I rather go to any Blaze Pizza than the one in Monrovia. The employees aren't together as a unit. If they work together with the line then the line will go faster. As a regular guest at Blaze Pizza in Azusa, I expected the same service of good customer service from the employee and a golden brown pizza. I just happened to go in Blaze in Monrovia and I recognize the employee Jordyn since she works at Azusa. She handled every situation from taking orders to making the pizza because the employees look like they were lost. Thank you, Jordyn, for making my pizza great as always. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at a pizza place recently. Despite it being my grandma's favorite spot, we were both let down by the lack of topping choices available. My grandma, who has cancer, was unable to enjoy her pizza because they didn't offer her favorite topping - mushrooms. It was disheartening to see her disappointment as she had been looking forward to her favorite pizza. Even worse, the pizza we received had a burnt and blackened crust, making it almost inedible. It's a shame to see a once-great establishment fall short in providing their customers with quality food and options. They were very skimpy with the ingredients I've been to Blaze peaches all over California never had a been told that I have a limit on cheese. When ass to refund for the pizza that was burnt and dry because they used a limited amount of sauce is that they couldn't refund it because it's on a special which I believe was a lie.. so the manager came over and took over from the line workers to make sure that I didn't get anything that I wanted on the pizza as I ordered it. Came to this Blaze today and really got amazing treatment. Rosa helped us and made sure our pies came out exactly to their standards. Unfortunately she felt our pizzas were over cooked. Ironically I like my pizzas crispy so it really wasn't necessary for her to remake our 2 RedVines. I insisted it was fine, but she still went ahead and made us 2 new ones. Which I didn't see anything say that on the menu that it was only for bowls. So just stuck with the steak. Cashier lady told us they were out of steak so we waited 10-15 min for it. Portion size was pretty decent for $15, wontons weren't very good probably choose something else if possible or just get a bowl. Restaurant was bright n clean, seemed like no one ordered chicken and everyone ordered the steak.
