This pizza was picked up and we ate at home, but I was told that the restaurant is very nice. We will go in to eat soon. I ordered the veggie which had a nice thin crust, broccoli, and gorgonzola cheese. The cheese was very tasty and broccoli on pizza actually was really good. I have to admit I did not look at menu before saying get me a veggie pizza. I don't think I would had said, "yes broccoli on a pizza is "normal", however it was really good. Got my greens in and pizza. Whatever works. The sauce was tasty but not overpowering. The cheese had the distinct taste of gorgonzola.

Later I tried the thicker pepperoni pizza slice. I like the thicker crust, again did not know what they offered. Can't wait to go back. Another good thing I like about this pizza place, is that they offer a 1/2 pizza and side. I want...

I love Blaze ! I love the many many options that you get to put on your pizza ! The staff is very helpful every time I go in there ! Great concept which makes it easy to get pizza on order. You order through a line and they make your personal pizza right on the spot. They have different options to choose from or you can put together ingredients for your own pizza. The also have salad. There are several of these Blaze restaurants around The tampa Bay Area, this one was close to USF. Great concept, friendly service and pretty efficient on time.

I stop in here for lunch with coworkers once every two months. I get the lunch special (pick two), half a personal pizza, choice of salad (I substitute Caesar) or sometimes garlic bread. It comes with a small drink for approximately $10.99. The chain partially owned by the one and only LeBron James offers value, quick service and very fresh ingredients. This location is not too far from USF. We never have a problem grabbing a booth or table, as they turn over quickly. You order your crust, pick your sauce and toppings. It can all be customized even after you select one of the specialty pizzas. It's a fast convenient favorite, and will definitely return multiple times. Tip- if you take the survey from your receipt while you're there, you can get a free dessert to take with you. I've previously received the S'mores cookie.

I placed the order through Door-dash and order was delivered to our place in 20-25 minutes. The pizza was delicious and freshly baked hot pizza. The ingredients including sauce and cheese were fresh and we all love the pizzas from blaze pizza.

They got fresh ingredients, fast and friendly service. Every time we customize our pizza, and they turned now just the way we liked them. The prices are reasonable. The pizza was freshly bake, and this place is not far from home. So even I took the pizza home to eat, when I got home it's still hot. That's one of the reasons I like this place beside the tasty pizza.

Service is great! Everyone is super nice and attentive. The pizza? You make it yourself so if you don't like it, it's pretty much on you because the regular dough is great and they have never burned one of my pizzas. I love Blaze Pizza ! I love that I have the capability to personalize every aspect about my pizza and that they have so many options , EVEN VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE. Customer Service is nice. It's pretty loud, so as it was my first time ordering in person (&not online) an employee tried to explain some things but couldn't hear her well and she was kinda confusing with pricing. The pricing itself on the menu, I do believe is starting price for the 11in pizzas. There are 11in, 14in, half an 11in, sides, desserts, and bowls. Everyone working there are in mask, properly worn is a different story but mouths are covered, for sureness Don't sleep on the spicy VEGAN chorizo ... oh my, it's so good and spicy. There are so many options, like subway but OD and for pizza ! My only critique and reason for four stars is that they are pretty skimp on toppings when you ask for them. I always had to say "a little more please", "can you add more", or something like that. Which is my main reason, I decided to go inside and order instead of online ordering haha but there usually is online ordering deals FYI

