I could've swore I had already written a review for Blaze. I go here so often and like it a lot. First off, the service is stellar. The same 2 ladies are always there and are super warm, inviting and professional. They also keep the place very clean. I love going here bc of their cauliflower crust. I've also tried the keto crust. Other than the size (the keto is 10 in.) I didn't think there was much difference between the cauliflower crust and keto crusts but there's gotta be because the keto crust is downright disgusting. It taste like straight cardboard. The cauliflower however, yummy, thin crunchy goodness to which I'm somewhat addicted. Blaze's pizza toppings are always fresh. I typically do the BYO option. Mmm, their roasted garlic is a must add-on for me. They also have a decent little patio where my dog and I have once dined. They were super friendly to my fur child and had no problem with me having her on the patio. Blaze is my pizza go-to, mainly bc of their delish cauliflower crust, overall great quality and superb service. I also must say they are a zillion times better than Mod. Yep, they are. I said what I said.

Overall impression: Solid overall. Good food, good price, service is also good. Average price: $10/person Ambience: Clean. Well lit. Uncluttered yet tasteful. Good for a date night. Food: It's a make your own pizza place so it tastes about as good as the ingredients you choose but nothing better than fresh, hot pizza. Their ingredients are excellent and the crust is also excellent. No complaints here. Price: Reasonable. You can get a great dinner for less than $10/person, with each person having their own personal pizza. And they often have buy one get one free coupons that they mail out every once in awhile. Service: No complaints

Love blaze pizza. Gotten it everywhere we go. Just moved to clear lake so this is the closest location. I have ordered delivery three times from here. EVERY SINGLE TIME they have forgotten the finishes. The first time I was like honest mistake. Second time I was just like errr maybe it don't translate from the app. This Time I check the receipt. ITS THERE. But not on the pizza. Double check your orders with this location

In continuation of trying out all the Blaze Pizza locations in Greater Houston, this spot is higher in ranking. From stepping in to order in line, the staff greet you and start building your pizza. You get to choose your cheeses, meats, veggies, sauces, seasonings, and base for crust (regular or gluten free for an additional cost). The desserts and drinks can be added to your total as you pay. There are several drink options including regular lemonade, blood orange lemonade, matcha agua fresca, and berry agua fresca. The dining area is well maintained and there are to go boxes for those who can't finish their creation. The staff are friendly and efficient. The pizza is cooked within minutes and the crust is perfectly done. Most importantly, my cheeses were finely melted and toppings stayed on well. Bathroom is single stall and clean. Parking is decent in the plaza lot. I'd come back here again.

What on God's green earth is all the fuss about. I have never, I repeat, NEVER not eaten all of my pizza. Well, there's always a first. The concept is good. You pick your crust and then all of your toppings, kinda like Subway or Chipotle. They have a good system. But when I tasted the "pizza" I was really disappointed. I'm better off with frozen pizza. I tried both the thin crust and the Keto crust. Yuck. People: this is not what real pizza tastes like. In addition- the horrible music blasting on was all distorted on their sound system. I couldn't leave fast enough. I curse the moron who gave this place a good write up in an article I read. I plan to check out MOD Pizza to give this concept another try before I give up.

Vegan Chorizo for the Win! This was my first experience with Blaze Pizza - it was a great one, can't wait to go back! The Vegan Chorizo just hit the streets, my wife & I were super excited to get the opportunity to try it! They also have Vegan Cheese which is freaking awesome! -The Chorizo is spicy - its a low 6 1/2 at first bite but easily a HIGH 7 1/2 halfway through the pie! Yum!!! -I like to get as much toppings as possible - they're unlimited, so i just use a fork and eat of the top a little before fully indulging! =] Enjoy! I had a great time here! I think it's hard to go wrong when you're building your own pizza. I loooove the spicy sauce. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. Not the BEST pizza I've ever had, but still a good place to get an affordable meal. The s'mores were a hit.

Saw this place by accident I've gone to a similar pizza place near the city thought I'd give this place a try. The overall decor of the place is very clean very nice lines. The employees were very nice had smiling faces and greeted everyone. As I say and ate my pizza and watched a television show I watch as one of the employees were very attentive and cleaning off all tables in a timely manner. I tend to like places like this so when I'm out near the Baybrook area I'll be sure and go back. The ingredients for the pizza were plentiful also do yourself a great big favor and try one of the desserts I recommend the chocolate chip cookie it is awesome! I really wanted to give this place a higher rating, but in the end this place was just not up to par. The service itself was pretty nice. The staff was attentive and did a very good job explaining the process and helping with what you wanted on your pizza, the toppings themselves were also quite nice, branching into freshness as well as the multitude of topping choices. When they say fast fire'd pizza, they really do mean it. The pizza finished cooking in under five minutes. The size of the pizzas are pretty adequate for one person, but I definitely wouldn't consider share one of the pizzas. So the the concept of the pizza creation and cooking was really a great one. However, the bad parts of this restaurant almost entirely overshadowed the taste of a good pizza. The overall cleanliness of this place downright sucked. Why are there cracks in the cement for me to trip on??? Why is it that every table and chair I go to are sticky? The bathrooms were definitely the absolute worst part about this place. For one thing, it's one of those one person bathrooms. Of course it's even more unclean in the bathrooms. Another thing about the lavatories. There's a lock on the door. I thought it would work. I thought wrong. I played myself. Why is it that when I have to use the restroom EVEN when I lock the door, I get walked in on. It was an experience i'll probably never forget. They might as well not even have locks on the doors to the bathrooms. Overall, the food and service was good, but the restaurant facilities were absolutely trash.

