All I can say is either this location despertly needs money (possibly closing down) or manager Marco is ignorant, I ordered the $13 interent special and upon pick up, I noticed the pizza box was cold. At home I took my first bite and the pizza dough was solid and not edible. The following day I came back to speak with GM Marco and the first thing he said was "look the bottom is not burned," "We don't refund unless it's burned." I again explained that it was not edible because texture was too tough and he restated his burned bottom return policy 4 or 5 more times, Marco has the inability to comprehend that it was not edible. Finally he said he would offer me a credit via email and it never arrived. 2 days later I came back and GM Marco and his wife or maybe his assistant was there and I asked him why he never issued the credit. he said "well I looked at the pizza and decided it was not burned, so I decided not to send you the credit." I explained that he had already promised me a credit and why did he not keep his promise, He said "well ya your right, sorry." His assiatnt got involed and she said she would email me the credit, 2 days later, nothing. I really think this guy is very dishonest, ignorant or desperate for money. As for me I will let him have the $13. It's hard to beleive that they would rather lose a customer for a $13 dollar pie. I give Blaze props for a COVID safe way of ordering. I ordered on the app so was able to place an order and pay. I just had to walk in and pick up my order. There were other things wrong with today's experience but I will just mention the biggest issue. My green strip pizza was missing all the green toppings. I've visited a little more regularly the past few months. The first couple of times I came in to order, the service wasn't great, but it was fine. The pizza would take a while to be ready, so I started to order on the app. I walked in today to order because I had a coupon for a big one get one free, since I live in the area. When I came in there was a group of 3 in front of me and one person ahead of them. The people working there were wondering around like they had no direction or sense of urgency. One would walk up to another and talk, and another would walk to the back, but not once did I see them acknowledge the people standing right in front of them. They finally greeted the people in front of me but then didn't help them. The group in front of me then talked about leaving, and I then left. I have a store, and if anyone walked into it and was treated as badly as the people in front of me were, I would be horrified. None of them looked like they wanted to be there.
