It's been years since I've dined at Panera Bread. I always thought their food was mediocre so I never craved it. Recently, I joined the Sip Club so I figured I'd dine here again. I thought the interior was clean and their staff was friendly. The chipotle chicken avocado melt was good. It was made with a black pepper focaccia bread that was nicely toasted. It had a little crunch and the inside was soft and fluffy. I was very disappointed with the chicken noodle soup though. It reminded me of canned soup that's not good at all. Honestly, I've had canned soup that tastes better. Overall, my experience was good. I will be back for my free drinks, of course, and I'm willing to try other sandwiches and also some of their salads. read more

First let me start out by saying Panera bread has gone down hill over the last decade and myself and fellow yelp members have noticed. The service at this location was immaculate and out of this world. The woman at the counter was very polite and friendly to take my order so no issues with the personnel at this location. The manager however seemed to have a bad attitude and was upset at the workers for whatever reason. This is a reminder to myself not to come back to Panera. I love Panera. I eat it once a week most of the time. This location is definitely my favorite. They are consistent and aren't as stingy as other locations I've been too. For example my sandwich comes with avocado. They typically put quite a bit on there compared to other locations that put very little. LOVE the broccoli cheese soup and pick two options!! read more

This is one of the best Paneras Ive been too... ever!! The staff has always been nice and helpful; especially when I sit down to eat. My order is always right (knock on wood). This location is clean. You have the option to order at the self service stations, at the register or through the app. Don't forget to get your rewards!! My go to order is a full Greek Salad, light tomato, extra olives, add avocado and a chocolate chip muffin top. It's this is the only place where I get the same thing every time. I recently started taking my wife to this location for morning breakfast and coffee. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She complained that the inside smelt weird and I realized it was the homeless people that loiter inside the restaurant in the corner to charge their phones. Absolutely delicious. I rarely go to a Panera bread, but at this location, the gentleman was incredibly helpful with letting me know what comes on the sandwiches I had questions about. Delicious! Saw a picture of the cheese and egg breakfast sandwich on an Instagram page and had to try it. It was amazing. I added spinach to my sandwich. It was the right temperature and the perfect amount to fill me up! I will be returning. I drove up and no response came from the speaker, I pulled up and waited like almost 10 minutes behind a vehicle who I think brought something back and was waiting for them to get right. Anyway I wasn't mad or even going to say anything I just said " Can get half order Fuji salad," the cashier burst out in a rude manner I was talking to you on speaker, which at this point I said, "no I just yelp you " because now I'm mad she says "you don't have to be rude' which really made me mad and I yelled a expletive at her and drove off. I don't normally eat breakfast out during the week but my work schedule was tight this week, so it made sense to find something good and relatively fast. I had eaten lunch and dinner at Panera restaurants in the past so I thought that I would give this place a try for breakfast. I like the selection of breakfast sandwiches they offer, most being a derivative of the standard egg and cheese sandwich or biscuit, but with the Panera flavors. And being a tea drinker, rather than coffee, I was happy to see some of those choices on the menu. Overall a nice experience, with friendly counter people, a clean restaurant, and free WiFi. The only real negative comes along when the food runner doesn't pick up your food from the counter and the person behind the counter looks at it for 5-10 minute without doing anything about it. Panera used to be my fave... but they've gone down hill so much within the last few months I honestly don't see myself coming back. I'm the kind of person who does not base his review just on one visit. I like to give a place multiple chances, because I could never really be sure if my review is fair after one visit. I'm rounding up from a 3.5 We were sick and ordered some Panera for delivery, but I quickly found out they don't deliver here after I placed the order, so I had to get my sick butt into the car to drive over to pick it up, which is not their fault I don't live super close to the place. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich for my kid, which he really enjoyed. It was relatively basic but I tasted it, the ingredients were all good and I recommend it for anyone's kids :) My wife got the chicken noodle soup, which wasn't very exciting, fit the need for the "I'm sick and I need chicken noodle soup" craving, but wasn't something I'd order if I wasn't hardcore craving it. I got the soba noodle bowl which was surprisingly well made. The sauce was lightly flavored, felt mostly authentic, the noodles were nice and firm soba, the spinach was fresh, didn't taste frozen at all (which is rare), and the chicken was perfect firmness, tender, and held up well to the sauce. read more

