The staff is always nice, but unfortunately for us the dough style and taste just isn't for us. The dough on three different pizzas was not completely cooked through. Ownership needs to do a thorough review of their dough production and also their oven because at some point in that process you either have hotspots on your oven or your dough is too cold coming out before it goes in and that's why it's raw on the top. The dough was cooked on the bottom 1/2. The chicken wings were basic food service style, and the sauce wasn't anything exponential. This update is one I'm not looking forward to but unfortunately is necessary. I once thought this was the best pizza in town, we would visit every few weeks and it was very fresh produce, extremely tasty crust but unfortunately several months back it just changed. After that experience believing the owner had started working at the USA Parkway location, I made a trip out there to see if that location had also changed. It was what we were used to from Vino's. After speaking with the owner I was ensured our experience in Sparks was a one off. I finally convinced the wife to try it again, it wasn't any better, the crust tasted undercooked, the flavor was ok but not the level we had experienced when we frequented it in the past. We also noted that we were it, 5:15 and no other customers, no take out orders, the service was almost nonexistent, it was a disappointing experience and unfortunately with other, better options available I don't see us going back. read more

The pizza is spicy and crisp, and the combo of mozz and cheddar cheese is sublime. It is equally good when reheated the next day. I am in heaven! Cassidy enjoyed his pepperoni, sausage, and black olive, though he was confused by the squareness of the "Chicago sausage." The location is a hidden gem to the left of the Safeway. We ordered for dinner after being recommended to try by some friend. This was the worst pizza we have ever gotten. We ordered a large cheese, medium southwest bbq and jalapeño poppers for deliver, it was around $75 in total just for those three things plus delivery. My kids are four and seven and would not take more than a bite of each. The crust was crumbled or has yeast or something my husband and I ate one slice of cheese, the bbq was way too dry. The jalapeño poppers have 0 spice and the breading around them is flakey and just not good. I don't feel great writing a bad review, but after a really long day when you spend $$ on ordering take out and still have to cook for your family it's just not great. We ordered a custom cheese and pepperoni pizza (thick crust) and mozzarella sticks this evening. When delivered, we received a cheese and pepperoni pizza with the thinnest crust possible, practically no pizza sauce on the pizza so it was dry, and there were actual chunks of garlic that the overpowered the entire pizza. The mozzarella sticks were bland, didn't hold together at all, and was greasier than a dudes hair in the 50s. This was a huge disappointment of a dinner if you even want to call it that. My husband is not a picky eater especially with pizza, but you know it's bad when he asks me to throw out the rest. The one good thing that came out of this meal was the 2L bottle of orange soda that we ordered. This is my favorite pizza in town! We are so lucky to have this location, it's so convenient! The service is always excellent and the quality is superb. I know they make their own dough, and they offer the very best gluten-free crust I've ever had. However, even better is their lower carb gluten free caulipower crust! Finally got my pizza after waiting for an hour. I wasn't happy that I had to wait for so long and I was also not happy that I made requests for my pizza that were not done. It was a bummer. But, I have mixed feelings about this review (I had actually written a really negative review before this). But once I got home and ate the pizza, I was pleasantly surprised. They were both delicious. Should that be more careful to make sure that if you make a request, they do it? Sure. But we actually really enjoyed our meal. I think it will be hard to go back but I'm not sure if I'll go sometime soon. Some of the parts of our experience were good, and some not so good. So I'm giving 3 stars for service. This place is great. The owner is a man who knows what it takes to make the food a cut above the rest. My daughter and I split a pepperoni pizza and a meatball sandwich. Meatball sandwich---The first unique thing is the ciabatta, because it's very crispy on the top, and I just love that nuance, Because the inside is such a contrast. Vino puts bell peppers in this dish, and I love it. The meatball and the sauce for really good, obviously from scratch. Both of us gave this sandwich a wow! The pepperoni pizza was incredible. First of all he's got it down with the brick oven. The crust of this pizza is cooked perfectly cooked where it has that crispy little outside crust, yet cooked all the way through. It was great. Thin NY style crust tasted like frozen pizza and you could not fold it. The owner was cooking and making deliveries, poor guy.
