This is my first time visiting this Blaze Pizza location. The location is nice and very clean. The young lady, I believe her name to be Caroline, who took our orders and got our dough was extremely pleasant. After her, we were passed onto to other individuals who put the toppings on the pizzas. For one of our orders, it was repeatedly said he wanted the pizza as it comes on the menu, just without jalapeños. Despite saying it several times, when he received his pizza it was covered in jalapeños. When we finally got to the register, the cashier was helping us. We were using a discount we had through a well-known app that they literally have an advertisement for on their door. She acted very annoyed at us using said discount, and genuinely just seemed annoyed overall. She was cutting her eyes at us and acted as though it was a bother to do her job. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here today.

Not my first time at Blaze, but it was first time at this location. Service was quick and friendly. Pizza turned out great! Ambiance was casual and chill.

Stopped in her after a soccer game nearby with my crew for a postgame meal. I had never been in a Blaze before so I didn't know what to expect but they made it very easy to walk through the process. I have no clue how much a pie costs since dinner was paid for, but I appreciate that there's seemingly no limit to the kinds of pizza you can create. There wasn't really any "service" so to say because it's kind of like a chipotle line as far as how you build the pizzas. I appreciate that it's a brick oven and you can see your pizzas being fired up and cooked. Super cool. It's definitely a casual place, laid back energy, and apart from however long it takes to bake the pie, it's a quick spot for food. The pizzas come out piping hot (obviously) and since they're thin crust, the center is a bit hard to pick up so you may need to use utensils unless you can wait for it to cool down a bit. My pie was delicious but I could only eat half by myself. Cool enough they have half size boxes that are perfect for taking only half a pie home.

The folks working here were so patient and nice. I haven't been to a Blaze in years and they walked me through how to build my own pizza and let me ask lots of questions. The pizza was delicious and I personally enjoyed the high-rise crust better than the standard flatter crust. There's ample indoor seating to choose from and the environment is relaxed.

Saw a lady with pizza from here and asked her if it was good she said "yes".. after must consideration of deciding what I wanted to eat... I ended up deciding to try it ... but as soon as I walked in I realize I had been to one of these locations before in Fort Lauderdale. I remember the pizza was good... so I didn't turn around. You can create your own pizza or order off the menu . I also got a Caesar salad and you can add your own toppings to that too. The pizza I ordered was fantastic!!! Pizza was cooked right to my liking, I enjoyed every bite and ate all. Staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend and will return.

Stopped by Blaze for the second time today - and it was absolutely delicious! I got the cauliflower crust my first time, and I wasn't a fan at all. So, I'm happy we came back to give it another try...because the regular dough was so much better! The pizzas were much bigger than I was expecting, and came packed full of fresh toppings. Everything was cooked really fast, right in the oven in front of us...which I thought was really neat. You can customize and build your pizzas and they have a ton of different topping to choose from all laid out. Everything is made right there, fresh. I love it! We will definitely be stopping by Blaze more often.

This placed was PACKED and even under stress the employees worked as a team to get the orders out, even with rude customers making complaints and some mistakes being made... they were very kind and apologetic for the time I had to wait and all kept their composure under a stressful situation. Props to employees working here on march 20th around 6pm yall deserve a big raise... not to mention my pizza looks firrrreeeee

Very disappointed in the place. I was made to pay a compulsory tip when ordering. Not sure whom I was tipping and why this place does just add this to the price. Strange The pizza reminded me of A Little Caesars pizza. It was not crispy. Very flimsy. My salad was waiting me me on top of my hot pizza. Cold salad doesn't do very well when you heat it up ‍. Maybe they had a bad night , but it was a very bad first impression. I will not be back.

Blaze started with me as something I could depend on. A nice place to gather with friends and bond over find moments with food and drink. I've seen a little bit of wear and tear in the consistency of blaze since my first encounter years prior. The topping amount given these days is minimal and I believe that takes away greatly from the enjoyment I used to feel while dining at blaze. I do hope it finds its place in a fast moving world amongst those that strive to do better.

They are in a brand new building on the way into Woodville. There is a good bit of parking. The dining area is one big space with tables and booths. There's a little bit of bar seating facing the wood fired oven. There's table service and pleasant folks to wait on you. I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese and the wife got the Lunch Special pizza. The Bolognese didn't have enough meat to suit me and it hadn't been cooked long enough to develop that rich depth of flavor that my all time favorite Bolognese at Mimmo's in Destin has. More like a marinara sauce than a rich and thick bolognese. The pizza, on the other hand, was stellar. Tasty thin and crispy crust with a nice sauce, delicious cupped pepperoni and plenty of cheese where extra cheese might be overkill. Would have loved more fennel bite in the sliced Italian sausage but the overall taste of the pizza was so good I wouldn't quibble. And its 4.5 rating out of (900+) was the assurance I needed that I would have a quality experience. On the menu, I instantly took an interest in the 10" Margherita, which was what I ended up ordering with pineapple as my second topping added. Whether it be Grubhub or now Uber Eats, I love ordering online because it is convenient. Much praise to the Uber Eats delivery driver, Danilo, for arriving with my order at a reasonable time, as well as meeting me in front of the hotel. And Danilo also confirmed that it was me grabbing the order, which I cannot thank him so much for. Once I retrieved my order from Danilo, it was so hard to not smell it inside of the elevator headed up to my hotel room. It made me smile knowing that I just put pineapple on a Margherita pizza which is just not normal, tehehe. Even with the addition of pineapple, the pizza looked wonderful once I opened its box. I must say that the hint of cracked black pepper gave it a very nice touch appearance wise. Along with that, the pizza was topped with a combination of fresh cut basil, tomato and extra virgin olive oil with fresh mozzarella. And slice by slice, I devoured it as its toppings fell from it right back into the box. If you are looking for something to order from Gaines Street Pies, and love Margherita pizza as much as I do, then I recommend it. Being that I had a great ordering experience, I would surely order from Gaines Street Pies again whether it be Uber Eats delivery or takeout whenever visiting the city of Tallahassee. The Caesar salad I added chicken too because there was no meat on the pizza and I believe they don't charge extra for chicken so that was nice. The salad was great.
