This was a massive disappointment. I tried this for Super Bowl sunday based on the past reviews, many supposedly from transplanted New Yorkers and New Jersey people. Well, they must come from a different NY/NJ than I grew up in because this was so-so at best even by Florida standards. In NY, this would be WAY below acceptable. Continues to be my favorite place to get NY style pizza in the northern Tampa/Wesley chapel area. They have carry out or there's a dining room where you can sit and eat. We shared two pizzas and a meatball sub on this visit between 4 of us. There was no wait so we were able to sit wherever we wanted early on a Sunday evening. Really enjoy this pizza, which is saying a lot from a girl from NYC. There's plenty of parking because it's in a shopping center. We had a much better dinner here this evening than we'd had more than 5 years ago. We came with family on a Friday evening and they were quite busy. And they were a bit overwhelmed -- and a tad short on staff. But our server was working very hard and really trying. There were six of us for dinner and not all our food came out at the same time. I was served first then my husband. Shortly afterwards, the pizzas were delivered. It took fifteen minutes more -- and three or four requests -- until the pasta was served. But once we had everything, the food was quite good -- and worth the wait. My husband enjoyed a salad (he'd had a large lunch) while I just had their chicken Philly special which included mushrooms, green peppers and mozzarella along with the chicken. I got my hot sub sandwich without onions, however. It really was very good -- including the excellent toasted roll everything was on. The family shared two different pizzas and a gnocchi with pesto sauce. Neither selection would be my choice of toppings, but they really liked what they got. The green pesto sauce was quite garlicky and they liked that too (another one not my choice, but...). So being with friends and family and having a better server made all the difference. We were greeted warmly on entering and leaving-- and thanked for coming. And we were checked on periodically during our meal. And now, we'd definitely consider coming back again... read more

I love this place! Pizza Mania is my go to for a quick pizza. My husband loves their clam linguine with red sauce. Their prices are much better than most pizza places in Wesley Chapel. The family that owns this place is so kind and welcoming. We have been coming to Pizza Mania since it was opened by Ma and Pa and sons in the late 90s. They make you feel like a part of their family. Had lunch today I was busy the waitress had a large table and the owner came over to get are order so we could get it in before them, I thought it was a nice personal touch.my wife was looking for a cold Italian sub. I went in to have a couple of slices. I'm originally from Brooklyn, N.Y.. I The service was very friendly. Seemed like they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a regular slice, I slice of white pie, and a slice of Sicilian. The slices were brought to my table at a perfect temperature. Just hot enough that you gotta blow on it and wait a minute. You might burn the roof of your mouth a little, but isn't it supposed to be like that . The regular slice a a great sauce to cheese ratio. Dough and crust excellently crispy on outside and fluffy inside. I liked the sauce because it was not too sweet. My preference is sauce that is a little acidic, where you actually taste the tomato. I hate sweet sauce, so few sauces get it right. The white slice had a nice firm texture to the cheese. Could have used a little more ricotta, but that's me just being picky. The Sicilian pizza sauce must be different from the regular because it was chunky and had a lot more rich tomato flavor. The dough was also perfect. Nice firm brow bottom, crispy crust. Fluffy well cooked. If I had to compare my meal to real family owned Brooklyn pizzeria. I would say it was 87.5% to being a perfect authentic N.Y. pizza. 5 stars***** read more

Honestly worst place to get pizza, As soon as we walked in we didnt have our masks on. I understand we have to wear them, we had the masks in our hands, we were just checking the menu. She rudely said " put on your masks" . The least she could say is " please or may you put the masks on" . Also while we were sitting she kept looking at us. Great food and great service! This is our favorite pizza place, and we get dinner from here 2-3 times a month.

Pizza Mania has been my family's go to pizza place as long as I can remember. I grew up going to their original location in the same shopping center 2 doors over. They have only gotten better with time. We love their bread they give the table when you dine in. It is always hot and the pieces are not small. We also typically start with their Italian Salad, it comes with a generous amount Ham, Provolone, Salamai wraps and their dressing is always the perfect touch to go with it. I love their Itlania pizza, which is white sauce, grated cheese, garlic, tomatoes, and spinich. It a solid go to slice when they have those slice pies available. I sometimes add meatballs to it as well. Their plain cheese pizza is also stand by when I can not decide what to get. My dad enjoys their hot subs. He praises their chicken parmigiana and meatball parmigiana subs, when he isn't devouring their pasta with meatballs. We love that we feel like family here. The service is always amazing, our glasses are never empty, even when they are busy (and they get busy!!). They know their regulars by name and order as well. Their servers have always given us 110% and so has their kitchen. We have never been disappointed when eating here. read more
