Whack!! The service here is so poor that it far outweighs how much I actually like the pizza. The last few times I have been here there are people standing around literally doing nothing while one person is waiting on a line full of customers. Blaze has the things I like in pizza, wide array of toppings, fast service and great crust. It's like the Qdoba of pizza. Choose your sauce, your meats and your veggies. Their red sauce is really good. I always get a little extra. Their meats are good. They have a wide variety. They have everything from pepperoni to meatballs and things in between. I usually go for pepperoni, bacon and chicken. They have a ton of veggies. Spanich, peppers, tomatoes, olives and more. They even have minced garlic. You should get the garlic. At the end of the line you can get oregano and/or sea salt. I always get the oregano. The crust is thin, but not crunchy. It's cooked super fast at high temperatures. Usually the wait from in the oven to calling your name is less than 5 minutes. The line can be long, but it moves pretty fast. The pizza is enough to fill me up without any leftovers. Pizza's are individual sizes. They have Coke products, lemonades and bottled drinks. I haven't tried the salads or their S'mores yet. Maybe next time. Great place to go when everyone wants pizza, but everyone wants something slightly different on their pie! read more

Absolutely delicious and a must try. You can build your own or they have 8 or so signature pizzas you can try. My husband and I went for a signature. I had the white top and he had the meat lovers without onions. Service was great and the wait wasn't bad at all for a busy weekend. They assemble your pizza right in front of you and it's ready in a few minutes. The standard crust is thin but they also have a thick crust and gluten free. Can't wait to try it again! read more

I love this place. I'm located really close to it and always build a pizza with lots of garlic. You can put anything you want on it and ask for any amount of toppings no extra charge, unless it is gluten free or vegan then there is a dollar charge I believe. Wait time is roughly 6 minutes for the whole experience, also their blood orange lemonade is very good. I like their spicy red sauce the most. read more

The service, my goodness the service was amazing. There was an employee there named Brittney who took all my strange demands on how I wanted it cooked and cut. No issues and constantly asked if there was anything else she could do. With a smile and pep I can say for it being so fast paced it still felt like my meal mattered. read more

Been there 5-6 times since they opened. Each time I ve gotten something new, or made a customized pizza. I have always had wonderful service from friendly staff, a yummy variety of toppings and a wonderfully delicious pizza. The decor is very industrial/shabby chic. The line tends to move pretty fast. I've been to the newer location while visiting relatives in Northeast Ohio (Mentor), and loved it. Decided to convince my husband to take me to our local location tonight, and ended up leaving without a pizza after waiting in line for over 15 minutes. I believe they were out of crust, although not one of the 10 employees laughing and joking around in front of us had the courtesy to tell us or anyone else waiting to place their order why the line wasn't moving. Normally I have pretty good service here, but the last two times, the service has been terrible. No one seemed to know what was going on, there was no hurry to get the crust out whatsoever and the rudeness of the employees was uncalled for. Very disappointed. Our first time we ordered to go online. 3/4 our Pepperoni pizza was completely burnt (the cheese was black!) - no idea why they would box it like this. The other half was way over cooked and tasted horrible. The cashier who was cutting up the pizzas didn't wear gloves either or wash hands between changing tasks. The pizza is delicious - there's no getting around that. However, it is SUPER LOUD with the employees shouting the orders, calling for pickup, the music, and concrete floors with metal ceiling. Blaze pizza is basically the subway of pizza joints. Get what you want, built how you want. And get a personal pizza fried fresh for you. They even carry vegan cheese for an additional charge. She was extremely short, rude, impolite, seemed like she just wanted us out as fast as possible. When we asked questions about take home boxes she was very rude and shook her head as we walked away. They have a pizza option for every picky eater you know; myself included. There's gluten free crust, vegan cheese, and a decent amount of non meat toppings. I tried this place for the first time on a Monday and came back two additional times by that Wednesday. It's that good. The first time I ate here, I didn't realized you could add as many toppings as you would like for the same flat fee of the pizza! read more

Fantastic for fast-casual dining! I tried the green stripe pizza (pesto, chicken, roasted red pepper and arugula) and it was excellent, A nice thin, almost cracker-like crispy crust topped with good-quality ingredients all for $8 and plenty big enough to share. Th signature pizzas all sounded enticing but they do all customization through a build-your-own option. The pizza is cooked very quickly especially considering it was very busy when we went in. The food is delicious but the staff and wait time are hit or miss. Some people are really nice and some people are huge jerks. I've been straight up skipped before and I'm a tall person. You'll leave the line in a worse mood than you entered almost every time, but then the food is awesome. I'm complaining but I keep coming back so there's that. read more
