My new favorite place! So delicious, fresh and so fast!! The green stripe pizza is where it's at!!

I love the concept, and the pizzas are both some of the best thin crusts pizza I have ever eaten and an amazing value. The salads are a bit less impressive. They're not bad, but they are not made to order. Rather, they are pre-prepped and sit in a refrigerated station for customers to pick up. That said, they are appropriately priced enough that this wasn't hugely bothersome. All in all, an excellent place for a quick pizza. read more

I've been to places similar to this place before and this is probably my least favorite. I got the Bbq chicken on the thicker crust and my husband got sausage on thin. My crust was excellent but his was too thin. I like thin crust but it can't hold up to the weight of the toppings. It was good but nothing special. It was pretty dirty as well. More of a been super busy and haven't had time to clean kind of busy but that's still a turn off for me personally so I deduct a star for that but the service was good so I added back a star. the fact you can order a pizza with anything on it and any type of crust at one price is nice. i also enjoy their salad with the fruit. don't get me started in their blood orange drink that's to die for. i also love the fact that they prep your pizza first and cook it when you arrive if you do an online order. read more

Was visiting family and ate here last weekend. We were there at 6 PM. Food was awesome. Service was not. Thought at first that it was opening store jitters but then realized it had been open for several months. Staff was disorganized and not adequately trained. Had to wait for our salads and it was obvious that the person prepping them had not been trained on how to do so. read more

Blaze pizza has the best customer service, polite and good at what they do. The food is AMAZING and served in a very timely manner. Me and my family have eaten there many times over the past 8 or 9 months now and Blaze has never failed to be simply the best at service and taste. One star because the pizza is really good. Management and staff are abysmal. Ordered on line and went to pick up. They said they couldn't find my order, then did. Unkown to me, they put my order behind about 20 people standing in line. I kept asking about my 2 pizzas (one of which was to be GF crust) and was told it's coming right up. After over 20 minutes they showed me my 2 pizzas...mine did NOT have gluten free crust as ordered. I talked to the manager again. She had no clue how to apologize or handle the situation. She said my GF would be right up. Turns out they put my order AGAIN at the back of the long line. 20 minutes later, it was there. My other pizza was now COLD. No offers to give me a free pizza or anything. I told the manager she should at least give me a coupon. She looked baffled but gave me two. I'm sure I can find someone who will use them...just not me ever. read more

This use to be my favorite place in the whole world but not anymore. I have frequented this establishment since it opened in my neighborhood but I've been on hiatus and decided to pay a visit yesterday. As they were making my pizza I noticed that the pizza dough was extremely thin and didn't look fresh at all. I ordered two pizzas they cooked them and they were burnt to a crisp under the bottom. I noticed this before he put them in the box and the worker tried to chop off the burnt edges with a pizza cutter which was futile because they were burnt on the bottom. Since they're cooked under an open flame I expect some charring but this was ridiculous. By this time there was a line out the door. I paid and got my sprite and left. I got home and the pizza was inedible and to top it off the drink was yuck. I am so disappointed and wishing I had my money back. This use to be my fav spot but I don't have any money to throw down the drain. Please step your quality up and make the food right. read more

Blaze Pizza - a burnt mess - Salad Near Me - Little Rock, Arkansas

I visited Blaze for the fist time about a month ago. Because they have gluten free crusts, I was excited to try their pizza. It was a busy Friday night and I did have to wait in line for a bit. A very friendly gentleman asked if I had been there before and gave me information on how their ordering and cooking process worked. When I ordered a gluten free crust, they offered to change their gloves and clean the work station which was great! The toppings looked delicious as I walked through the line choosing what I wanted in my pie. When I got to the end and paid, I patiently waiting for my pizza be cook. Once it finally was removed from the oven, it was black and charred around the edges. When the employee called my name and was putting the pizza in the box, I asked her if the whole thing was burned because all of the edges pepperoni was black. She told the guy running the oven that the pizza was charred. He said that's what gluten free does, and informed me that it was supposed to be black because that's how it "cooks". As someone who only eats gluten free and have had multiple pizzas from different restaurants, I know that is not how gluten free pizza cooks. I've had plenty of pies cooked perfectly and crispy. They didn't offer to make a new pizza to replace my burned and because I was in a hurry, I took it. When I arrived home I cut the crust off and the burned toppings and ate the middle of the pizza. It was ok, certainly not the best but not the worst either. I'm unsure if I'll visit this location again but if I do, I'll be sure to let them know I do not want the pizza cooked as long as regular pies due to the smaller and thin crust. read more

My husband and I were in the area and thought we would try this place. We ordered online. When I went in to pick it up, they said they did not have proof I ordered and told me to go through the line. I told the lady I had already paid and had to argue proof with her. Well they did end up making it. Along with the pizza we had ordered a Smores cookie dessert. $2 for something very small and it was so nasty we threw it out. The pizza wasn't that bad but it really lacked some flavor. Old Chicago or even Dominos is better. We won't be back. read more