There was a pizza joint called PizzaFire in USF Taj/Grain and Berry plaza around 2017 that had a similar MO to Blaze Pizza. They went out of business in 2019. MY research indicates that Blaze has existed since 2011 so maybe PF ripped them off? Who knows? Anyhoo, I tried to go to Blaze in Wesley Chapel but for some reason I couldn't find it even with navigation. Maybe the Elder Gods fated this to happen so I wouldn't have to drive 12 miles and only 4. Woot! Blaze is in a small plaza that has PDQ, Chipotle, Insomnia Cookies, and Take 5 Oil in case your car is hungry too. BP's claim to fame is a Chipotle-esque assembly line where you customize your whole pizza and it is then put into a 900 F oven that cooks it in 3 minutes. Toppings are unlimited (with a caveat.) Pros: Customer Service. I said this was my first time. The employees patiently explained the options and didn't rush. Toppings. They have a wide variety of vegetarian and meat toppings and some unusual ones like spinach leaves,, broccoli, and vegan chorizo. All the toppings were a lot more fresh than Papa Johns and some other chains. The spicy red sauce is yummy too. Get that! Price. This is a 11 inch diameter pizza meant for one person. That is in between a small and medium size for Papa Johns. The default price w/o any crust mods is $9. (9.58 with Tampa sales tax) This is quite economical and could even be 2 meals for kids and some women (Not Lizzo) Cons: The only real drawback is that the crust is VERY thin and thus is a bit insubstantial (in terms of satiety) compared to many other restaurants. Im guessing this helps in getting the pizza cooked fast and keeping expenses low. There is a high rise crust mod that costs $2.50 extra. There are keto and cauliflower crusts that are an extra 2-3 dollars. While the toppings are unlimited, they only apply each sparingly. I can understand bc they have to make a profit to stay in business. I would recommend getting as many as you can to get the most value for your money. Overall: A tasty and budget friendly pizza choice that is better than many chains.

Shout out to Blaze pizza !!!! This review is for my friends on the Keto Diet . It was Friday night and we decided takeout was our choice for dinner . Trying not to stray from our diet we are always looking to stick with it even on weekends . Pizza is my weakness so we've searched long and hard and finally success . Blaze offers two keto pizzas we don't feel guilty indulging in . Topped with mozzarella , spinach , bacon , cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms complemented this keto crust with spicy red sauce . The other is their protein pizza . Covered with Italian meatballs , smoked ham , grilled chicken , green peppers , and olives . Wow , so flavorful , generous with fresh toppings and crispy crust . Tremendously mediocre pizza ordered via the now tiresome chipotle-style counterserve build line. Pesto sauce is applied as if they're rationing the last available batch on earth. You get what you pay for. read more

Sooooo Blaze Pizza virgin here. Never had it, never understood it... a coworker suggested we come here so I agreed. WHOA I WAS BLOWN AWAY. Think Subway but pizza Think Chipotle but pizza. First, pick a crust Second, pick a paste/sauce (Alfredo, pesto, traditional, spicy, etc) Third, pick a cheese....or a ton of cheese. Pick all the cheeses. This is was my first eating at Blaze Pizza and by far it was a great experience. This spot is doing curbside service super fast and easy. I had the 11-inch build your own pizza and it was delicious. The favor, price point, and size portion of my pizza was perfect! Blaze Pizza has a variety of toppings from seasoned vegetables, garlic pesto to crushed meatballs just a name a few. They have online and pick up/curbside specials. Another big plus is vegan pizza, cauliflower dough, and keto pizza is on the menu for those Vegan Lovers. My Fiance and I love Blaze Pizza. Taking the drive from Riverview to Wesley Chapel to get the delicious pies was far but worth it. When we found out that a new Blaze was going to open near USF, we made plans to go. This new Blaze location gave away free pies to anyone who downloaded their mobile app and favorited this new location on Fowler Avenue. They did this because of covid-19. Typically, Blaze has a grand opening with a day where everyone that shows up gets a free pizza. I don't know why I didn't have the app already but either way, it worked out. We both downloaded the app and went to have our free pizzas. Blaze Pizza is really good and we expected it to be busy for lunch. We arrived a little after 1 and it was quiet. There were some people scattered around, socially distant. There was no line and we walked right up to order. The crew was all wearing masks and were super friendly. They chatted with us about how good the pizza is and about how we were glad this location opened up closer to us. It was a quick process and our pizzas looked good! Check out was also quick and easy. We picked a table and got our drinks. I love the Blood Orange lemonade. My fiance got the Blackberry Basil Agua Fresca. Our pizzas cooked pretty quick and were brought out to us. They were cooked perfectly, slight crunch in the crust and toppings nice and hot with melty cheese. I got pepperoni, sausage, ham, tomatoes and olives. It was a hearty pizza but I finished the entire thing. We also ordered a salad to split. It was tasty too. The staff was around checking on tables, clearing out debris when they could. A staff member, possibly a manager, swung by to say hello and ask us if everything was going well. That happens every time we go to Blaze. This pizza spot doesn't look like much from the outside. It was crowded with college students being in USF area. I found the customer service to be ok but not really helpful. I have yet to have a bad food experience here. I ordered a thin crust pizza with a Caesar salad. Both were excellent!! The employees were very nice, spoke softly and asked what I wanted on my pizza and salad. The restaurant was clean, music was still Holiday music but not at an ear busting level. You could have a conversation without having to shout at each other. I have in the past brought my small pup in and they were quite happy to have her in the store. Thank you!! read more

