I live in Fresno and came to Porterville's blaze pizza only because a) I love pizza and 2. I heard that this was the best pizza place to go to, yes, better than any Blaze Pizza in Fresno. After driving for 1 & 1/2 hours I was so hungry I felt like I could die from hunger!! I stopped by for some pizza and the beautiful lady who helped me take my order was so kind and sweet! Not only did she take my order but she paid me so many compliments and invited me to her birthday party! After making my order she handed my pizza on a red velvet pillow and bowed to me. By far the best costumer service ever! The pizza tasted like it was made by God himself It was so good I almost cried. Although I live an hour and half away I always come back because of her! Just finished with my nieces soccer game, and we all decided on blaze pizza. The workers were all busy but still took care of our pizza requests in a timely manner. I really liked hectors suggestion on making all our pizzas first then putting them in the oven at the same time. Hence eating "family style ". Loved that tip having us all eating together. I love coming to Blaze, ever since they opened it is my go to spot for pizza. Staff is always so friendly, I have had the please to meet almost everyone there and know them by name. They treat me as a VIP and Always greet me well. I have vegan friends and they always say good things and follow their crazy requests. Though the restaurant is new to our town it has been very popular for good reasons. The manger is very friendly and if he isn't busy up front taking the customers order's he is checking up on everyone seeing how they are doing and keeping the place clean. Great place. Area is super clean and very convenient. The manager is very respectful and very kind to all his customers. I felt very welcomed in the restaurant. We walked out and filed a formal complaint, it is unbelievable how the staff are able to treat elders and persons with disabilities so disrespectfully. They need to be retrained or fired. Don't go there if you want to be treated like crap! read more
