I went there on a Friday night just to grab a pizza after work. It happened to be a Friday and they made this new rule where if you are under 18 after 10 they don't serve you. I was got my pizza and was eating and saw some girls I knew that are in high school but we are all 18. We were talking loud but nothing disturbing and no one was in there. They then started screaming at us asking for IDs and started turning off the lights and forced us out all because I didn't have my id on me this one time. Such poor service and I am someone who works in the service industry and coming off a 6 hour shift just trying to get some pizza was very disappointing. Been here a few times, never had such a disgusting experience until now. The nighttime crew make it more than obvious they hate their job. Which I get it, but at least try to hide it. The girl with curly hair who made our pizza had a horrible attitude, smirking, making snide comments and not taking her job seriously. We've come here for years and in the past, a Friday/Saturday night would be crazy busy. The line was always out the door. We came in at 630 on Saturday and it was a ghost town. First red flag...the cleanliness was awful. One employee was decent, but the rest were mediocre at best with the exception of the girl with dark hair, pig tails and bangs. Unbelievably rude! We heard another customer complain about her as well. Not only was she rude, but her and another girl working the pizza oven were complaining about a group text loudly. They were so distracted by their conversation that they gave away one of our pizzas and then told us to go wait in line to order another one. It's clear to me this place is going down hill. Let me know if you need a business consultant to help you out, but this was an awful experience and we will no longer give them our business or money. This is my favorite pizza place in Roseville. The vibe is on point, the people are warm and friendly, and the pizza is made to order. Kaelyn and her team put a lot of fun, love, and professionalism into making pizza. This place feels like one big family vs a business. I go here for the smiles and staff first and the bomb food second! As a person who eats very clean I love the gluten free and vegan options. The wide array of vegetables is impressive. Food is typically good and I understand it's busy for valentines day but to simply excuse orders and saying "just because you ordered online doesn't mean it's going to ready on time" when my order is late by 1.5 hours is pretty laughable for one pizza and bread especially from what I assume is the manager speaking to me. I've never been to Blaze and was searching for non-burger fast food for my long drive home. I just happened to see a sign saying, "stay up late with us". Perfect! The environment was comfy, clean and had a good number of patrons (great sign). What struck me were the pizza builders (I have no idea what to call them...maybe pizza specialists?). They were ALL so kind and friendly. I have to give a big shout out to Haley. If more people in the service industry had her demeanor, helpful attitude and obvious compassion, the world would be a better place. I am not one to write a negative review but I feel the public should be aware. My family and I have been coming here for years but tonight was probably the most disappointing and disgusting visit. As we were waiting in line to order we notice attention being drawn towards one of entrance doors by the trash bin. We noticed the party behind us quietly left the building. As we are waiting for a crew member to take our order my wife was pointing out how sloppy the prep surface was looking and was questioning on even ordering. Once again, attention was being drawn towards the front entrance,l and that's when I noticed a huge rat hopping in and out of the trash can. I loudly brought it to my wife's attention and pointed towards the rodent. We were both appalled that the employees were fully aware of the situation and weren't doing anything about it and continuing making orders even after our discovery. We have had some questionable customer service here before but tonight was the final straw. This is the best place to make everyone happy. From grandparents to kids, everyone gets exactly what they enjoy and it's so funny to hear them all try to convince each other that "their" pizza is the best ever. I am a blazer for sure and I eat at Blaze locations often! This is by far the nicest and best Blaze in our area. Always on time, friendly, made right.... This location is out by Target in the strip mall by Kohls. Easy to find and lots of parking. The inside of this Blaze is huge so there is always a seat. Clean, bright, nice environment. The employees are always professional and friendly. I almost always order through the Blaze app and then pick it up. This particular location makes the best pizza - and it's always correct - with all the extras I request. I can' count on them to do it right. My go-to is the half a pizza plus bread sticks. He was working in Roseville nearby so he picked it up for us then drove back home (out of town).
