Quick and easy! It's affordable and pretty good! Is it a traditional Chicago style pizza- no, but it's good. I love that you can add extra toppings without additional fees. The prices are pretty much flat rate, which is great! I can load the pizza with lots of veggie options without paying $1-1.50/topping. I also like the thinner crust and that it's quick and everyone can have their own pizza (or share if they agree!). Great place. This has got to be the best, most amazing chain restaurant ever created. This food is even better than In-n-Out burger, and for me to say that takes A LOT. I am not even that big of a pizza fan. If I could press zero stars I would. I used to absolutely love this place. It was a go to whenever we were hungry. Until we had a wrestling fundraiser with them and they absolutely screwed us. Was told by the manager we would get 20% of profits from specific times in a 4 hour long window. Our wrestling team alone with 20% made about 1,000 from the fundraiser and he gave about 2% or non at all for some orders. Extremely disappointed and they have now lost my business going forward read more

Ive never had a problem with this place until just recently. I brought my friends who were visiting here and while i ordered my pizza, i asked to add toppings. The employee yells "ITS ALREADY IN THE OVEN". As my friends were ordering that same employee yelled and said "they're taking forever move onto the next one". As she doesnt take into account they have never been here before. I went another time after this and the employees seem to have a bad attitude when ordering. Ive come here plenty of times and enjoy the food but the service has gone down the drain in the past month. read more

We love Blaze and always look for them wherever we travel. It's my mom's favorite place, she loves creating her own pizza and their salad dressings. We have visited this location probably 7 or 8 times because of how close it is to us but every time the manager is so rude! He is not professional at all and always in a bad mood. Today we watched him rudely address a family in front of us and then continue his bad attitude with my mom as she ordered. This is my new go to Pizza place. The line moves quickly as they have a large staff on hand making your pizza. I've never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes for my pizza to come out. Worst experience. Walked in around 9:30pm with my family. We got the worst customer service employees who were very rude and throwing stuff around, especially the one with one AirPod, the whole time he talked to us. I order cups for soft drinks and when we went to the drink dispenser there was no ice asked for ice and was told that the machine was broken and given a little container with ice. I love this place, I love the options and I love the rewards program. I've received a few gifts that I redeemed getting a free pizza, a free soda and a free dessert. We all can agree free is GREAT! The only thing is you have to double scan your phone if you are trying to get you points or in this case . I wasn't told of having to double scan until today, that explains why I haven't received any flames . Besides the flame issues everything is awesome. I would definitely suggest trying not to go at a busy time like 1 pm because you don't get as much ingredients as you would any other time .