I like most of Panera bread's offerings and I love the online ordering even more! I see that they have started to deliver within a certain radius of the restaurant which is a smart business move ( or atleast seems like one). I really only get the cinnamon raisin bagels, lemonade, and broccoli cheddar soup from here. I will pick up extra treats for work or my entourage if I am feeling generous but I usually stick to my favorites. That lemonade is pretty darn good and refreshing!! The place is generally clean and staff is appropriately friendly and helpful. I always check my order before leaving and never have a mishap in that regard. I decided to try this place again but again it was an epic failure. First there was no one at the counter to take orders when I arrived. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Second the tables were filthy and no one was cleaning them off.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had to hunt someone down to clean the table and all they did was take a dirty cloth and wipe all the crumbs and debris onto the floor and the chair. I had to fully direct the staff to do each task - wipe down the table, wipe the crumbs off the seat, and pick up the garbage under the table. Good grief. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have been sitting here for over 20 min now and the table next to me which had leftover dishes, from a customer who left before I came, is still sitting there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went to the kiosk to place my order and all the table number cards were gone so I had to sit and wait for someone to maybe tell my name to get my food when it was ready. I did not hear me name and after awhile I went to the counter and my food was already down and sitting on the low counter where people passing by could bump up against it. Gross. I got my food myself and it was already cold. Uggg it's such a shame that no one here knows how to provide customer service. I won't be back again to this restaurant. We love Panera and I eat it regularly for lunch when I need a salad for gluten-free option. The thing I like best is that they let me tailor my salad and sandwich options to get exactly what I want. They also have a lot of varieties of menu items when it comes to these categories, made better by their goal to provide fresher ingredients. However, I have noticed a trend with this store. I get my lunch to go because I have a short break. On multiple occasions they have screwed up my order despite SIGNING the receipt to show it's correct. They've left cheese (that I paid extra for) off a sandwich, forgot to add pickled onions, and even gave me a completely wrong dressing for my salad. I'll give them that it looked similar to what comes standard with the salad, but after pouring it all over my salad at work, there wasn't much else to do. Couldn't take it back and had t all over my $13 salad that I couldn't throw away. **Update** To-go orders are failing regularly. There dressing issue has repeated and a flatbread I got to go was covered in what o guess was flour from baking...? It was so thick that it stuck under my nails and dusted everything I touched white. Seriously, PB, how can you give such crappy food to go but not do this when we dine in? You need a QA check. In the end, it's a Panera Bread. You get here what you get at all of them--but I would really appreciate it management would talk with the kitchen staff to ensure they are truly double checking the to-go orders rather than just reading the receipt and signing off. I attended a meeting at this Panera Bread location this past Sunday. There were 12 in our group so it was nice that they had a side room. That was definitely a real thumbs up! The food was typical Panera fare. I normally go to the Pasadena location on Fairmont Parkway. I did not the staff as friendly or as attentive here compared to my regular Panera. No one asked if help was needed as we moved tables together. No one came by and asked his were doing. One annoying young waitress was supper loud yelling table numbers and talking really loud to other servers. I won't be returning to this location unless I am required to do so. read more

HORRIBLE MORNING! I did the rapid pick up option online. I ordered an everything bagel with reduced-fat garden vegetable cream cheese and the new Madagascar Vanilla Cream cold brew. When I arrived 10 minutes later, there was probably only one other customer in the whole place since it was about 7:15 am in the morning. My order was not in the rapid pick up display so I had to wait for someone to appear behind the pick-up counter and when the gentleman did appear he looked very annoyed. I asked if my order was being made and he pointed at my order in the counter in front of him. I looked at my bag of bagel and there was no spread. I politely asked him for the cream cheese I ordered online and he was so frustrated. Okay...who eats a bagel without ANY spread. I'm merely asking for my order that you forgot to prepare. I then looked at the cold brew confused. This was not the Madagascar vanilla drink I drank at another Panera location two weeks ago. I waited another few minutes for SOMEONE to appear to help me but again no one. I finally left even though my order was wrong. This was definitely NOT a rapid order experience. I then get to my car and realized he forgot to give me a plastic knife to go. I was already running late to work at this point so I didn't even bother to go back inside. I teared up my bagel and dipped it inside of the cream cheese. What a sad morning and bad experience. The drive thru should be an amenity for folks in a hurry. The guy in the box was very kind and knowledgeable. For 5 order selections he took the time to ask me for each side item. This was time consuming at best. The order was filled pretty quickly for the amount of food on the order. He handed me a large bag and I commented "oh wow so it all fit in one bag?" He said yes it did. WELL it did not! None of the sides were in the bag. That was bad enough and then we find they did not bag the yogurt cups. Instead they were placed in with the HOT food. So no sides at all and 2 cups of white liquid with some fruit and crunch inside. For the prices we paid for this total order they should have done better. Shame on you Panera for you thoughtless behavior. No more drives to the Webster Panera. Pass them by there are many food spots nearby. read more