I have driven by this place for awhile and today I should have kept going! Pizza came out burnt and the chicken tasted old and had a crunch to it. Overall not bad, but I will take a ride to La Porte to MOD next time. read more

Employees are kinda rude....stood around several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then when clarifying how to order employees became demanding. Overall employees reacted like they were better than me and i was a second class citizen. If i wasn't picking up the order for someone else i would have walked out. read more

Went in there a couple of days ago with the fam. Daniela was the person to make my pizza she did very good job adding toppings and all that. Pretty friendly and fast although could have been faster if more people were working. Pizza was really good and crispy for a good price. 10/10 customer service 9/10 pizza taste read more

Blaze Pizza is good food. The problem I have is you had slow service tonight! I was inline 20 minutes before closing. Get all the way up to the counter to order and the young lady tells me there closed! Very bad customer service right there! If you have a cut off time post it or lock the door so I can leave and get something elsewhere! read more

I am writing my review after one single visit. I will update it after my return visit. We stopped in for pizza before a movie. We walked up to the counter and stood there. A young man greeted us and asked if it was our first visit and we said, "yes". He said the young lady standing next to him would take care of us . We looked at her and she looked at us and didn't say a word. Finally, the young man tapped her and said do you know what type of pizza you want? I told him I would build my own and the girl repeated me and said, "so you want to build your own?" I don't know if my patience was just really short or what, but I was a bit annoyed. She finally asked me what I wanted on my pizza which got the process going. After we prepped our pizzas, we grabbed our drinks. I was disappointed that the tea was a bit weak and they did not have any sweet n'low. However, I must say that my pizza was good, hot, and fresh. I liked my seasoned crust which was big deal because I am not a crust eater, but I killed it. Will I go back? Yes. I hope that the staff has it together upon my return. read more

Came here with the family expecting to get a good pizza and ordered the barbecue chicken pizza the lady putting on my cheese would not put on very much cheese I asked for more cheese she still would not put on very much cheese so then when she said is this enough I just said OK it really wasn't but I was tired of asking so then when it came down to putting on my toppings at 11:50 in the morning they were already out of red onions to put on my pizza that already comes with them on it I find this ridiculous and outrageous to be a pizza chain and not have the toppings to put on the pizza by 11:50am read more

3 stars cause I like the concept and the fact that the pizzas are cooked in a flame oven. If it had to choose between Blaze or Mod pizza I'd go with MOD. the agua frescas were okay, ingredients are fresh but the pizza was just underwhelming. Our family is very loyal to Dan's Pizza. But when I received a coupon from Blaze in the mail for a free pie, I figure I didn't have anything to lose. My wife was out at a PTA dinner, so I decided to take my boys and grab dinner. It was excellent. We raced our way through the free pie, so I returned to the line to order another. Thin crust, but not too crispy (there's a fine line). Ingredients tasted fresh. The pies are not filling. But they are cheap enough where everyone can get their own. We had two one-topping pies split between me, a seven-year-old, and a four-year-old. The kids really liked the lemonade selection. Friendly, attentive staff. Clean. You can tell the place is managed well. We will be back. read more

I've given this place wayy to many chances. Yes they are new, and I'll excuse the fact that it takes on average 15 minutes for me to receive my pizza when it technically should only take 90 seconds for the pizza to cook, and then maybe 2-3 minutes for them to prepare my pizza. But it's not good! It's essentially the thin crust pizza you could get at Chuck E. Cheese's or personalized Little Caesar's pizza. Check out Pie Five instead! read more

Me and my big brother went here for the first time two days ago, Blaze Pizza didn't disappoint. Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza is much better than MOD Pizza; they have a wider variety of toppings and sauces. Sure they only have two types of crust to choose from, but they're made fresh and have a nice crunch and chew. You can actually see workers behind glass making fresh pizza dough while you wait in line and decide on your order. The pizzas are made similar to MOD Pizza, the workers ask what you like and how much toppings you want while they make it in front of you. Our pizzas came out hot, but we had to get it ourselves when our names were called. Their lemonade and juice blends are homemade. I saw that they have s'mores "cookie sandwiches", so tempting. I'll try them next time. Verdict: fresh ingredients, pizza served hot, friendly service, casual atmosphere, affordable and endless combinations of pizza you must try. read more

Never been to pie five or mod but I've been here multiple times and have been happy every time. Can't beat unlimited toppings for $8, and the ingredients are super fresh and flavorful. Their aguas frescas and lemonades are awesome and the staff was super nice. Looking forward to trying the other fast fired pizza places around, but this place is a new staple when I'm looking for a quick, cheap, and tasty lunch around Baybrook. Love it. read more

