He was a very happy boy and I was one happy mom. The staff was so awesome. They were trying their best to keep up with the work and having an upbeat positive attitude. Love seeing that. It seemed like they were training a new person and the owner/manager was so kind her. He constantly checked up on her and made sure she was doing ok. I would love to work for a manager like that. Multiple things.... first...if you need Gluten free or Cauliflower, don't bother coming in person. The guy working said those were only available for online orders not in person. Second, there was no customization...you order what you ordered and that is what you get off the menu. They also don't use a pizza oven anymore...they are using a conveyor belt oven thing. Looking for a late night bite and wasn't in the mood for traditional fast food. This came up on the list of open places and decided to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised. I liked how their menu included different options but also the ability to make your own pizza. The service was very friendly. You get to see the toppings and pick your options. Then the pizza goes through the belt to be cooked. It looked like it was moving super slow but was surprised how quickly it actually baked. The atmosphere is causal. The gal who made our pizzas was super nice and didn't rush us as we decided on our toppings. If you wanted more cheese she added it to my pizza for no extra cost! I love that about Blaze Pizza, you pay one charge for any topping you might like including extras. I asked for my pizza to be crispy and cut into small slices. Came in around lunch time, only 3 people ahead of us. I don't know what was going on, but it seemed to be moving really slow because it took almost 15 min for us to just put in an order. Upon ordering, the service is really nice and friendly. I ordered a spicy pepperoni with extra sauce and mushrooms with the spicy honey drizzle. My wife ordered the pesto. My pizza was supposed to come with jalapeños, when it came to that, the employee said she had ran out but it came off like they just didn't want to open another can at the moment. We'll never know. The pizzas are delicious! The personal size is the perfect size and I still had some leftovers. I love that it's on a thin crust. Yes yes, the pizza is no doubt delicious. Now....we decided to eat in. I almost wish we hadn't. The place is not that clean. Upon finding a booth, I had to wipe down the chairs and booth down with a napkin due to an excessive amount of crumbs, dust, AND hair. Even the napkin dispenser on the tables were covered in dust and lint. The table had crumbs but didn't bother me as nearly as the sriracha bottles that were sitting on the tables. As I scanned each table, every bottle of sriracha had a WEIRD white/yellowish crystal color that was all over the inside the bottles. I HAVE GROWN UP WITH SRIRACHA AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN BOTTLES LOOK LIKE THAT ANYWHERE, whether it's been refrigerated or not, they should NOT be looking like that, even over long periods of time sitting out. Definitely steered away from all the spices and sauces on the tables. We sat facing the front doors, and you can just see the trash can, the broken tables, and stacked chairs just in front of the window. Such an eye sore, it almost makes you want to lose your appetite and makes you wonder if they have a storage room for this stuff. Food score: 4! Cleanliness score: 2... Honestly would give my experience a 0 star if I could. Genuinely ridiculous LEAF BLOWING the stuff on the ground towards the group I was with. My group did come in a little late at 10:00pm, but they did close at 10:30. Besides the point, I was still sitting at the table eating my food and this lady grabbed a leaf blower and started blowing it towards me and who knows if anything landed in my food. Then there were even less staff. And then they stopped stocking lids apparently? My last two visits there have been no lids. It's 5pm on Monday. Dinner rush. There are 2 employees working, handling online orders, in person orders, prep, cooking, and cashiering. The dining area is filthy and it took me 15 minutes from arriving to paying for my order. The business is called Blaze because they use a fire pizza oven but not anymore. Due to a lack of sufficient staff they use the generic conveyer belt oven behind the counter to cook your pizzas. Large or personal. You have to special request the fire oven if you want to have a authentic Blaze pizza. The place is clean but a total let down from how it was when it first opened with the experience. I got a burnt pizza from the conveyer belt and witnessed the manager deny remaking a large pizza for a customer who wasn't aware, at the time they made the order, the restaurant stopped using the fire oven. Decided to take a break from shopping, so we stopped at Blaze Pizza by Scheels. I was surprised by the volume of Xerox copies of advertisements on the doors, windows, counters, etc. It just seemed tacky compared to other Blaze joints we've visited. We were met at the order counter by someone it seemed didn't really want to be there. She questioned everything we wanted to order on our pizzas. We were wanting to order wings, but she walked away. The other people were very helpful with our pizzas and then drinks and paying. Hey! Someone cheerful! Each pizza came out hot and flavorful. Having Costco show up during the lunch hour and needing to clear the order line so he could drag his pallet of goods thru the store. Bathrooms could use some attention too. read more

Right in the busy center of the Legends, the area has a lot to offer. This particular Pizza place is a favorite of mine when I'm on Keto, with their Ketp friendly and vegan friendly crust options. This last trip, however, was especially great. I chose to build your own pizza on the menu. And it works exactly as you'd see at a Subway or Port of subs. The one who loaded up my pizza was extremely generous with the amount of toppings and asked me every step of the way when he thought he knew a good addition. The pizza came out delicious and was easily in my top 5 pizzas, which is crazy because this was made to be a Keto diet pizza. The sauce was amazing and grecious, the servings plentiful, they were quick and respectful. Fantastic experience all around. While we waited the few minutes for it to cook, we waited in a quiant little booth on the backwall and watched some small crowds enjoy their own orders, ontop of that it has plenty of windows which was nice because it was a foggy wet day. Got to Blaze a tad late, due to the snow and ice, to retrieve my online order. Half my order was gone and when I addressed it with the employees, they remade and cooked the entire order. One pizza needed a tad more cheese, but both were still equally delicious. We also got dessert; a brownie and s'mores pie. I'm sure that the s'more pie is delicious hot and fresh, but because of the drive home... It wasn't eaten that way. Thank you Blaze employees for taking fault and remaking the meal. Well, the operation appeared lackluster but I was there already right DISASTER: 1. I got the worst of the staff, sleepy head of uncovered hair sticking up all over the place. 2. Dough was butchered with half the crust missing. 3. Out of pesto, he had to look at the container twice to verify it was empty.
