Employees if you're not satisfied with what you do or where you work then why are you even there? Tables on the outside were super dirty there was no lids for the drinks and had no Parmesan cheese. Now if the employee has an attitude when you're asking fr certain things then that's a problem! After saying I wouldn't go back, I did a few years now since my last review. Ok well, as far as customer service goes, no improvement there. I went there again with my now 13 year old son, we walk in, nobody is in line, just us, we stood there for about 5 minutes while the staff, who is right in front of us preparing pizzas completely ignores us. Not a "hello, we'll be right with you" nothing, not a smile, not a look at us, nothing. Finally the young sour faced lady takes our order, again no hello or smile. The next young man that was preparing the rest of the pizza at least was somewhat nice, although again, no greeting. The place was filthy and dirty, several employees behind the counter but none cleaning the tables or sweeping or mopping. I haven't been to this location in many months. I came in on a Sunday around 130. I ordered ahead online. They had a special called BFF2 pizzas two drinks and two desserts for $22 very reasonable. I was able to order, build your own with a gluten-free crust however, online you really can't say extra cheese or pepperoni it's just whatever the maker sprinkles on your pizza. Overall, the pizzas were very good. The dessert was a brownie and a s'more's cookie sandwich. Both My Son and Husband enjoyed those. The reason for four stars is, while we were there 90 minutes; the tables were never wiped, trash was never picked up off the floor, trash cans weren't dumped, and it was very cold in there. Yes I understand, it is now winter and only 60° outside but there was definitely Cold air blowing out of the venting. This Build Your Own Pizza location has been one of my go-to locations for a very long time. However, my most recent visit on 8/24/23 was far below average. Sadly, the customer service and attentiveness of the staff have decreased tremendously. Initially, I was not bothered by the subpar service provided because I was here for the food. Sadly, the quality of the food was a direct reflection of the service provided. I ordered 4 pies and of those, 3 of them were fairly burnt on the bottom of the pies. They were so burnt, that half the pizza was inedible due to the bitterness of the crust. Safe to say, this location will no longer be a place I will be returning to. read more

Aaron is the freaking man, he's capable of handling all those pizzas in the oven to make sure that they don't get burnt that they get turned and still able to have amazing customer service. They gave me my meatballs ahead of time and they were cold when brought to Aaron's attention without questions asked he fixed the situation. And also delivered an excellent perfectly cooked pepperoni pizza. The place is packed and we still got our food quickly and hot and with a smile thank you Aaron. We came to this Blaze on a Sunday after 12p. We were told they could not serve us because the oven was cold and they "just opened." I don't understand since their opening hours are at 11a. The management of this site is horrible and has significantly declined over the past three years. The owners should be ashamed. read more