If you've never been here you really need to give it a shot. It's build your own pizza and I want to say it's 9.99 and you can literally have every topping they have if you really wanted it. The dough they use is naturally thin which I like but they do have a thicker one that you have to pay I think like a dollar more for they also have cauliflower crust and I think they have a gluten-free option as well. They have multiple tomato sauces one which is spicy that I enjoy and they have a pesto and a white neither of which I have tried. It's a great pizza and it's a great price so stop in and see if you like them I know I do. read more

I love Blaze. Said it. I love the pizza, having a choice of crusts and then toppings is awesome. And the toppings are always fresh so far. And often you have to stay away from salads at pizza places because it is just some old lettuce with pizza toppings on it. But Blaze salads are as good as a any big restaurant. It also helps that I handpick what's in my salad lol. Try the take two or a what ever it is called, half a pizza and a half salad. (Which is pretty much the size of normal restaurant salads.) But the biggest thing about The Tampa Blaze is not the food, but the staff. The are friendly to a fault and always willing to tolerate my nonsense. They always make me feel welcome and have fun with me while I wait for my food. No matter who it is. The manager noticed they didn't have my usual drink, and made a fuss over it, to the point I now have three flavors to pick from. She rocks! But Allie, one of the shift managers is absolutely amazing. She is always there with a smile and a genuine conversation for the time I am there. I talk with all the staff I can, but Allie always goes that extra step to connect with me and other customers. I don't know if Allie can get a company kudos or extra cherry on her sundae, but if you can, please do it. Also, don't be afraid of the cauliflower crust, it's crunchy and tasty! And the Caprese salad is simple but delicious. read more

Went for a fundraising event, would never have gone otherwise because chain pizza is incredibly basic and overpriced. While the service I received was great I was told my pick up would not support the fundraiser???!!!! Absolutely infuriating. Big Blaze Pizza needs to get their act together...and FAST! read more

while attempting to access the parking lot, i was harassed by panhandlers and animals trying to sell fentanyl laced flinstones gummies, as i got into the establishment i made it to the counter and was faced by helga from shrek; and immediately lost my appetite. as this vanilla gorilla was making my pizza for my bf and i, i couldn't help but notice another employee stumble out of the bathroom very animatedly and have her hair pulled back and hickies all over her dirty ass neck. Then after paying i had doubled checked my order as it was very busy, and learned they had given me the wrong pizza for one of them, i gave it back to them and they rightfully remade it. As i was finalizing and leaving, i was hit with a sharp pain in the back of my ankle as a little molerat of a man grazed his razor sharp toenails against my back of my foot, i realized i may need stitches. i am currently on the way to the hospital and i just learned to make things better, they gave me TWO wrong pizzas. as i'm now on my deathbed wishing for a delightful dinner, i'm being forcefed sugar free vanilla pudding. I pray this blaze pizza has an exorcism done and they hopefully revive what was once a place to enjoy pizza. for any employees reading this, please let your manager know there will be an invoice very shortly for my troubles and i would like to fore warn anyone, please keep your eyes peeled and your ankles covered as there's is a mad child labor'd lunatic running around splitting ankles with his chainsaw toenails. I had a rocky start at first with the young girl making my pizza, but two young women managers completely turned the experience around. They were both so kind, professional, and understanding. One of them made sure I received a free pizza to make up for the issue, and the other personally brought it out to me. Checked out Blaze for their wood-fired pizza and it didn't disappoint - great crust and toppings that scream authentic Italian. But heads up, the service was so-so and they kinda mixed up the toppings, which could be a drag if you're watching out for allergies.
