I usually make it my effort to not go into a business 30 minutes before they close but I didn't know they closed at 7pm until I was already in the parking lot. I was out by 7pm and I did not try and stay to eat I took it to go of course. Also, this is how much meat they give you?? For a $12 sandwich is crazy. Our family of 4 had a great lunch! Eldest loved her kids meal, hubby, tot and I thought sandwich was flavorful and meaty! The cookie was really good, love the nice lemon flavor!! 5 stars for the sourdough bread, lol I drove across town from my clients house to pick up this sandwich she orders all the time. The French dip. Customer service, 5 stars! Victoria was kind and quick with the orders (her coworker was in break and she was by herself). My client wanted her sandwich made on their honey wheat sliced bread, extra mayo, Swiss and provolone cheeses, and a drizzle of olive oil. I ordered the French dip as well, but kept it on the sourdough bread and had the same cheeses and extra mayo. I sat at a table by the big open windows. The store was clean and bright with all the sunlight coming in. I waited not even 10 minutes when she called my name, I tipped them (one other worker came back from break) $5 cash on a $30.15 bill. When I got back to my clients, I served her up her sandwich. Normally when she orders this sandwich on doordash, it isn't as crispy as she received it tonight. It is listed as a hot sandwich, but it doesn't say on their menu or website that they toast it... and this was more than toasted. It was hard and not edible. She picked the meat out that was covered in cheese. My client also noticed there was not extra mayo as I had requested for her. When I sat down and started to eat mine, Victoria "forgot" to put the extra mayo on mine as well. This French dip sandwich lacked meat, big time, compared to how thick the bread is. There was not any extra mayo and to be honest, Togo's has the best French dip sandwich that I have come across so far. Normally this place is pretty good we come here often and like their sandwiches and clam chowder. Tonight our food was good but not as good as it normally is. But the real problem was their customer service. We tried to call our take out order in ahead of time, around 6:20 pm since they close at 7 pm and we would be getting there around 6:30. We called twice and both times they let it ring until voicemail which wasn't set up. When we got there, it was dead. No one except the two employees. They had purposely not answered the call. They were not very welcoming and it was obvious they didn't want us there since they had already cleaned up. Not friendly. When I was walking out of the restaurant, I called again to see if the phone was working. Sure enough, it rang and the two employees just looked at each other and made a sour face and let it ring. I'm not posting this to say that this place is bad. I like their food and normally they have good service. I am posting this so the owner knows that their employees are turning away business because I would want to know. read more

Do not recommend this location. I walked in at 4:45pm on a Sunday given that their restaurant showed their hours as open through 5:00pm. As soon as I walked in, the women at the register looked up and said they were closed and that they closed at 5:00pm. I asked if it was 5:00? And said it's 4:45pm and she stared at me blankly and gave no response. I was very surprised as there were still 15 minutes left and a sandwich is quite quick to make. Ordered one of their clam chowder bowls and my wife ordered one of their Caesar salads. We split both. I can be a bit of a snob when it comes to clam chowder, but this place hit the spot! I normally have really good experiences when I come to this location, but just today I ordered a huge order five different sandwiches for soups of course the one sandwich that I was very specific about not wanting any mayonnaise on it had mayonnaise on. It didn't find this out until I actually started to sit down and eat my sandwich at home all the way in antelope my sandwich then has mayo in it. I drive all the way back to the location to have the sandwich replaced to get a very small I am sorry and that is it. I will definitely reconsider coming back to this location. My husband brought home sandwiches from here today, and boy, I'm impressed at first bite!! One of the best sandwiches on a crazy delish freshy fresh sourdough baguette! I ordered the bbq brisket sando with the slaw, tomato, bbq sauce, house sauce, brisket and cheese! HEAVEN! The flavors going On here were so good, I ate the whole darn large sandwich (and am in a food coma to prove it!) He also bought some Mac and cheese that looks amazing, but there was no way I could eat that, too, so it will be lunch tomorrow! Apparently there's been an ownership change as of March 2021. I knew something has been different in the past few months but figured it was just an off experience. Used to be mind-blowing sandwiches but now they're just ok. Sandwiches taste different than in the past. Tons of veggies and hardly any meat. Bought sandwiches for my coworkers the other day and one of them laughed at how skimpy the meat portion is now. I guess that's good if you like veggies but given that our meal of two sandwiches with clam chowder, Mac and cheese and drinks cost $39, it'd be nice to have a little more meat instead of just a ton of wilted lettuce. Their soda machine tastes slightly off now also, as though they're using off-brand products or something. And don't even get me started on the lids to their cups. We got three drinks today and every single one was a PITA to simply stick a straw through the opening. Not sure why has changed with the ownership (different ingredients or training styles) but unfortunately it's not our cup of tea anymore. One Star - Sour Dough? More like Sour Mood. So there I was, trying to be the cool older sibling. My little brother brings over his girlfriend for the first time--big moment, right? We light candles, paint them (yes, we're that artsy), the vibes are immaculate. Naturally, I say, "Let's order sandwiches!" because what's more wholesome than sharing a loaf-shaped dinner? Enter: Sour Dough and Co. We place our order with full hearts and empty stomachs. The ordering process? Let's just say it was a 30-minute labyrinth of digital purgatory. But we persevere--because sandwiches. We drive over. We arrive. We wait. And then... they cancel our order. Just like that. No sandwiches. No warning. No explanation. Just four hungry, confused, and slightly paint-covered humans staring into the void of a closed sandwich shop. By the time we realized what happened, every other food place in town had shut down like we were in a post-apocalyptic sandwichless wasteland. Go to a different location. I really like Sourdough & Co. overall, but this location just isn't as good as others I've been to. I've gone here about seven times, and honestly about 80% of the time the sandwiches are very skimpy with barely any filling. It's disappointing because when made right, their food is delicious. Sandwiches were pretty good. The pastrami turkey was the star. I got the turkey pesto aioli and was a little underwhelmed. I couldn't really taste the pesto. There are so many sandwich shops out there. You've got the national chain shops and you've got the smaller single and/or mom and pop shops. This place makes sandwiches like they are homemade and not as an assembly-line sandwich shop. We ordered the hot Italian and the turkey garlic pesto sandwiches. OMG, they were fresh and oh so tasty. I preferred the hot Italian sandwich but I would not say no to either sandwich. When I go to other sandwich shops, I would never usually order a sandwich similar to this hot Italian because I feel like the slices of meat taste unremarkable. This sandwich just made my taste buds explode with a food-gasm. I feel like this sandwich shop is a good benchmark for what sandwiches should taste like. With the sandwiches, we also got the lemon and white chocolate cookie and chocolate chip cookie. Both were incredibly yummy but so decadent. I would definitely come back here and I would recommend all of my fellow Yelpers to come by and try their sandwiches. Unfortunately I had a bad experience here, i understand coming in 10-15 minutes before closing isn't ideal but when you walk in expected to be greeted and helped, you get yelled at saying "WE'RE CLOSED" even though it wasn't time for it to be closed was very frustrating especially after spending time at the gym where people leave hungry and want food. Please don't clean up and yell at people that you're closed unless the doors are physically locked. read more

Today was my first (and probably last) visit to Sourdough & Company. I ordered a Ruben sandwich and the cost was $8.99. I was completely shocked when I removed the sandwich from the bag. The entire sandwich was about 4 inches long. I've never had a sandwich that was that expensive and SOOO incredibly small. It was smaller than a kids meal sandwich. Had I known the size of the sandwich, I would have walked out and went to Beach Hut Deli. And the sandwich was mediocre. read more