First experience here. Really nice staff. Kind of Subway for pizza you could go down the line and pick your toppings. Pizza was really good and fresh. We had the pepperoni spicy sauce with oregano. I was really excited when I noticed Blaze. I usually go to MOD Pizza but it was further out. Well I will continue to go to MOD because the customer service here sucks rotten eggs. The staff was not welcoming and actually made us feel like we were bothering them by coming in. They were so rude I just asked for my money back and left. Horrible rules. Total bait and switch. They had a deal where if we buy a 25$ gift card we get a free pizza the next time. Easy right? We ordered two pizzas only to find out a new rule, the two pizzas cannot be paid for with the gift card. We didn't want the free pizza, we wanted the pizza with the gift card we would pay cash for. This is illegal in Texas. Will complain to higher authorities. If some one has a gift card from your company, you have to honor it. You can have rules if u want to give the free pizza or not, but u cannot say you can't use the gift card. read more

I love this place because of the vegan options! But It really just took the employees 30 minutes to get through 5 people in line before they could get to us and when they finally got to us I couldn't understand them because they were sluring their words and couldn't speak up. I just feel like the service isn't where it needs to be in order to be successful. But they pizza here never disappoints. read more

This place is set up like a Subway which means the toppings have been sitting out. With that being said this place made me violently ill after consuming my pizza last night and I can only attribute it to the lack of sanitation I saw first hand last night. I should have known better but my husband wanted to try it out and I love pizza. You are better off getting a $5 hot and ready at Little Caesars honestly. It sure beats a long night of severe abdominal pain and vomiting. First and last time coming here, won't return out of fear of getting sick! read more

I asked about the patio stating that us where we preferred to sit anyway, and was met with that they were also not seating the patio at all for the rest of the day. However, there was a group of 3 women seated outside on the patio at that exact time. I didn't say anything, simply turned and left. After having "one of those days" hashing out something so minute with a person who clearly didn't want us in their place of business was not something I was about to do. Keep in mind, we came on a Sunday afternoon. Prime brunch time. We arrived at the restaurant around 2:30PM, and their website says they don't close until 4PM. I am a biracial black woman and my friend is white. I noticed a significant amount of White and Latino patrons, but a shocking lack of Black people. With Houston having one of the most diverse populations in the US, it is almost impossible not to see at least one individual of each ethnicity in a place at any given time. I am definitely not one that likes to pull the race card, because oftentimes that is not the issue. However, as someone who is familiar with the service industry I understand Sundays can be extremely overwhelming. And I am cognizant that not everything is that serious. But, I am also aware that a lot of people in the industry discriminate against people of color, with stigmas that we don't leave enough gratuity or we "don't fit the vibe of their establishment". And those 3 women seated on the patio? All White. After reading recent reviews, it seems that management is discriminating against people of color, more specifically Black folks. This is an extremely disheartening and sickening realization to make, seeing as I have given well over $1,000 worth of my money here but also enjoyed many meals without issue. To management: It breaks my heart to have to write this review and to be honest, I wouldn't have written it if I hadn't seen others posting about similar experiences in addition to also feeling discriminated against. I highly suggest that if you are "not seating" after a specific time, you announce this via social media or alert potential patrons with a sign or something of the sort. & obviously, there is such an issue with treatment towards POC that it is a noteworthy problem via your Google & Yelp reviews. You will have a much bigger fish to fry on your hands if you continue to let this issue go on unrectified. I would be willing to return if I felt things were to be changed for the better in the future! Hopefully this review sparks a much needed conversation and brings attention to an area which needs work.

Was very disappointed in my first visit here. They are extremely stingy with their ingredients. I ordered a plain cheese pizza and there was only a thin layer of small patches of cheese. I asked for more and the guy barely put a pinch in one spot. I was too embarrassed to ask again so I just proceeded to the register. My husband also had to request more cheese and pepperoni on his because they only placed 4 actual pepperonis on the entire pizza. And finally, my mom requested meatballs on hers and received only one. She asked if she could have another and they just ignored her and moved it toward the register. My husband's pizza was burnt on the bottom, and mine was in a few areas on the crust. I didn't really see a timer for the cook time on the oven, so I'm not convinced it's a consistent cook time for all. The crust is very thin and lacks quality. I gave 2 stars because I liked the taste of the sauce and they serve Coke products. I will continue to go to Pie Five down the road which has heartier toppings, cheaper prices, and friendlier staff. read more

I have been and still am a HUGE fan of Blaze pizza which is why I am writing this review! The staff at this location has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Pizzas come out extremely quickly for us! Today I decided to venture out into unknown territory and try the Keto crust ( for an additional 4$ which I thought was steep but might be worth it) and boy was it an adventure I would pass on a second time. The crust seemed decent at first bite, but it did not last. After the first bite, the crust was falling apart. Crumbly, somehow tasted crisped but underbaked. Spongey and pockets of flavor that massively overpowered the toppings, or just sponge. I'm generally not a picky eater but I passed on over half of my pizza out of disgust. I like to eat healthy, but it has to taste good as well! Overall, excellent space, service, and staff, but to me a tasteless sponge should not be a $4 up charge! read more
