated it. I will definitely return because it was delicious and was just about $10 with tax. Thank you, Shwetha, for letting me know about this new restaurant here in Las Colinas! Oh, don't forget to download their app to earn discounts!!

I really like Blaze! The pricing is fair, place is clean, and the food is super good. They're pretty generous with the toppings and I love the blood orange lemonade and high-rise dough. The only minor complaint is that they're a bit slow with orders because they're understaffed. I always go right when they open so there's no line, but when I see the lunch rush start to pick up, the workers seem overwhelmed and it takes awhile for people to get their food.

Green Stripe Pizza- substitute pepperoni instead of chicken. Delicious!

I'd love to give them a better review but the people that work there seem extremely unhappy. Super slow to the point that we thought we were being "Punked" both times we tried it!! I don't think I've seen someone put together a pizza as slowly as these guys do. The food was pretty good, though. I got the Green Stripe Pizza and my husband got the Spicy one. I think training and good leadership would correct this issue. They have a fun sticker on the glass between the customer and the food that says something like "Trust me, I'm smiling behind this mask" I didn't quite believe that!

Just 1 mile south of Belt Line is New York Pizza Pasta & Subs, and before you think this is just another quick-serve pizza place, you need to give this place a try. Perusing the menu, you'll find a large selection of Italian favorites such as Parmigiana, Chicken Piccata, Fettuccine Alfredo, and Penne Arrabbiata. Several Salads, Seafood Dishes like Linguini & Clams and Shrimp & Mussels Fra Diavolo, and of course, fine desserts such as Cannoli, Spumoni, Creme Brulee and, my favorite, Tiramisu! The service is excellent, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable, with indoor and covered outdoor seating, and the pricing is affordable. This is definitely a go-to for a nice Italian meal.

This…read morearea has become of gem of a location in DFW for dining, and Monaco brings a truly elevated and upscale experience to the area. This is my updated review. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Monaco is one of the prettiest restaurants in all of DFW. Dark wood and dark blue seating invite you in. The bar is stunning, with back lighting highlighting their drinks. There's also an outdoor seating area, including a wind shield - perfect when the weather is nice. This is a great spot for a weekend date night if you want something outside of Dallas. 1 Star. Service - Everyone was very nice. We were never rushed, all dishes could be customized to order, and I never had to ask for a refill. Nothing but good people here. 1 Star. Food - Let me start by saying presentation matters, and the dishes at Monaco are great for your Instagram or Yelp feed. I started with the roasted oysters. I chose it because the description said the oysters are "topped with bone marrow butter". That, combined with the roasted breadcrumbs, added a nice crunchy and smooth texture to the delicious oysters. For my main, I went with the Salmon St. Harve. This beautiful dish had a perfectly prepared salmon. Soft and flaky, but with a crunch from the skin at the bottom. It was served on top of grilled asparagus and topped with a cream sauce that brought everything together. Delicious. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. It's not a secret that I love Water Street. This is an awesome area in the heart of DFW, and I'm so happy there is an upscale restaurant like Monaco that has amazing food. 1 Star.

The vinaigrette leaned very citrusy, which overpowered the dish a bit, but I couldn't help thinking that adding some goat cheese would balance it beautifully and elevate the whole plate. Then came the pasta bolognese... and that's where things went downhill fast. The ricotta was completely flavorless, the meat was tough, and overall the dish lacked seasoning. It was honestly one of the most disappointing bolognese dishes I've had. One more thing that really stood out: the interior has carpet flooring. In a food establishment, that feels deeply unhygienic and off-putting. 1/5 stars -- a strong start with the appetizer, but the main course and overall experience completely missed the mark.
